We have come here several times and enjoyed it, but we decided to bring a friend and her granddaughter this time,on Saturday and likely will not return again. I had 2 eleven year olds with me and a 4 year old. They took the 4 year old on to the main jumping area and helped her and were yelled out by staff for helping her get up and then one of the 11 year olds was comforting the 4 year old by hugging her sideways and was told that wasnt allowed on the play facility! We sat watching and couldnt believe it. We let that go...then towards the end the older kids went to get 3 ice cream dots cups and came back to the table to open them and my daughter discovered, after opening hers, that the young man,Brendan, gave her the wrong kind. Well, that might be ok except she has braces and she could not eat the cookie dough in it without the risk of a broken bracket so I had her take it back up there uneaten and ask the young man for the right one, in which she had ordered. She came back to me and told.me he refused to exchange it,eventhough it was his error that she received the wrong kind as mistakes do happen, but should be corrected when they do occur. So I went back up with her to the guy and explained to this young man why she should receive the correct one that was ordered. He was very rude and did nothing to correct the situation so I asked for the manager. Eventually he came over and I told him what occurred and that the only thing we needed to do was receive the correct kind she ordered as she can not eat the cookie dough. He literally sat there and thought about it a while then reluctantly gave us the correct one. Now, mistakes happen but it should not take 3 turns to have the correct ice cream given since it was the employees error and then to be given an attitude as well. I also found the facility to be a little pricey for the things available to do! Just another case of customer service that has gone downhill!

I had my daughters birthday party here. The service was great from the beginning to the end. I stopped by to reserve for the party, the person that helped me was fantastic, even letting me know about the military discount without me asking if they had one. Three days before the party they called to confirm and ask was I bringing my own decorations, if not, they would provide some. I dropped off the decorations I wanted the day before. When I arrived the day of, everything was already set up and ready for the party to start. The day of host, Aaliyah, was fantastic. She was attentive the entire time, she made sure we had everything we needed. Not to mention, a few days later, my daughter received a birthday card in the mail from Spring Trampoline and Aaliyah. It was the easiest party I have ever thrown.

I really like this place! Very clean and staff are helpful and friendly. They have a punch card system as well as a discount in free hours if you buy in bulk. All and all, awesome, clean, new, safe place to jump. One note of caution is to be careful with small children on a busy day like a Saturday, can be a little dangerous with big kids with tiny kids. We love the toddler open gyms for our five and under crowd so theyre amongst their tiny peers to jump and play. Wish they were open me morning hours and on Tuesdays as we had a play date elsewhere today because they werent open. Much, much prefer this to trampoline world and is less expensive too. Update: 2/25/17. We continue to visit this establishment almost weekly and have never had a bad experience. We love this place!

Its much more than a trampoline place. with the bounce houses that cater to the younger children, the arcade games along with the basketball hoops and dodgeball games keep the kids entertained. their staff has always been friendly with me accommodating and professional . along with plenty of seating in all areas for the grown-ups to watch their children my favorite place is the massage chairs that they have I would suggest bringing a lot of dollar bills its incredibly relaxing and feels awesome. the only suggestion that I have is that they come up with a better way of letting people know when their time is up because if you are in the back where the jump houses are you cannot hear the intercom.

By far one of the best trampoline parks in the state of Colorado. You would have to be crazy to give this place less then 4 starz. Me and my boys try to come here every weekend. Our favorite thing to do here is playdodge-ball. With that being said, friday nights is the best time to come, because around 8:30pm they give you like an extra 30min of play time for free, with purchase. Thats when the bigger kids/adult come out to play dodge-ball and things get prety intense. They also do this light show on the main trampolines, witch is pretty cool. They have a Mini ninja wariror course, Jump house, Air pit and a Slam dunk trampoline hoop. Come check it out, at the very least your kids will love it.

What a great place for the family! My kids love the activity and movement available throughout the facility. With fun and friendly staff. We come into the park a few times per month. My younger kids 4 and 7 love the main sport court and bounce house. The added arcades also bring and area to recharge to get back out on the trampolines. My older boys 17 and 19 spend most of their time on the ninja course and dunk lane working to get better each time through. Dodge ball is next in line when they get the urge to be competitive. Best part for me is watching the kids have a blast, listening to the music, and tired kids at the end of the day. Best way for me to spend an afternoon!!!

We really enjoyed it here. The staff mostly were very friendly and hands on. The trampolines were obviously a lot of fun and it is a great work out. Now I will say, even though it is the cheapest trampoline park in the area to jump for an hour we still arent going to be able to come much. It was over $30 for a family of 4 just for an hour. It would be nice if there were some sort of pass to make costs a bit less. We will be back. Its just going to have to be once every now and then. *EDITING TO ADD* Prices just keep coming up now. As of January 2017 they have had the Ninja Warrior course up for about a month and when they put that up, they raised prices.

Unlike other at other facilities, my kids do not complain of being bored here. We are so lucky to have an outstanding facility on this side of town which provides a safe place for kids to burn off energy (essential in the winter) while providing much-needed respite for Moms/Dads. It is competitively priced, plus their email specials drop the cost down even further. Dont believe negative reviews... springs trampoline park is CLEAN, well-maintained, and FUN! They continue to expand with dodgeball and other activities. I highly recommend!!
