Not a bad theater. Its pricey, but all movie theaters are today. Its big enough theres rarely any lines, especially on the weekends. Its always been clean, every time Ive gone there. I dont really get how people can complain about the clientele; its not like the theater can control who goes to their movies. A customer is a customer. Theyre not planting kids and teenagers in there just to spite you. I did once almost get in a fight with some tweaker last year during Pacific Rim, because the guy kept flashing his bright phone in the theater. He tried to fight me, but I thought "Man Im not getting arrested on a tuesday night over some meth head..." so I went and got the manager. She stood in the theater and watched the guy like a hawk for the whole movie, and gave me a free pass for later use (which I appropriately used on Godzilla). I think she was hitting on me too, but...I could be wrong. I didnt mind. The customer service was excellent though.

If you pay more money you expect a better experience. Worst movie experience Ive ever had... After dropping $100 to see the 10:00 showing of "Finding Dori" we went to get refreshments. The kid could have cared less about his job and was so slow. It took us 20 minutes to get our refreshments. We picked our seats and sat down to wait for the movie. After looking around before the previews started I noticed crushed popcorn, trash, and spilled drinks all around us. No one even cleaned the room before the next showing came in. I mean I paid $17 a ticket to see this show and they cant even clean the floor before we come in??? The entire movie my shoes were sticking to the floor from someones previously spilled drink. We moved seats but had the same issue. Finally, my husbands sweet tea was rancid so he had to take it back up to the slow unhappy kid to get it replaced, missing part of the movie. Just a bad experience all the way around.

I like to consider myself a movie buff. When I moved to Orlando, I designated this place as the closest movie theater to me, and thats why I frequent this place. Its pretty ok. Ive have more uncomfortable seats. The staff is nice and friendly and tried to help me find my wallet one time and was ok with me waiting for six hours in line for Star Wars The Force Awakens. They have an IMAX theater, but its not really IMAX. Its just a slightly bigger screen with louder speakers. There are a few interesting options at their concession stand. They have picnic-like options, and they sell booze, which I know is a plus for some people. Overall, its not a bad option if you dont wanna drive out to Disney Springs or Pointe Orlando. Pointe Orlando specifically, if youre into the Regal Crown Club. I just became a diamond level member, but I dont want to toot my own horn...

This theater is way behind the times...they have horrible screens (need to update all screens to digital projection...its 2010, hello!). IMAX is IMAX lite...not worth the money. The sound systems arent great...but that might have something to do with the cheap sound treatments on the walls. Ticket prices are much higher than nicer theaters i have been to. The seats are uncomfortable. The only nice thing is location. Honestly...if it wasnt for location, they would never get my business. Melbournes Oak Theaters are a million times better (just too far)...comfy seats, great projectors, amazing sound. The other upside, is I have had generally good interactions with staff here. But honestly...its time for an upgrade if theyre going to charge this much for tickets.

Very nice theater, plenty of space & their IMAX screen is awesome. I give it 3 stars for a reason, their cellular reception. Im a card member for regal & I wanted to redeem a free popcorn for our showing. The bad reception didnt allow me to. I ask an usher why is that, she stated "because we dont want guests using their phones during the movie". I get thats a valid point in their part. The principle of the matter is that not even in the lobby there wasnt any cell reception nor Wi-Fi. Until I went outside I finally received service, sadly I couldnt redeem my free popcorn. Sad face. Ienjoyed my showing of Spiderman Homecoming but I think Ill return to the other Regal Cinemas in town, where I never experienced an issue like this.

I usually go to this theater but this time it was horrible. Both movies the idiots in the theater were loud rude disrespectful and talking so much. People were laughing at scenes where people were being killed. I guess many idiots in Orlando and ghetto sociopaths go here. Its a terrible experience. Many of these low class scumbags shouldnt even go to a theater. there were pieces of crap stomping their feet in there as well, young idiot millennials with their feet high up in the chairs people sneezing yelling. Worst group of jerks at a theater. Beware of the horrible awful psychos that go here. Its evident most idiots in Orlando have low iqs are low class trash and have serious issues. Gutter trash scum go to this theater.

Pretty good cinema; a little overpriced (yea yea, I know its the cinema experience); friendly box office staff; good discounts for students and seniors. Its your typical cinema which is centrally located and caters to a wide demographic (e.g. they have a birthday room and you can also purchase alcohol...not for the children). Its always clean -- no one likes sticky floors or smelly seats -- even in the toilets. Ive never had a flick stop or sound go out. The screens are your average size. They have 3D for those who like it. Theyve done nothing wrong, so 4 stars; however, theres nothing amazing about them, so not 5 stars. Its my go-to since I live nearby.

The movie theater is nice but the service is just ok and you have to deal with children in every movie you go to see at all hours of the night. Children equal a ruined movie experience when theyre kicking your seat and talking during the entire movie. Children equal a ruined movie experience when you ask them to stop and instead they get offended and do it more. Children equal a ruined movie experience when you have to leave the movie to inform the manager and they either do nothing or make it worse for you. Dont go see a movie there unless youre a parent with your own children.

I have been to this theater many times. And i have had no issues, until today .I was an active member and so was my girlfriend, we both bought tickets for us and the children. We were told at the check in that we needed our military ids and out of the many times Ive been here and i have had my Id and a few other that I did not and they let me in with no issues ,today on new years day family day they gave me a hard time .what a way to show respect for us members or exmemeberd .this will be the last time I come here.i felt embarrassed.

First and foremost, the inflammation of the ticket prices are ridiculous; all the other regal cinemas around Orlando promote a decent ticket price, especially early show times. Secondly, this is another lie-max (Fake IMAX) theater thats just promoting the service to make profit. Save time and money by driving towards International Drive at Pointe Orlando for a Real IMAX experience or an AMC Theater for a normal screening. Theres better options for watching a movie in multiple places rather then coming towards Waterford.
