I went to see Taken 3 for my birthday and searched for a theater nearby because I thought AMC was closed down. To my surprise it was very much open and newly renovated with powered leather reclined seats and new screens. I was impressed until the cashier asked me to choose our seats on her register. I have been going here since 2005 and I am glad they got rid of the old but it is overpriced charging babies and toddlers. I had to choose my toddler a seat who was in a stroller so I was not impressed in their decision to charge all ages. The MAIN EVENT downstairs were the gym use to be was a nice touch. It is pricey because the minimum purchase for a play card is $25 with a bonus $5. It is good for one person but I shared it with hubby. We took turns playing different Arcade games. We played over 19 games which is pretty decent. They offer laser tag, gravity, a nice bowling alley with pool and hockey table areas etc. We were hungry and walked over to the Pizza Bar and order a whole pizza with unlimited toppings for $16.95. The pizza was very good similar to New York Style Pizza. They also offer it by the slice for $3.95. They also offer fries and gelato for dessert in six flavors.Seems to be their focal point and they allow you to try all the flavors before buying. The menu is very limited. You can hold birthday or party events where the large tables and floor space is available in front of the Pizza bar. The total spent at AMC was $70 which did not include any drinks at the bar that is nicely placed near the Pizza bar. It was only three of us. I purchased one play card for $25 so to have everyone enjoy themselves without restriction, it can get pricey buying a card for every member in your family. The machine says one card per person but we shared one card and brought a whole pizza to save. Unfortunately you to enjoy the movie every person kid have to pay including baby. I would go again for bowling which is $22 per hour for max of six people. Bowling and socializing too much may cost you an hour. Shoes are $3.50. Very nice upgrade but if your on a date, its a nice spot to get to know each other doing a little bit of everything!

Perhaps Ive gotten spoiled by the decadence of Atlantic Station Regal cinemas 16 because this theatre is completely sub par in comparison. This location is not worth the price of admission and I will not be returning until some serious renovations are done. AMC Parkway Pointe 15 is located in what could be considered one of the most prestigious areas of Cobb county convenient to Vinings, Cumberland and Galleria, and there is no excuse for this theatre to look as trashy and unmaintained as it does. I saw Elysium here with my wife and the floors were sticky filled with trash, the seats had popcorn bags left in them from the previous visitors and drink cups left in holsters. The seating here appears to not have been changed since this place was first established. The Theatre screen is far smaller than many other cinemas Ive visited the overall experience of this place is terrible. I live in walking distance to this theatre and I would rather drive to Atlantic Station for my cinema pleasure rather than go up the street to this dump. The only thing that is worthy of this theatre is its multi-drinking dispenser which allows you to mix up drinks and choose from a variety of rare soft drink flavors incorporating some of Coca Colas most favorite brands. The parking wasnt bad either during the time arrived at this location which was late afternoon. However, this feature alone doesnt help all that is wrong with this place. I will not re-visit this theater until some major renovations and improvements on cleanliness are taken into consideration and carried out. Atlantic Station is 15 minutes away and AMC should do all they can to set the bar very high against its competitor.

Worst customer service Ive ever had. We spent 89$ for 6 tickets so it seems like receiving excellent customer service wouldnt be to much to ask 4. The guy at door taking tickets was great. Very polite very helpful, but the people working at food service seemed like they hated life and their jobs. It seemed like she was mad at me for even placing an order, it was crazy. I ordered Phillips chz stk fries and get chilli chz fries. I just ate them to avoid any more attitude. Then I accidentally leave my phone either in the bath room or n the theater. I didnt notice until I got home. I tried call but couldnt get an answer so I drove back up there. The doors were locked, only allowing people to leave(10:30) so I knocked on the door and windows. She looks at me then she just continued to wipe as if I hadnt knocked at all or as if she was just to busy to deal with me. After standing there a few minutes I spot security guard sitting in the bar area, walk over there, knock on that window and he comes to see what I need. After I expla hi n to him, he allows me in. I first go to bathroom and check then to the theater we were in, no luck. So I walk back out to lobby, not was at guest services or any where in sight. Then a girl comes to the food counter, so I ask her if any 1 has turned n a phone. She tells me she dont no, then ask me what it looked like, I tell her and she says she hadnt saw it, so I ask her to ask if any else might know. She tells me shes too busy. I couldnt find any other workers so needless to say I left with no phone, no help. I guess Ill try to go back tomorrow and hope my 400$ was turned to sum 1 honest enough to give it back to me. Wtf ?

While I loved the upgraded theater, especially the new larger seating, Im so disappointed that all the seats are now RSVP only. Im a movie buff and go 2-3 times per month, almost always at this location. I live 20 miles away & choose this location because I like the set up and the Coca Cola machines. I always go early so that I can get a seat that I like. Now, after you get to your seat, if you dont like it, you have go back out to Customer Service to have it changed, its inconvenient to say the least. If you go with a group there is high probability that you will not be able to sit together because most of the seats are sold in advance. And the front row is terrible, you cant see anything from the seats and they dont recline enough to take in the whole screen. On my recent trip, people wouldnt buy tickets because they would have had to sit in the front row. I really hope the management removes the RSVP seating option, otherwise I will take my business to a different theater.

Went to see a movie tonight and they started showing the wrong film and then came in and stated that they could not play the correct film, why can a digital projection not play? You have the file obviously, it just seems absolutely ridiculous, after all this is 2017. All that they did was ask if we wanted to see something that had already started or wanted a voucher for another movie at another time. The manager did not even at all seem in the least bit seem sincere. This place is a joke, it was dirty, there was trash all over the lobby, half of the lid containers were empty, sodas and flavors were out, the cup holders in the theater had trash in them, the theater had not been vacuumed, none of the glass in the entire place was clean, and lets not start on the bathroom. We got a baby sitter and drove to this specific location because of the seating selection and comfort. I am extremely disappointed and dissatisfied as I had my heart set on seeing the new pirates installment.
