Writing.a review for Graphic Couture that is operated from inside of Legends. Unfortunately, my review isnt a good one. I ordered my invites on 4/06/2017 for our party that was on 05/12/2017. It was short notice for Claudia the owner of Graphic Couture, but she told us that they would be ready in a week. We ordered 100 invites and 150 passes. We were given a great deal and were really happy. The reason I am giving them such a low rating is because the invitations were 4 days late. I met with someone (not Claudia) on Easter Sunday at 9 pm to pick up the invitations. We met on 59th and Camelback. Then followed to an apartment complex. Very unprofessional. But hey I wanted my invites. I had already put a deposit down for and didnt have much time. When I got home I started addressing envelopes. The envelopes didnt have anything to seal them so they were bad. I had to tape them shut which looks bad. Then I realized that our passes were all in Spanish which they were supposed to be half in English. The worst part was the word "recepción " was spelled wrong. Spelling errors are a big Nono on professionally made invites. I contacted Claudia Again!!! And she said she could reprint or refund. I told her I had already mailed invites out, but didnt get a response back from her. I wasnt sure what to do, but decided on a refund because there were to many mistakes made. I let Claudia know, then I received a text message back hours later that shell do a refund but Ill have to return the invitations. Which I couldnt do. So, now Im screwed. Lost my money, went through all this, and just to get miss spelled invitations. Its pretty messed up but unfortunately you live and you learn. Claudia seems like a very nice person, but I definitely feel like she procrastinated on doing my invitations and then did them in a hurry and it showed. She never messaged me to let me know there was a delay. I always had to reach out to her first. She sent me the proof of the English but not the Spanish even though she said she would. All in all I would not recommend this company. Not because the invitations themselves arent nice looking, but because they have poor customer service skills. We were promised a snap chart filter and Im hoping she still comes through with that if not I will edit my review. I will be writing this review on other sites as well.

One of the largest and most elegant Ballrooms in Phoenix! Worth taking a look and visiting! Chandeliers are original iconic pieces of a famous ballroom in Las Vegas where Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin, Elvis performed under those lights. The modern yet classy atmosphere is jaw dropping once you open the front doors. Different rooms to accommodate 100-1000 people for banquets. Legends can also hold special events like Expos, Conferences, Fashion Shows where auditorium style seating is available upon request for 2000 people. Legends allows for outside catering but also offers in house services. Visit Legends you will not be disappointed!

Legend Event Center is beautiful! The owner has thought of everything, the main hall is gorgeous! I went in there to get prices and to view the hall and I was blown away on everything you get for the price. This is a one stop shop. I love how big the bar is and I love there bathrooms! All the thought and decor is well worth having your wedding here. The staff I met was very friendly and very informative on what I wanted for my daughter. They gave me so many choices and ideas. I am planning to have my daughters sweet 16 here and I cannot wait.

Everything was great except for the service. Staff was very slow in serving food. They would refuse to put food on the place setting if the person was not physically there, mind you the three people were in the restroom. I went to ask for food for people who had just arrived and though I saw plenty of food in the kitchen, I was told no and got the door shut in my face. Bathroom towards the back was not very clean and one stall did not have toilet paper. I will definitely look for other places before booking here.

Very affordable, spanish spoken. they have done a beautiful job with the place, beautiful settings , plenty of parking, plenty of bathrooms. It may accomodate 1000 people of more.

Worst organization ever! Rude front counter. Ran out of seats people paid for. Nobody seems to know how things are suppose to be ran. How it this place still in business?

Good size, plenty of parking, little confusing to get to it because a little hard to see from Camellback Road. No adjusent stores or vendors other than a U-Haul rental

Definitely recommend Legends Event Center for any of your party needs. They are extremely courteous and have reasonable rates especially for the size of the ballroom.
