Usually I have a good experience, but today was just unacceptable. Our movie was supposed to start at 9:15, it was past 9:30 and nothing. A couple of people had to get out and go ask. When it started, the previous started in the first look which takes longer, in total it took 30 minutes for the movie to start.... only for it to be a different movie. About 15 customers(including my self) had to go up front to the customer service desk and see what was going on. The rep that was there was very rude and kept blaming us on purchasing the wrong tickets even though most of them where purchased at the site! We were asked to show our tickets because apparently another film was on their schedule than the one online and at the kiosk, still blaming us and wanting to reschedule us for another time but there wouldnt be reserved seats. After a few minutes the correct movie was played. At the end the function started after 10 pm. Not mentioning it was pretty hot inside which made the experience much more unpleasant. We were promised free passes because of the wait when the movie ended yet there was no one that went out of their way to really fix THEIR MISTAKE!

I go to this location every Friday, sometimes I go my self and other times I bring a friend and / or family members. I have been going to this AMC theater for over 15 years! I have been there through all the wonderful upgrades. Its a great place to kick back in your recliner and forget your blues or to celebrate your fortunes ! The management & staff are friendly & always helpful! The lady that takes your ticket and always greets and gives you a movie review should be elected mayor of Irving!!! The Hot dogs are the best beef dogs around ! This AMC Movie Theater is the best Entertainment Location in Irving So, if you feel like having some pop corn or having a bourbon & coke and relax THIS AMC IS THE PLACE TO BE!

Worste experience at a movie theatre. I went to go see Finding Dory at 11pm showing. The previews didnt start till 1130, only after a few customer complained. So after the previews the movie started only it wasnt Finding Dory. It was the captain America movie. So I went to the lobby to talk to somone and im at the counter for 5 minutes and the staff straight up ignored me. I literally had to interupt 2 employees talking about the previous night. After i ask for a manager they pointed and some guy walking who was no help and said they were fixing it. Our movie started an hour late. I will never come back to this movie theatre and its sad because they have the best door lady.

Yes the seats are amazing. The service is ok. But the place is always trashed!!!! The seats are sticky who know how often they wipe them down. The restrooms are always so dirty with toilet paper all over the floor. The concession stand is by far the worst one I have ever seen, not even in my high school years did I ever see one this dirty and very unorganized. I have been several times and each time its one of these issues listed above. If management could be a bit more involved this place would be so much better. The seats can not be the one thing to make up for everything else...they need to get it together.

Worth every penny! You get to choose your seat when your purchase your tickets! This is a really big deal for me because I am always late and end up with a horrible seat. But at this theater you can buy you tickets a day or two ahead and pick your seats then. No need be 45 minutes early. The reclining seats are amazing and the best thing ever. Not sharing an 2 armrests is great, just lay back a relax like at home. You can even cuddle with you boo if you want. Great way to end a date. The food, tickets, and everything else is expensive because movie theaters charge whatever they want, because they can.

I finally have to say something about this place.....yes, I love it ...its always clean and the seats and theaters are amazing. Me and my family go at least once a month. However, the customer service at the concession stand has been horrible for the last year. No matter what day or time, they always act like they would rather be anywhere else, and extremely bothered that you want nachos or, god forbid, fresh popcorn. I still go because its a great theater, but we no longer buy anything at all from the concession stand. Its just not worth the hassle. Totally Agreed

Staff is very nice, weve typically ordered tickets through Fandango and then retrieved them at the customer service desk to avoid the lines but they also have a self service kiosk. Lines here can get back up quite a bit on weekends! They have a small bar inside which is nice if you want to have a drink while waiting for your show to start. Nothing fancy but it was nice to grab a quick beer. The theatres are actually very roomy and have the nice reclining seats!

Normally, this is a great theater. Come here often, but today (Oct 10), this place is struggling to make a single star. Lines everywhere and apparently only one person at work, terrible. Got here 30 minutes early for movie and now have to pick between seeing first hour of movie or getting popcorn. Really, you can do better... I try to always give a place a second chance but doubt they can recover from this performance....

Despite the conditions of the surrounding mall, the reinvention of the AMC theaters in the Irving Mall has been very refreshing. There are no problems that we have dealt with and has brought me and my family in Irving joy of enjoying a good movie 3 miles from the house. The reclining chairs are great and the ticketing system is really organized. Highly recommended theatre that isnt a huge mall.

The movie tickets increased I guess because of the upgrades. Irving theater has made a lot of changes. Its like its trying to become a studio movie grill. This location has a bar, and free refills on drinks, the seats recline and now you reserve your seat. No more going in looking for somewhere to seat, which could be a hassle at times... However like always concession is ridiculously expensive

The whole experience is so Cool! I Love the reclining seats. The assigned seats is a nice touch, stress free and convenient when youre running late. The concession stand is clean, and staff is very friendly. I definitely recommend this theater to everyone. You really need to experience it at least once. What do you have to lose, but a great experience!
