I went to see IT at 6:20pm on Saturday, Sept. 9th at the South Dekalb location. It was my first and probably last visit. The only positive thing I can say is that the prices are good. Other guests talked, yelled, and made so much noise that I could not really hear the quieter parts of the movie. People held entire conversations at normal volume throughout the film, with no regard for other peoples moviegoing experience. I saw multiple people filming the movie, texting, Snapchatting, taking selfies and using the internet to look for dinner locations. When I informed a member of staff, all they did was walk in and tell people to be quiet. I think its obvious they need to have an employee stationed in the theater itself, removing disruptive guests.

Front staff was great.. Movie cheap and worth it for location and for the fact I took my kids. The three stars come from the manager, which suck. I was serve a burnt pizza for 7.00 and ask for a new one and crazy old man told me all of them come out that way (burnt).. Bullshit!!! So I ask for a refund he said NO , so I ask for two order of fries which is 4.00 he said No! Wtf!! Instead of making me happy he wants to debate.. Who hired him as a manger and can yall please train him in customer services FIRST! He not nice, nor friendly!! He ready for retirement cus this clearly not for him. In the end I did get my money back!

My family and I came to see Girls Trip at 1:30pm. We thought we were watching the Detroit movie preview but no. We were actually watching the Detroit movie. Several people went to the manager to complain. I know I came to laugh and see a funny movie. It took them 15 minutes to stop the Detroit movie and start the Girls Trip movie. SMH. No thank you Satellie Cinemas South Dekalb Mall.

Very inconvenient. Went to go see Wonder Women for a 12:30 showing. When I get there, the earliest showing is for 4:45. Not cool. You call their number for the current movies playing they tell you to visit the website. For show times... Which I did. And the web says 12:30. So nothing is up to date which is very inconvenient. Very disappointed

Horrible experience. Very rude and disrespectful kids. I dont understand why they dont check IDs especially if its a rated r movie. Im a grown woman. I dont want to listen to kids cussing and yelling through out the movie. I just wanted to relax and enjoy the movie. I will not attend this movie again on a Saturday night.

Had the worst experience here, there were bunch of teens talking loud, running around, throwing things at each other and playing around with flash lights. The management attempted once to get it under control right before the movie began, after that no one showed up to fix it. Never going here again

Terrible I almost had to put my hands on a teenager .. That theater brings me bac around to the thought about the village helping raise the children they were horrible,thugged out, cursing , the little girls were behaving sexually literally ! NEVER AGAIN I got my crew up and left

Very rude employees. If their shirts had name tags on them I would list every employee on here except for Rodderick and the cute girl with the curly hair at the register. She was cool. Other than that it was bad service. Do not waste your hard earned money here

The manager there is amazing! He is so nice. I love going to the matinees. Its nice and spacious. I only wish that the food prices were lower, but all movie theater food is expensive. Overall, EXCELLENT.

Took my 5 year old and one year old. My one year old had a really hard time thirty minutes into the movies. I asked for a raincheck and they gave me complimentary tickets to return at a later date.

Its a peasant theater. Its very clean and the staff were polite. I felt safe and very family friendly without being juvenile. I had a great time with my friend and I think Ill go again.

The new owners have taken pride and care in the establishment. Clean bathrooms/theaters, friendly staff, and way more affordable than Atlantic Station. Will definitely come back!
