Tonight was the first time my husband and I have ever been to a Cinebistro. I had heard great things about your them and we were excited to try it out for a date night. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. When we were into the theatre a waiter shared with us that they were running a special and told us they had a salad/steak/dessert special. When the waitress came to take our order she was unaware of the specials, said she never heard of ones that came with three items, but said she would check. She came back with a small menu that listed the specials including a $45 salad/steak/dessert special. My husband ordered the salad/steak/dessert special for $45. Not only did he verbally tell the waitress what he wanted, but he also showed her on the small "specials" menu. I ordered the chicken Cuban sandwich and the chocolate cake. In the meantime, I heard other waiters explain the specials to other customers, show them the small menu, and indicate the special came with salad/entree/dessert for one price. When our meals came my husband received a steak, but it was not the special. It did not include the salad or dessert. I received my sandwich and it was flavorless and awful. My sandwich had bread, a small piece of Swiss cheese, three slices or tomato and a piece of chicken - there was no ham, no pickles, and no mustard - though the menu said all of that would be included. On top of the incorrect food, both of our meals were absolutely cold. We shared these concerns with our server who stated she needed to get our waitress. Our waitress comes to us and asks us "what was our problem", which was not a very great approach. I tried explaining that my husbands order was incorrect and she just kept arguing that what he got was what we ordered. She said this numerous times and was even cutting us off when we tried to explain. She said that she could order the special for my husband, but it would be $45 - yes, we knew that, I dont know why she had to tell us this. She was so argumentative I didnt even bother to share the issues with my meal and we did not reorder my husbands meal for fear of how retaliation. The waitress didnt seem to care about what happened since we had food, we had paid, and she already had her tip. Lets just say I will be thinking twice before ever coming back or ever recommending Cinebistro to another person.

Me and my 5 friends went to this movie theater on 7/21/2017 and from the looks of it, it seem like a really nice movie theater. Once we were seated, one of my friends was ready to order. The server asked was she ready to order everything and she looked confused like what do you mean? She was about to order a drink then her food once she figured out what she wanted. Well the server said I will be right back. He never explained anything. We waited and waited then finally another server came. She asked all of us if it was our first time there and we all said yes. She explained how it worked. We all had to order our food as a group and had to order everything we wanted right then and there. She told us each of our check would have automatically 18% gratuity added. I didnt like that at all. Im thinking this place is already high as hell then your going to force your tips on us. So I ordered a small fry and a glass of wine and my tab was $17.00. Crazy. Oh I forgot, we had to pay right then and there as well. No coming back towards the end of the movie to get the check for us to pay. Smh..One of my friend ordered some wings, no fries and a coke and her tab was over $20. Smh. So when we get our food, my fries were cold and when she picked up a wing guess what? It was a long string of hair in her food. Gross. U think they asked her if she wanted a refund etc.. nope. They said oh we will make you some more. I dont know about you but once I see hair in my food I want my refund and I dont want anything from your kitchen. Hair in food is the worse. I sent my cold fries back and ask for some fresh fries. Unbelievable. Im thinking as high and "upscale" as this movie theater is, nothing should have been half ass. So as the night goes on, no servers came around to take up dishes after we were done eating. So dirty dishes just sat in front of us the whole time we were watching the movie. No one came around for anything. No refill, no is there anything else I can get you etc... nothing. I absolutely hated this movie theater. Its overly priced and service sucks. I will forever go to Studio Movie grill and other nice theaters that are not set up this way. You are overly priced for no damn reason.

Absolutely best Movie Theater in Atlanta! Im a movie junkie and patronize most of the theaters in the Atlanta Metro area and granted each type of theater serves its purpose (whatever that may be); this Theater is comparatively above the rest around town. Ive seen in the previous review posts regarding complaints about seats, food quality, price per person for food & tickets... people, take it from me, Apples to Apples there is no question to the quality and value. See the menu online for yourself and you will probably spend the same if not more at upscale Burger joints like Applebees, etc. The difference is that you have more to choose on top of Burger plates... at a "Movie Theater".... a MOVIE THEATER people! :-b Also with Maitre Ds, Waiters and Bussers! Like any joint, if you get cocktails with your meal, that will add a hefty additional cost. Coca Cola products, Tea and Popcorn are refillable (bottomless), very cool. Seats are hands down better than any standard theater. For the average $16 for the movie ticket (excluding Matinee, which is cheaper of course) you get one of the best perks to the price; No Screaming Kids or Teenagers! Its very, very rare! Thats because its 21yrs and over only for Movies after 6PM and 21yrs or younger can see movies only accompanied by and Adult up till movies that start at 6PM. Face it, the majority of us are gonna love that ...and apologies to those Parents who may take offense at that... but I bet you like a place to go to for "Adult" time away from the kids once in a while; This place is the best for it... you can even escape the noises of a busy romantic restaurant... because its a "Movie Theater" with Food and Drinks!!! LoL!

This was hands down the worst experience that Ive ever had at a movie theater and a business. Four of my friends and I all met up to see a movie on a Friday night, March 18, 2016. One of us in our group accidentally left her ID at home. The girl working at the ticket counter told us that she just needed to provide a picture of her ID or college ID, and went to get the manager. The manager said the same thing and my friend had to track down an email where she had scanned her drivers license for some paperwork for her employer recently. She showed it to the manager and then he still wouldnt accept it, meanwhile another group of customers were buying tickets and the girl working at the ticket counter asked "is everyone in your party over 21?" And the customer replied yes, and they were told to enjoy their movie, did not have to show any form of ID. We asked the manager why none of them got IDd and he said that he was able to assume they were at least over the age of 30 based on his own "judgement call". He then decides to refund all 5 of us our money for the tickets because he would not let our one friend go in without physically having her drivers license or form of ID in person, the scanned version on her phone was not acceptable proof of her age according to him. As a manager of a business, Why would you want to lose money by refunding all of us our tickets? And we were planning on ordering dinner there as well. I think that the situation was not handled professionally by the manager and his team at all and none of us will be going back to Cinebistro. Terrible service and extremely disappointed by this experience.
