We were just at Regal to see Wonder Woman, first time we have ever been there. Probably will be the last. Went to get a drink & popcorn saw that you serve food also so we decided to get an order of Onion Rings and guess what the sign said Onion Rings $4.99 but the girl behind the counter said they dont serve them unless its with a meal. Well that didnt settle good with me, if your going to advertise fries, onion rings ect then "Regal " need to have the entire meal with it together and not show it Ala cart. When you advertise something like this and it looks like a single side order then you should sell it to your customers like that, if not then you need to say on the menu with the meal. This wasnt rig ht at all. We didnt want to spend money on a meal due to the fact we were going out to eat after the movie. Also your accommodations for handicap wheelchair customers suck....... the only place I could watch the movie was down in the very front "2 ROWS " back from the front of the screen....geezz gave me a huge headache being so close & loud and then it was hard to watch the movie being so close. All the other theaters we go to have Handicap seating either in the middle of at the back. You know we like to see movies also. So in closing Thank you for the movie but I dont think we will be returning.

Regal Hollywood 24 is a great alternative to the megaplexes in Buckhead and Midtown. There are always plenty of showtimes available for the latest blockbusters, and they often carry the smaller films, too. In general, the staff is very nice, and the facilities are clean and kid-friendly. We took a bunch of five year-olds to see a movie, and we used the party room afterwards for cake. Management provided plates, cups, etc. and a place to store presents. In this day and age, it is nice to see employees that go "the extra mile" to serve their customers. The only thing that prevents this theater from achieving a 5-star rating is that the facilities and equipment need to be updated to modern standards. The seats are old and youll find better picture/sound at other theaters around town. But if you live in NE Atlanta, its hard to find a better and more convenient option.

Movie was great, but theater experience was not. Regal Cinemas is now searching peoples purses and bags. I did not like having my bag searched and it made me think the theater was not a safe place to see a movie. I understand that this is a new policy by the chain as a whole, but I do not like it, my reason for going to a theater to see a movie is to have a good time, not to be treated like a suspected criminal or worry the place could erupt in gunfire. I will not see a movie at this theater again. Also, the policy is a joke, what happens if a gun is found? Its a teenager searching the bags, not a professional trained to handle such a situation. And whats to prevent someone determined to start shooting from doing so before his bag can be searched? This policy doesnt do anything to make me feel safe, it only makes me not want to go to the theater anymore.

I have only been to this theater 3 times... but after last nights experience, 3 will be more than enough. Its asinine that so many parents find it acceptable to bring newborns and 2-3 year old children to the theatre at 10:30 pm - allow them to run up & down in the corridors around the complex, etc. Its not a nursery and most of the films showing at 10:30 are adult in nature. A screaming baby in the middle of a 3D film is not conducive to watching the film. But the WORST is when a theatre hires TEENS as managers and gives them NO customer service training. The 3D projector didnt work and no STRAIGHT answers were available when we complained to management. Who wants to pay 15$ for a 3D movie when the 3D is off track? We got a LOT of attitude and doublespeak from the employees. While the problem was eventually corrected, the hassle was not one Id want to repeat.

For the non-reader: There are way better theaters but in a pinch this will work. For the reader: First let me Begin by saying I am biased to AMC in the air reclining chairs in Studio Movie Grill because I actually get to dine while Im watching my movie. With that said I have been here a couple of different times however this experience was terrible. The screen was really small and there was a huge bug crawling around the screen for pretty much most of the movie. Also one of the speakers in the theaters was giving a terrible feedback throughout the movie. I will be fair and say that we were watching Spider-Man homecoming which has been out for a good while so I understand that they put it in one of the smaller theaters but the screen size was really unpleasant I felt like I was at home watching it on my TV.

The theater itself is old, and seems to have not been updated for at least a decade (probably longer.) The seats are stiff, and can get really uncomfortable, while watching a long show. The popcorn here is like non Ive had anywhere else- it is very small, and isnt very tasty. It doesnt seem anywhere near great quality. Things this place does have going for it? Online/mobile tickets, plenty of well lit parking spaces, decent prices for everything, mostly friendly/efficient employees, theater sound is usually pretty good, and I always find the womans restroom to be very clean and well stocked. One other thing I notice about this place? I never see it overrun with noisy kids. Maybe thats because were always here on weeknights though.

I dont care about anything at a movie theater except for the quality of the movie, and this was one of the worst quality projections Ive seen. Ive seen discount $1.50 theaters with higher quality projections. It was so dark it was hard to see what was going on. It is like trying to watch your TV when there is sunlight glare directly on it. Also, the audio was flat and extremely low quality, which meant the music was really quiet and really ruined what should have been a "big screen experience" (Enders Game). And tickets are the same price as other theaters - why bother? I can wait to watch movies at home, but I go to the movies for the larger-than-life experience, but my 8-year-old HDTV would be vastly superior to this garbage.

I like that it is close by my place and offers so many movies....but....I dont get it when people bring their BABIES to the theater AND remain in their seats when the baby starts CRYING....!!! COME ON NOW, REALLY...?!?!? I made mention of that to management before and did NOTHING about. So I stopped going for a LONG while!!! Ive been back and it is still happening. Now most times I go to ATLANTIC STATION. Free parking and places to eat afterwards so it makes for a nice night out. Word to REGAL CINEMAS HOLLYWOOD 24...." The movies are NOT for CHILD CARE...!!!"

I find it completely unacceptable that this or any Regal Theater would actively search their patrons for weapons. My wifes Lucky Brand shoulder bag must have screamed GUNS! Needless to say I refused to let the teenage ticket attendant rifle through her bag. If any patron is legally concealing a weapon MORE POWER TO THEM! Otherwise I have always liked Regal Theaters, this theater is mostly clean though I have noticed the occasionally night where they havent cleaned before a showing. I hope this was an isolated incident and Regal isnt turning away CCW holders!
