Reclining Seats: One of the most frequently mentioned features is the fully reclining lazy-boy style chairs. Customers appreciate the comfort and luxury these seats offer.
Concession Stand: The concession stand offers more than just popcorn and soda. Options like pizza and mozzarella sticks are available, and some customers even mentioned that their pizza was delivered to their seat.
Ticketing: Both electronic kiosks and human agents are available for ticket purchasing, offering flexibility to customers.
Reserved Seating: The theater allows for reserved seating, which many find convenient but also means you have to pick your seat when you purchase your ticket.
Wheelchair Accessibility: The theater is wheelchair accessible, with multiple spots available. These spots are also spaced apart with regular seats so everyone can sit with their friends.
Competitive Rates: Prices are said to be competitive with other theaters. However, some customers find going to the movies to be an expensive outing, especially when buying concessions.
Refunds: In one instance, a customer received a full refund after arriving late due to a misunderstanding of the movie's start time.
Variety of Movies and Showtimes: The theater offers a wide range of movies and showtimes, including 3D options.
Snacks and Beverages: Beyond traditional movie snacks, the theater offers a variety of food and drink options, including "create your own" soda machines.
Parking: Ample parking is available, making it convenient for movie-goers.
Proximity: Some customers mentioned that they live close to the theater, but others mentioned driving from far away because of the quality of the theater.
Management: There were instances where customers felt the management was rude or unprofessional.
Audience Behavior: Some customers mentioned that the theater does not police the audience well, leading to disruptions during the movie.
Advance Booking: Due to the theater's popularity, it's advised to book tickets in advance as shows often sell out.
Loyalty Program: The theater offers a "stub club" where you can earn points towards discounts.
By focusing on these aspects, AMC Webster 12 has set a new standard in the movie-going experience, although there are areas where it could improve, particularly in customer service and audience management.

The Highlights: FULLY RECLINING LAZY BOY STYLE CHAIRS; COMPLETELY RENOVATED BUILDING; My Rant: This is hands down the most amazing movie theatre I have ever been to. I went to the movies three times last week just cause I enjoy this theatre so much! They are currently finishing up construction and you can most definitely see that they put a lot of improvements into the place. I heard that in the past this theatre was nothing special but now, I dont even know where to start so I will just walk you through my whole experience. The entire place has been renovated to give you a quality atmosphere. The ticket counter has the electronic ticket kiosks but if you prefer buying your tickets the usual way there are delightful ticket agents. The concession counter has more than the usual movie theatre (pizza, mozzorella sticks, etc...) and those new "create your own" coke machines. One of the workers even deliverd my pizza to me in the theatre so I didnt miss any of the movie!!!!! Then when you walk into the theatre you get to choose a seat in a reclining arm chair that slowly reclines you to a practically laying position!! (plus the arm fold up if you want to get close to your date) The whole experience was fantastic and I wish that I lived in the area because now the theatres in my town will just never be good enough.

The most amazing theater you have ever been to! 5 months ago and prior, this theater was probably one of the dirtiest, most uncomfortable, oldest feeling theaters in all of Monroe county. I live in Webster 2 miles from the place and I always drove out of town to goto a better theater. All that has changed. The theater went through an complete top to bottom inside out renovation. The highlight is definitely the leather electric reclining seats in EVERY theater, EVERY seat.. As comfortable as you could possibly imagine. The theaters each only hold about 100 or less people now and even when reclinders are in lay down position, people can still comfortably walk in between without hitting the chairs. The concession stand is also completely renovated with excellent service, comparable prices to any other theater, better quality food and a super fun set of 3 create your own soda machines.. My daughter and I have been to the theater about 5 times this Summer. You HAVE to buy tickets ahead of time on Fandango or at the theater, the movies almost ALWAYS sell out. AMC Webster has completely changed the game and set the new standard for movie theaters.. 6 stars!

This place is one of the best theatres in which I have ever been. The reclining seats and the ability to reserve your exact seat ahead of time are awesome. (Theres no such thing as a "bad seat" in these theatres!) However, they do NOT police their audiences. I just watched "Suicide Squad" and sat next to a family with two TODDLERS they had brought. They were loud for the entire movie and no one once patrolled to check for such things. In the town where I live, if your cell phone even lights up during a movie (they watch from the projection booth) you get kicked out. When I politely suggested afterward that they institute an age requirement, the gentleman with whom I spoke said there was nothing he could do. He offered me my money back, which I refused. "I dont want my money back," I told him, "I want to know that the next time I patronize this establishment, this wont happen again." He couldnt promise me that. So maybe I wont go back. There are no shortages of nice movie theatres in the Rochester area.

Lots of movies, showtimes, choice of 3D, opions for the deaf. You do have to pick a seat when you purchase your ticket. Meaning you cant meet a friend without buying their ticket. Multiple snack and beverage choices. Butter for popcorn is self serve. That is good for quantity but you cant get it put in half way and sometimes there is a line. The pop is also self serve. Again, the line backs up and its hard to find the right lid. They offer a "stub club" so you can earn points towards discounts etc. The theater seats are reclining. There are many wheelchair accessible spots. Although, they are in the back, the theaters are not large so they are still good seats. They are spaced apart with regular seats so you can sit with your friends. The whole facility is acceptable including the rest rooms. Inside and out are clean, the staff polite, and parking amble. Prices are competitive with other theaters.

I bought four reserved seating tickets for the Lego Movie several days before the day we went. When movie day arrived, thinking that the start time was 1:30, we show up 20 minutes late because the showtime was really 1:00. My kids took it better than I did. I felt so bad that I screwed up the time. We didnt want to miss the first 20 minutes so we decided to come back another day. I was on the verge of tears thinking about $50+ dollars we just spent on the tix and concessions. (We dont see movies out very often bc its pretty darn expensive.) We had our popcorn and everything! My husband went over to the managers desk and explained what had happened. (That his flakey wife got the time wrong.) We got a FULL REFUND. I was stunned by this but obviously elated to get my money back. A big THANK YOU to the Manager on duty that day. We will return many times and now, not just for those cozy seats.

We have gone here many times and yes the seats are great and the actual place is amazing but the customer service is terrible. We reserved seats online and went in and they told us they sold our seats and that this can happen and they were now sold out of that movie. We live in north Greece so it was not just a short drive so we were a bit annoyed that they just sold our seats that we reserved a day before hand. The manager proceeded to come out and he was EXTREMELY rude i have never seen a "manager" act that way at any place of business in my life! He gave us a free pass and said "that should be good enough i could have told you to F*** off instead" We took the passes and just walked out in amazement that someone working would act that way especially someone of authority. Great theater but worst experience Ive ever had at the movies in my life.

We reserved our seats ahead of time, and the movie we were going to see was rated R so before they let us in they asked to see our ids. We were all 18+ and one of my friends forgot their id so they would not let her in even though see clearly looked 18. The lady checking the ids was extremely rude, and the managers that see had us see were even worse and would not accept anything but a drivers license even though we had a card that had her birthday on it. They looked so unprofessional and treated us like kids. It was very frustrating because we drove from so far to see the movie to get denied. They felt no sympathy for us and were very rude. I am usually one to complain about a place ever, but for this place I will never be going back.
