Not thrilled with the Orleans operators. The phone number for the theater goes to the hotel operator. The hotel operator, (Gladys) was kind of rude. she transferred me to the movie theater, came back on and said the line was busy. I said can you transfer me again. Well their line was busy. OK but I want to know the age limit of a rated R movie if the minor is with an adult. Well you will have to ask them. OK I will, can you transfer me. (on hold) Their line is busy you will have to call back. How is that different than you transferring me again? I have other calls to answer, I cant keep transferring you. Yea, like me when I call back. but there are other operators here. So how is that different than you transferring me again? Sir, I cant keep transferring you I have other calls. OK but Im going to call back and you or another person is going to have to transfer me anyways, so how is that any different than just trying again. I dont know what to tell you sir. Does the movie theater have a phone number I can call all by myself, because the website lists the hotel operator??? She did get me the phone number after a couple min on hold which Im assuming was just to put me there as torture because I was more practical than she could fathom.

It a awesome theater to visit, but the best thing is beside the movie is the good food and there new recliners! The seats are just relaxing and you can even sleep through the whole movie if you can. The seats makes it a whole lot better and you can even reserve seats so no one can take your spot again. The only thing it needs now is a pillow and blanket. The audio, and the screening are just good so you can see the movie pretty well and the audio is good so there is no interference so its best place and the staff are nice doing their job and the place is clean, its a bit of expensive, but its not that bad.

Went to see a early movie purchased my tickets at the machine cause the lines was too long this place has seats that you pick from so my husband and i pick our seats go in to the movie and someone is sitting in our seats ok now we just looking like we cant sit anywhere cause those seat may have been sold the couple that is in our seats is like it doesnt matter where you sit someone should be making sure that people are paying to watch movies and check tickets other than that loved the theatre

For a rated R movie...I always see friends going together even though one is under 18. NOW they told my daughter who is 18 and her friend who is 17 and one that she always watch movies with rated R or not that they cannot go in because the 17 has to be accompanied by an adult or adult guardian. The 17 always watches movies with her cousins who are older BUT not their legal guardian. All of a sudden this changed. They never had a problem before. What gives?

The seats have recently been updated so it like lazy boy chairs. its really comfortable and easy to access from the parking garage. Also, if you dont have enough money for a ticket ( like a dollar short ) the staff would happily give you your ticket without even blinking. The theater is really clean and most of the time not even full so your practically by yourself!

today 4/21/2013 my birthday went to see filly brown and did not get to enjoy the movie had 4 kids playing and making noise and a lady answered her phone in the middle of the movie i went to go tell the mgr and she went to talk to the people when i was there but i left i didnt want to have a confront with them but will will not be returning

Off the strip, right in the casino, but easy access from the West parking garage, right inside, up the escalator. For me, who would go to general seating theaters in 2016? Choose your exact seats online, show up only a little early, play some quick cards or slots, walk up 5 min before start and enjoy your seat.

Really cheap tickets all day on Tuesdays! This theater is never crowded and it is a bit old, so the seats really show their age. Being the nearest theater to me and having decent prices with tickets and concession stand items (if you subscribe to their emails) its worth checking out.

There is alot of seats open which is good. However, there is always a group of ass clowns that are talking or yelling loudly throughout the movie and the place is filthy in there popcorn on the walls,floor and seat. Kinda nasty maybe you guys should hire a better janitor or something..

I think it is very tricky when u dont put a type of tickits on the website, I got here and I was told it is the XD which will cost u $3.5 ... very cheap and sleazy.. sorry but i may not come here again if they play this thing with costumers again. U guys suck

Its really a nice theater. Easy to get to find. The seats are great and they fully recline. The snack bar has everything you could want. Including the inflated prices :-) Overall its a pretty good place to watch a movie. I will be returning.

Only complaint would be is that the theatre itself is tricky to find, if you have never been to The Orleans you would never know the theatre is actually located on the second floor. Great snack options & reclining chairs were super comfy!

The new leather recliners are great! So comfy. This is a great movie place with lots of theatre spaces. My only dislike is the assigned seating, but thats only annoying if you are watching a premier and all the good seating is taken.

Excellent venue for a movie house. The reclining seats are comfortable and wide, giving you a semi-private viewing. You can pick your seats when you buy the tickets. It is out of our way but the extra miles is worth the trip.

Great seats. Id say better than home. Excellent sound and easy to get to though long line using machines to buy movie tickets. Plenty restaurants in the Orleans Casino if need to eat before or after the movie. I love it.

Wonder if they still have that kid that steals from purses? Never made me feel safe even though Steve felt it was not a problem. I gave this a 1 star and yet it gave itself a 4 star rating. Way to go Century....

Great place to watch movies, lots concessions choices. The pretzel bites are my favorite. The theater is upstairs next the kids quest and the quarter arcade. Lots of parking, a real nice friendly atmosphere.

Not the easiest place to find nearby parking. Long walk from the parking garage. Depending on what movie you see and when, getting your tickets is easy. Snack bar is simple, but no posted prices of items.

Cheap tickets all day long Tuesdays. Always a pleasant experience when coming here....staff is very friend and the place is always clean. The theater isnt busy so you can always find a decent seat.
