I purchased my tickets we sat down i went to purchase snacks my daughter comes and tell me they were moved cause those seats were reserved..when i asked manager valdez. Why she said if we couldnt read saying those seats were dbox and i had to pay extra i told her the cashier at the booth never offered or told us they had dbox chairs ...it was my first time being in the one in harlingen worst experince ever they were no seats avilable so when i went up front to ask for my refund ..i over heard miss valdez complain to the other manager i was getting over credited more than what i paid for in a rudley maner after they were telling me my tickets where for the wrong showing ...those werent my tickets they had someone elses tickets in hand..total chaos i thank the other manager for taking care of us but miss valdez second manager in charge should be more professional about her job and how the way she talks to her customers never again will i go back my daughter couldnt even see the movie

Bought tickets to watch Transformers the girl in the booth never offered or promoted the DBox seats went to go get our seats nothing available besides the dbox seats sat on those shortly after Manager Valdez was very rude comes up to my kids tells them to get up from seats n makes us leave cause we didnt pay for our seats very unprofessional no customer service she even laughed at us and was being sarcastic as we walked away saying byeeee never again will I bring my kids to this place n on top of that given us a hard time to get our refund back my 3yr old was sad was looking forward to watch Transformers

Quality of the XD theater is great. Audio and surround sound is 10/10 They also offer D-Box here which is pretty badass on its own. Food from "Studio Eats" is very very good, little pricy but overall worth it. I have been going to this theater for years and years, ever since it first opened with the Charlie Angels: Full Throttle premire. If you are in the area stop by, you wont regret it. If you encounter any issues, the staff and management are the best of the best so you will be covered :)

I love to go to here to see movies expecally in the 3D its so exiting and I always get the best seats and most snacks which have on sales some days of the week even though I can pay full price because Im a big boss now but they have popcorn and candy nachos and hot dogs which all of it is my favorite. I went to here to see iron Man and I could almost believe to be in the movie to! It is always clean and Robert Downey Jr is really toooo cool.

Everything was good. Got a good deal on popcorn and drink. Took my own bucket and cup to get popcorn and drink for $3.75 ea. BUT!!! they had a better deal... a bigger bucket for popcorn and a bigger cup for a drink. Total on that was $5. something ( I forgot exactly how much it was). Plus I couldve gotten a free refill on both. Watched All Saints.... excellent movie. I had a date with my Hubby.

Very disappointed in this manager of this theater. Various Christian movies are not being shown, where is this awesome movie "Woodlawn The Movie", and other "Faiths of Our Fathers", instead there is all this evil movies, yes we understand it has to go with money coming into the theater and paying your workers, but we all need God. Just saying, SHOW MORE CHRISTIAN MOVIES. Thank you.

The kiosk 2 buy tickets is off OR not working.... Nobody knows as manager (a short brunette who walks with a limp) simply IGNORED my request to put a SIGN. She says "people will know" know what???? That shes fd lazy & lacks customer service skills!!!! I HATE LAZY PEOPLE WHO DONT GIVE A CARE IN THERE JOBS!!!!!!!

We were in town visiting my family and went to this cinema to watch a movie. It was pretty big and they had 15+ theaters. They offered regular, 3D, & UHD movies and they serve beer and have a full bar! It was comfortable seating and we will DEFINITELY go back when were in town wanting to go see a movie!

Terrible service every time, Rude management,,,,,, Theres always moronic idiots sneaking in flasks and drinking alcohaul in the theatres ,dirty beyond all reason...... Over priced, not to be cheap but.... I dont like the idea of paying $10 for a cup of ice with a shot of watered down pepsi..........

Sometimes its great sometimes its not so great but most of the time its OK, here are some of the annoyances I endure when this theater is not so great, rude staff, bad popcorn, and loud people but I cant really blame that on the theater. But like I said overall its OK

Kudos to Mr. Brady(manager) for taking care of my family and I. We went from having a one of a kind horrible experience to an awesome pleasant night at the movies, def be back and will def never forget how awesome it felt to be Tolkien care of .Thanks again Mr Brady

Wont be back, way too loud. Ive been to plenty of movies but did not enjoy it cranked up so loud it was uncomfortable and had to cover my ears during the previews and action scenes. My husband went to ask to turn it down, but we could not tell a difference. Sad.

ANDROID WEAR can be used to print out your tickets where you get your tickets checked by scanning the QR code you get if you buy your tickets online. (I use Stocard for Android to display the code). This is my my favorite theater, always a pleasant experience.

Was pretty grossed out here. We payed 10 for apparently what was supposed to be xL seats. Was worse than the old weslaco theater before it was fixed. Our seats were dirty with cheese and there was oil/butter grease on most of the chairs. Food is decent.

I come here to enjoy a movie and relax. Id recommend dont get rid of the center person that tears the tickets. The lg female managers dont like to move a lot so they yell and want people to go to them to tear there paid tickets. Not professional.

I like cinmark 16,the only thing that bothers me is the popcorn/drink refill ,they definitely need a separate refill line. I was waiting to buy my movie items when I woman cuts in front of me to refill her popcorn.

Amazing staff and got to finally watch The Emoji Movie needed some laughter after having to escape some disaster my town of Rockport has gone through, thank you Cinemark 16 for making it a great experience

This is the only movie theatre in town that shows new releases. Ive been going here for years, and Its a great place to have fun with friends and family. Its kept clean and theres plenty of parking space.

I live.in brownsville but me and my family love going to Harlingen to go watch the movies. I love the service. The food is great. So come check it out youll love it too especially if you have a family.
