Absolutely the WORST movie going experience I have ever had. The line to get tickets took 20 minutes to get through. We werent in the back either. Only 1 person at the counter. The manager kept walking by and looking at the line finally reach out the door and NEVER opened another register. The refreshment line was only 1 register with 5 people behind the counter. 1 was working. Again the manager did NOTHING to assist with helping get people taken care of at all. Ended up missing first 20 minutes of a 89 minute movie and was there 30 minutes before start time (which is 20 minutes before actual start time). They had 1 movie sell out for 3 showings and the MANAGER only had 1 person selling tickets. DO NOT GO HERE!!!! Manager never offered any help or acknowledged any of the angry customers spending money to pay his over-compensated lack of work.

Ive been to this theater numerous times without any complaints but today Im a tad bit upset and learned a lesson. Recently they switched to assigned seating which I actually prefer bc it makes it easier on the viewer. But as we were in the attempt of buying tickets and chose the seats, the last 2 seats together were taken as we were trying to buy them. My advise is to buy them in advance and not wait in line for 15 mins. It doesnt change my opinion of the actual theater bc we prefer it over the other one in the mall but we will be ordering our tickets ahead of time next time. Also the customer service was amazing! She even felt bad that as we were trying to buy them they got taken and handled the situation perfectly.

Completly disrespectful a waist if time and money and completly ruined mine and my wifes night. We choose to come hwre because its nicer than the mall we want ti watch sausage party. Well i got my 2 y/o with me wich is comoletly behaved and prolly would have. Been asleep. Well they cant sell me tickects because hes under the age of y !!!!! The mall has already started i waised time and gas and my whole night i called ti speak with a manager ti express how im hurt they would do this and it ruined my night. She gunna talk about corperate. Whats the difference between a 2 year old and 6 year old when it comes to an adyly inviroment. Really scree this place ill never come back.

Theater is very nice, and the reclining seats were very comfortable...But my friend and I both got extremely sick upon leaving the movie theater..We went to a 2:00pm show, and ordered popcorn and 2 sodas..(We hadnt eaten anything before we left for the theater, because we planned to go to dinner after the movie.) We went to the emergency room because we were both experiencing severe stomach pain and cramps, and were both vomiting! The emergency room said we had Food Poisoning! The only thing we ate or drank that day was the popcorn and soda from the movie theater!

This place is crazy my husband and I have always went to this theater and we go in tonight and because I have a 10 month old we cant watch an R rated movie children under 6 can not watch it. Thats about the dumbest thing Ive ever heard I under stand 2-18 shouldnt be able to but they let others go in with an adult present saying its ok but I have a baby that will remember nothing from it and they say NO if I could score this with a big disappointment and say it has to be idiots that made that rule then I would bc someone stupid is calling the shots on that one

Employees are friendly. You can feel the southern hospitality even from the young employees. Usually visit this theater once a month, and it is always clean. Prices are the same as any other theater, with added special for matinee hours, military service members, seniors, and children. I would definitely recommend to sign up for (online or theater) Regals Crown rewards program. You accumulate points fast that can be redeemed for a free ticket or at the concession stand. Every Summer for about two they offer family movies for $1 more info in the website.

They need to update their movie screens, or increase the brightness on their projectors or something. Watching a movie here is much like watching a movie at a normal movie theater while wearing sunglasses. I informed the manager about it last time I was here. She said she would look into it, but its obvious she was oblivious to the problem, or she really didnt care. Either way, I will have to go elsewhere from now on. Im sure things will change when the new Carmike opens, and they start losing more and more customers to a better experience.

You now have to reserve seating for all movies, which means that people can reserve seats with a gap in between you and someone else. So there were multiple single seats in one row, but not two together. Now were waiting 3 hours for the next movie. This has made the line ridiculously slow. The woman ahead of us in line was turned away, because apparently you can bring a 6-year-old to an R movie, but not an infant in a stroller.

Concessions are ridiculously priced, just like every other theater, but the staff is usually pretty friendly and the theater rooms them selves are good quality. My only real issue with this place is they are constantly understaffed. My wife finally decided to give heels a shot and we had to wait in line for 45 minutes for popcorn, thanks for ruining that for me. Hah. cest la vie. I definitely still enjoy coming here.

This is my favorite theater in Clarksville. The biggest problem though is the lack of a system at the concession stand. Make sure you show up at least 30 minutes early so you dont miss any of the previews for even the movie because their concession stand is so slow and mismanaged. Other than that the theater is very clean and well kept and a very good location recommend.

I wen to the 9:45 pm showing of Xmen last night and your register operator took too long to get my change from my 100.00$ and my son forgot to get my change. So either your employee has my money or you had a register that was over in cash last night. I cant even reach a manager to complain about this and now I have to go to work. I would love to get my 78.00$ in change

Didnt do the RPX experience but the theater i was in was awesome! Recliners were very comfy and there was enough room for people to walk by without u having to move your legs. Didnt like the price of snacks however, 2 large drinks and a large popcorn was 23.00! and that was supposed to be with a discount!!! Otherwise, nice experience...ginna check out the RPX next.

My husband and I go here once a week! The matinée times are great. Theater is always clean and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Sound quality is good and the screens are clear and vivid. The best part is the movie rewards. Sometimes we swipe our member card and get free popcorn or a soda and even free tickets. There is usually always something free.

Convenient but needs a serious upgrade. Also, they should consider not starting ever movie around the same time. Starting all of the movies at the same time causes massive lines that take up too much time. There is no reason why I should have been 20 minutes late to my show when I got there 40 minutes EARLY! We spent almost an hour in line getting food.
