I like to arrive early for First Look, popcorn and restroom (no crying, I have to go during the movie). My grandchild and I arrived at 3:15, movie was scheduled for 3:45, we were second in line, doors were locked, two ladies came in the ticket booth at 3:25, one appeared to be training the other, at 3:35 we were still in line. When we walked in the chosen movie First Look was going off and people that was in the line behind us missed most of the previews, some of them all. You advertise get here 30 minutes early, well you should be open and not training while a crowd is waiting. Depending what is showing I visit this theater 4 to 8 times a month, Im not an once a month movie goer. Not happy with the new you!

Once we got our food, no one was taking tickets and we had to find and grab our own 3d glasses. I just thought it was weird that no one was taking tickets or monitoring who was coming in. Three overhead can lights in the center of the room were left on the entire movie, so it made it really hard to see the 3d with the light on. When we left there wasnt one worker in sight.....anywhere...... So I couldnt even tell anyone. But we could have stolen anything behind the counter that we wanted.... Just sad our cinemas are not being properly and professionally managed anymore. We spent over $60 dollars on it, I expected it to be decent and semi professional.

Their policies are full of crap! No where is there a sign stating that no one under the age of 17 can not view a rated r movie without the ticket purchaser. The service was fine and dandy but they messed up my order at the counter and also completely ruined my night. I would not recommend this regal.

I have never seen more than 1-2 people at the ticket counter no matter how long the line was. There is no kiosks to get tickets at so everyone coming to see the movie is going through the same funnel. The seating areas themselves are OK not sticky enough to loose a shoe but not the cleanest either.

Would love to give it more. The people are usually always really nice who work here. Why I give it 3 is the feeling of safety. If you ever go in the evening on the weekends the teenagers are everywhere and they act out of control. They hang around cars and make you nervous.

I will not be back! During the whole movie the lights and the movie flickered. When I told an associate they said "yes theres an electrical problem in that theater ". Why sell me an expensive ticket if you know it will not be a good experience?

Went to see a 3D movie with my 7 year old sister had to order tickets at concession stand and was charged two adult 3D tickets instead of one adult and one child tried to call and see what I could do and the phone line never works

This theatre has no voicemail when you call them.The phone just rings. there should be a voice message listing all the movies showing including the days and times. They need to make it more convenient.

Very clean here. No stink. No mold. Its enjoyable to watch movies here. Friendly smiling faces! My husband and i also got married here in 2012. So we have an attachment here :)
