What an amazing place! Maybe they changed management, because when I saw the previous reviews, I couldnt believe they were talking about the same place!? Airheads offers everything I could have asked for - not only did they do all the work for my daughters birthday party - decorated room, food, drinks, tokens for the arcade games, a separate area for my girls friends, ....literally, all we brought was the kids and cake, but on top of that it appears they have FITNESS CLASSES!? While we were there and the kids jumping, they had a class going on doing exercises that looked like quite the workout, and after that even a ZUMBA class!! On Trampolines!? We had to try it :) the kids were jumping supervised anyhow, so why not - and it was a blast. Still sore 2 days later....what a work out, even if you just go and jump with the kids. And let me tell you, my daughter had a blast - she says she wants to come back here for her birthday next year - scored the Mom of the year award ;) Even the summer camp shes going to this year is doing a field trip there! No worries about getting rained on... :) My husband and I could not have been happier and will definitely go back for more. Not just for the kids, but Ill be going back for Zumba, Yoga, and the hubby and I for Bootcamp for sure! Maybe even a "Killer cardio" class. :) So excited to have found this! The gym is just not for me. Plus the kids can jump while I do class.....no need for a babysitter :) I can only recommend Airheads to any parent and/or fitness enthusiast!

We had our sons birthday party here, our hostess was Alexis and she was great! The only issue that happened was when I was paying our bill. They have the balance due, then gratuity (which I assumed was Alexis tip) and total. So I put the amount we wanted to tip her and the total at the bottom. When she came back with my change that a manager gave her it was less than what it was supposed to be. There was confusion because I didnt know I was suppose to hand her the tip and not put it on the receipt. After explaining that her tip was in the total I did get my correct change and the manager said she would get her tip from the register. I really hope she got her tip because she really deserved it. Other than that all the kids had a great time, the staff was very friendly except for one lady who had blonde hair and she kept pointing at different people, whispering in her co-workers ear and then giggling. I found that to be very unprofessional but everyone else was great! I do recommend this place and if you are going to tip to pay your balance and give the tip directly to your host or hostess.

I dont leave reviews often, but felt I needed to today. We had a birthday party here yesterday and Im blown away with how well everything went. The minute I walked though the doors we were greeted and all the way to the end we were thanked and said goodbye to! The Airheads staff was unbelievable!!! They are attentive, interactive, friendly, and happy. They worked so hard, and kept the park clean. My party had the manager visit 3 times to check on us! (Kevin two times, he is so friendly and helpful, explained the entire flow and made us feel like family, and Chelsey who is so sweet and helped with anything we needed) The trampoline workers are fantastic, they all were so focused and made sure everyone acted safe. Im so impressed and will tell all my friends and will be back for casual jumps. This was my first time and due to the outstanding staff I will be back. Kevin even helped me bring the gifts out to my car!!! What businesss do that? Great job Airheads!

Could careless about the safty of the kids!! Definitely not a place for children under 15yrs, the staff could care less about whats going on. The literally just stand at the entrance of the jump zone playing on their phones or making jokes about the children playing. They also allow the teenagers to blast the younger children in the face with dodgeball. This has happened the last 2 times Ive been here to my 8yr old son and 2 other children the same day. Sad part is, I spoke with the employee and brought it to his attention and he did nothing. Honestly I will never step another foot into this building. One more thing, please beware of any food they serve, employees dont wear glove or wash there hands in between making food, handling money or serving food. This place use to be great, but not anymore.

For $24.00+ per kid just to jump per day. Even Busch gardens and adv island for unlimited use for the month is cheaper. The place was clean - bright and safe. And an awesome job of sound insulation. Food was better then I hoped so ++ but waiting 25min for two slices of pizza and prices are wow high for type of food served. There was an arcade section with 30+ games. Mainly ticket games. A few prize games that are half filled if that. I counted atleast 5 machines not working. And over prices. Like packman $0.50 and up from there. In short.. Would we come back. Yes. But during the summer on a supper hot day since its indoors with full tummies because this place does not nickel and dime you. It $five and $10 you. A lot more places better value. But indoors is the best thing about it.

This place was very fun and provided a much appreciated break from the summer heat of Florida. I was a bit disappointed by the party room we were assigned; it was sticky and grimey, and not really a nice place to hang out. The restrooms, too, were unclean. The staff was attentive to the jumping areas, which was refreshing, and I felt that my children were safe in an environment which could have been very unsafe (there were approx. 80 jumping, running, constantly moving children). Our party did not receive the same safety instructions that we later heard given to another group, but we had a lot of parent supervision in our group, so they may have assumed wed explain protocals to our children. We will try this place again, but werent especially impressed.

Came in with my nephew who is 5. I signed a waiver showing his age. I bought 2 passes. Had to put 50 cents in 3 different lockers before one worked. Got on the small trampoline area and was immediately told he had to jump on one side of the net while I jump on the other. If anyone knows a 5 year old he doesnt understand why Im not with him. I asked for a refund so I can watch since I cannot jump. They gave me an issue with the refund and even tried to not refund the socks. I explained if they would haveade me aware I was not going to be able to join with him we could have avoided a refund in the first place. The place is also really dirty. Wont be back. Been to many trampoline parks this one is not worth the money.

The manager Kevin always treats my kids as if they were his own! Kids love going to jump and high five the staff. Nice family friendly place to take your kids in unpredictable Florida weather. Always clean. Will continue to visit! **UPDATE ** What the hell happened? This place is an absolute mess! Staff is constantly playing on their phones. The bathroom was disgusting. I cant believe the down turn this place has experienced. When I asked to speak to the manager in charge in regards to the bathroom situation ( no toilet paper, soap, and what appeared to be rodent poop on the floor) she was very rude and dismissive. Not worth the cost now. So disappointed. We wont be back.
