It wouldnt let me select zero stars, but that is what it earned. Dont waste your time. Staff dont seem to care. Brought my family here to celebrate my daughters birthday. Before they would even talk to us, we were told to complete waiver. I completed waiver for my wife and kids, I have a bulging disc in back and did not plan on jumping. I was told I had to complete a waiver also. I asked to sit in the front if I had to complete the waiver. They said yes, I said fine I will leave. The worker said you can go sit in the parents area and watch tv. I asked if I could bring in an outside drink and food, I was told as long as I didnt make a mess I could do it. Thus I went through the painstaking process of completing the stupid waiver. Got my bracelet, went to my car and got my drink and food that was in my car. Walked back to the parents area and was stopped and told I couldnt bring an outside food or drink in. I stated that I was told I could. I went back up front to the employee I spoke with. She said " I never said you bring in any drink or food," she blatant lied! What a waste of my time. I would stay away, very unfriendly staff!

Not sure how this place could be any better. Today is our second visit. We signed our waiver, paid $2.50 for our grippy-socks(both are required) and $15 for 90 minutes of what my daughter refers to as a "complete blast!" Why I like it: its indoors and climate-controlled, I can let the kids run around and play, and they cant get bored! Im also impressed with the quality and variety of equipment. The staff seems well-trained and concerned about safety. Urban Jungle has trampoline areas with basketball, a specific toddler/small kids area which looks like a park, a bounce/obstacle course, ball cannons, slides, several skyscraper (rock) climbing walls. There are birthday party rooms, too. In addition to fun stuff for kids, they have a large parent lounge, free WiFi, and seating within the play areas so you can keep an eye your kiddos. They have a small store to buy drinks and snacks. I have a feeling there will be one of these in Gilbert and one in Chandler before long because this ones already a hit!

This place is great. It was our first time and although we were greated by an employee who seemed to hate life and people, we still had an awesome time. We quickly got over the fact that the lady at the register was very rude because our kids had a blast. Our youngest is 2 years old and our other boys are 8 and 9. There was entertainment for each of them. I even sat in the massage chair and enjoyed a relaxing time while my wife played with our youngest. One note about the massage chairs: Read the sign, you have to pay before sitting down in them or an alarm will go off. Just push the yellow button to select your option and swipe your card. If you need to sit but dont want a massage there is plenty of couch space in front of three TVs. Even though we were greeted by a person who needs training in customer service Im putting a five star rating because we will definitely be frequenting this awesome place.

My family and I enjoyed this place. It has a variety of activities aimed at different age groups which is awesome. I find this place to be ideal for a family with multiple children since it has so much for children to do. It has rock climbing walls, trampolines, a large play structure and a large toddler area. It also has a nice lounge for parents to relax. It was clean and the employees were nice. We went during spring break so it was extremely busy, luckily we went early because when we were leaving the line to get in went around the building. I am not sure what the cut off age to this place is but there was a group of teenagers running up the slide and an employee promptly asked them to stop which I apperciated! That would probably be my only concern for other parents is that if you only have younger children that there are a lot of older children running around unsupervised.

-zero consideration for adults. all adults have in this place is a tiny room with some tvs. -nothing to do if you cant or dont want to participate in running and shouting with kids. -humid as hell -no food or refreshments beyond the crappy convenience store. -other seats outside of cramped adult area are uncomfortable and badly arranged. -this place forces you to sign in by registering a full account with it, requiring your email address, home address and phone number, even if youre not participating in the festivities. I hope this place is burned to the ground. dont let your kids know about this place if you can. Ive been here thirty minutes and I wish I was dead. this place needs to be destroyed.

An exciting place to take the kiddos any day of the week! Theres about 10 (maybe even a few more) stations to choose from where kids can bounce, climb, jump, crawl, dodge, and throw until their hearts content (be sure to bring $2.50 for grip socks or bring your own). Has a special section for younger kids that bigger kids cannot access. Building is new, very clean, and staff is friendly & inviting! Complete with snack bar, free WiFi and parents lounge (with comfy couches and 3 flat screen TVs). Prices beat the competitors ($9 for 90 min Monday-Friday, $12 for the same but on weekends). Go ahead and skip Jump Street, BounceU, Peter Piper, and Chuck e Cheese - Urban Jungle is the new family favorite!

Really busy when we came.... but to be expected on a hot, humid day during the summer, and with an awesome deal on groupon! Line to check in and get wristbands was pretty long, but moved quickly. Fill out the voucher online at home to save time. They have free wi-fi, which I didnt know, but is good to know for the future - I could bring my laptop and do some work while the kids play. Brought my younger two kids, 7 and 10 years old. Plenty for them to do: trampolines, bounce houses, rock wall, huge climbing structure in the center of the space. Lots of places for parents to sit, relax, plug in/charge devicds - a whole room in the back with a TV and comfy couches. Great addition to the East Valley!

My 7&8 year old had a blast here - there are lots of things to do and explore. The staff was nice. You have to buy their grip socks unless you already have some - but who has those laying around their house? They have a nice parents room, but I think the massage chairs take up way too much room - it would be nicer to have more couch/lounge space for more adults because of how packed it gets. They try to have lots of adult seating around the place but I think they could use even more. The place is very well padded and safe. I hope as time goes on they expand to have longer time frames. Overall tho, from my kids standpoint, they love it here! You get a mix of a lot of different things.

A fun, new place & very popular. There was a line when we arrived and by the time we were playing the line was out the door. It was packed bit still cool inside. The climbing wall area took us 35 minutes to get through, 30 minutes of which was waiting in line. Lots of cubbies for shoes, but no lockers as of yet (staff tell me they are getting them) so I couldnt join my kids, which I paid to do. There isnt enough seating for parents, so some people are sitting on the paid massage loungers that have alarms set to go off if payment isnt made. Loud and obnoxious. My little kids were exhausted and hungry after 90 minutes. Im sure well come again, but first thing in the morning.
