Mostly a good experience. I went with a group and we waited about an hour to ride the go karts. My problem is that the guys running the track let one of their buddys join our group although he showed up moments earlier. We were there for fun while this guy was there to terrorize the track. In our pre-ride instructions the instructors said there was to be no hitting or bumping of other karts. Well their friend didnt care about this rule and ruined my wifes first time ever in a go kart by hitting her broad side and slamming her into a wall. This same guy basically used our entire group as a way to vent as he hit all of us. As a man I know that there is contact in racing but the level of contact that was tolerated by the instructors was unacceptable. It scared my wife so bad that she stopped racing. I didnt find out what happened until after the race because I kept going. I just thought she didnt like it, now I know why. When confronted the guy racing with us just laughed as well as the instructors, although I will say the instructors looked more concerned that something may come this. Because this guy was the instructors friend he didnt have to follow the rules. When the instructors were asked to speak to the manager, all of the sudden they were all managers. When asked to speak to the owner none of the "managers" knew who owned the place. When my wife asked for her money back since she didnt go much more than a lap they said she chose to stop so no money would be refunded. When the staff was asked why since the guy they added to our group didnt have to follow the rules and made continuing the race unsafe was her money not being refunded. We once again got the were all managers and nobody knows the owner. If everything goes well for your group then you may be alright. If you have any problems dont expect any kind of help from anyone there because theyll give you the we already have your money attitude and everyone is a manager with no known owner. Very disappointed with the staff. I almost forgot one of our group had a go kart with no breaks. Safety at this place is about a 2 out of 10. I think this should be higher when you have the public in your hands. There are quite a few others to choose from in the area. They have to be safer than this place.

BRANDON LOCATION REVIEW: My husband recommended it when he saw the billboard ad off I-4. I was skeptical, having lived in the area I assumed it was the place out in Tampa (that is way over priced and kind of lame) but this was just outside Brandon (off Faulkenberg) very clean, brand new and had AC. We visited in the middle of the day in Mid August and while it wasnt chilly, it was totally pleasant. I had such a wonderful time I had no idea "go carting" got that serious. I dont mean to sound like a weirdo, but I really did not expect them to go that fast. lol Overall, we spend probably $45- $50 did 2 races each. If I remember correctly that races were about 20 mins, or so , long. The crowd that was there was mostly families and a couple groups of young guys. As we were leaving around 5pm the waiting room was PACKED. So go mid day maybe. It made a great date day... so much better than dinner and a movie! We will be back! PS- They print off your racing stats at the end of the race. So I got to brag to the ladies at work that I was .5 seconds faster than husband. :) Nice! lol

Myself, my eighteen year-old son and my thirteen year-old daughter went there today! We had a great time! Remember, you are racing against the clock not against other drivers. You compare your times against all the other racers. Here are the pros and cons: Pros: The cars are fast and in good working order. The track is in good shape and clean. The staff is very helpful in explaining how the cars work. The whole place is spotless with tables and couches to sit in. The technology is fantastic showing ESPN, nascar videos, and your times. The printout that you get at the end of each race is awesome; tells you your times and rankings. My kids loved this! They keep their website updated with how you did as well. Cons: Just a few. The lobby IS air conditioned, but the track is not. It is in a big, oversized work garage and there are big fans blowing. Its not hot until you put on your racing sock and helmet. Then it will get hot after a while; but this is a small price to pay for the fun you have. Overall, a fun experience! I would recommend it.

Went here today with my girlfriend, service was pretty good and the facilities were clean. The karts quality were definately pretty good. They have kids karts that are small and slower and adults which goes pretty fast for me. This is coming from a motorcycle rider who has a cbr600rr. The course was a bit small it felt like but there were mostly turns and 1 straight. That makes it super hard to pass people which causes a few people to bump and spin people out. Im a guy who liked turns and loves to feel the gs. Places are given out by time not who finishs first. And first one to 16 ends the race. Would highly reccomend over most places ive been to around the area. It is a bit expensive for the 3x16 laps. Beware if you are afraid of going fast and taking turns fast. My girlfriend lives riding my bike and she loved karting here even more! She said everyone including me was aggressive driving but still had fun. She got 3rd and i got 2nd overall of 9 guys.

Ok so I decided to take the family to some fun go karting. I have a 8 year old niece, 7 year daughter and 2 year old daughter. The karts are all single riders the my two year old was not able to ride. I paid over $80 for a race each and paid for the licenses were $5 each. After seeing the other able to ride my youngets started to cry. I felt bad that me and my wife decided not to ride. I ask to cancel me and my wife race and for a refund. We had to negotiate to get a refund. We were asked to see if one of us could ride at least. Then we were told that it doesnt expire we could come back. I said no thanks just a refund. It seems no one knew how to refund us. We asked to just wait in the race area while they wroked on the refund. after 15 minutes we were refunded in cash the two races and not but not the licenses. We were out an additionla $10 and we didnt even race. Wont be comin back for awhile.

I’ve never felt tempted to rocket past 70mph signs but I had a great time here. I was bumped several times by other carts and even tapped the corner of the rails—I barely felt it at all. Very safe. You get 16 laps during your session and it felt like an appropriate distance to get the best time. While shorter people (like me) may need to point their feet more to press the gas, it barely bothered me as the race continued. The young ladies behind the counter are very accommodating to newbies (Races average around $45 although there are deals available) but the guys running the track were more stoic, rushed, and robotic. On busy days you may have to wait a while for your turn to be called (there’s only one track for about 10 racers at a time) and there’s not much to do while you wait
