I came to Nestldown as a guest in a wedding which was held in the mid of Summer and I had a really bad experience from this venue. While some guest liked the setting of this venue, the other ( include me ) kept asking why the couple held their wedding here. Almost half of the guest got lost even with their navigator. There was something wrong on the Map about this venue. Once we arrived, we all had to park our cars at the outside parking lot which further away from the venue and waited for small cars from Nestldown to take us down hill to the real venue. Or you can choose to walk down hill by yourself but good luck with those high heels shoes or fancy shoes. To come to this venue, I would recommended to wear a very comfortable shoes... just like you about to go hiking.... And if you are coming to this venue in Summer (like me) please aware that this venue could be REAL HOT and hit above 100 degrees. So Its not helping that our couple held their wedding at the bottom of the hill which will require all the guests - hiking up and down the hill in 105 degree. In the evening, the couple held their banquet outdoor at the big lawn which got REAL DARK AND REAL COLD + a lot of mosquito + all kind of insects biting eveyones legs. It turned out that right after coming back from this venue, I got real sick. I wasnt sure because of all the super hot + cold in one day or something else from this venue. Sorry but this is the worst wedding venue that I have gone to.

My son and his wife held their wedding at Nestldown. It is the most beautiful and magical place to have a special event. Obviously, springtime is best! There are flowers growing everywhere, flowering trees, two lovely ponds (and koi), a cute train to ride, and adorable fantasy areas among the trees. The "chapel" area, where the ceremony takes place, is next to one of the ponds, with a lovely trellis covered in vines overheard. Check to see when it is in bloom. You can add your own flowers or decorations, too. (BTW, the Nestldown website recommends wearing flats, but if you really want to wear heels, the staff will transport you from the parking lot in golf carts.) This place is wonderful.

We had a team retreat at Nestldown. We experienced great planning, kind one-on-one connection, and a literary paradise when we arrived on the land. We had access to the space we needed to heal the rifts in our team. Each person felt ease, comfort and a newfound capacity to be in each others lives. This was truly a retreat. Personally, Ive never experienced such a peaceful, magical land of tranquility. There was nothing like it. As a result, our team because aware of its own magic and enchantment. We played giant chess, told our history next to the Lady of the Lake and delved deeply in the chapel. I am grateful for the experience. Nestldown offered us a miracle!

This place is BEAUTIFUL and was the perfect place for our wedding. Just a few highlights: redwoods, koi pond, tree house, miniature railroad, vintage (working) car. They also let us visit on our anniversaries provided there is no event and we got a deeply discounted rate for a weekday wedding.

This is the most magical wedding venue I have ever had the pleasure of attending. There are charming details hidden everywhere and I half expected fairies to start flying around. Just make sure youre not wearing shoes that can handle a little dirt and arent stilettos!
