The theater itself it fabulous. However, whoever designed the roads in and out of that mall should be fired immediately. After spending $80 on IMAX tickets to take our 6 year old...who, I might add had worked very hard at improving some behavior issues to get to go see his first IMAX movie... we spent over 2 hours a mere half a mile away from the Theater... waiting in line to exit along with the other 9 million people who were going to see Christmas lights, Ice, Rockettes, etc. Needless to say, we never made it. The tiny, minuscule back way in was blocked with the other 1.5 million folks trying to do the same thing. Bought more tickets and watched the Desolation of Smaug in 3D in Cool Springs. Tried and tried to call the Opry Mills Stadium 20 to see if they do refunds before the movie started... no answer, no answer, no answer. Have been trying everyday since with same results. Maybe all the employees are also stuck in traffic. Who designs a mall that large, with many other attractions around it, with only one main route to get in our out? Ridiculous. I cannot wait until the Cool Springs IMAX opens and I will never have a reason to go back to Opry Mills again.

I am interested in filing a lawsuit against your movie theater for how loud you had a movie I took my 5 year old to. Im 31 years old and at one point in my life Ive seen 3 movies per week... Ive probably seen hundreds of movies in theaters. The IMAX for 7 pm showing of Beauty and the Beast on March 25, 2017 was so loud that my daughter and I could hardly understand the speaking of the characters on the screen. There were babies in the film and it disgusts me to think that their idiot parents never left. Our ears are ringing. Definitely not hearing as well. Were nauseated. That level of hearing loss is going to get you sued in a big bad way and your staffing manager wasnt interested in a full refund. So heres what Im going to do. Im going to go file a complaint with every department I can think of and get your business investigated. The department of health and human services.. states attorney generals office.. bbb.. I am sure I can come up with a few more.. in the meantime, your movie theater experience was the worst Ive ever had and my child and I have suffered hearing loss. I hope your theater disappears one night. Just poof. Gone. Jerks.

Teri Young is a bummer. I bought tickets for my birthday to see Star Wars, and sat in the theater for 25 minutes with a blank screen and no information from management. I decided to leave as the run time pushed back that far would not let me stay that late. Upon me trying to receive a refund and head home I was told that I could not get a refund and would have to return to the theater. I was given no indication the movie would still start, and that the previews would be cut to let the movie run for intended length. So Teri, all I have to say is I enjoy the previews. I dont enjoy being told things as if you already had informed me. I have responsibilities in my life that cause me anxiety and I wanted to treat myself and my girlfriend to a movie. Sitting in front of a blank screen for almost half an hour with teenagers yelling nonsense offers me no comfort. Attempting to get a refund and being treated like a child makes it worse. Teri, you have no business working in a management position.

Two stars because my past experiences here have been fine, but a recent incident has me very upset. I went to see Logan(R rated) with two of my friends as a present to myself for my 17th birthday, which was actually the next day(about 5 hours from when we were seeing the movie). We thought surely that would be close enough to see the film, but nope, I was 5 hours too young. I would have been fine and gone on my way if I werent so rudely treated and spoken down to. The manager seemed as if he were considering letting me buy the ticket, although he did seem a bit uppity about it. I politely offered my id to prove my birth date, which he proceeded to rudely snatch from my hand, then practically throw back at me and retort with a snarky smile, "You can come back tomorrow." He made quite the scene and I was absolutely humiliated. Im not sure if I will return to this location again.

Went to see "American Sniper" and really enjoyed our experience. The theater staff was very friendly and the place was clean and well organized. Even though the prices on everything from the tickets to the concessions are not cheap, having a guaranteed awesome experience is worth it to me. The movie has been in theaters for awhile now and while some will put older movies on smaller and lesser quality screens they do not. The screen was large and had a HD resolution. The seats were probably the best Ive ever sat in while at a theater. They all had cupholders on each arm and reclined. They even had headrest! The sound was top notch as well. I cant complain about anything from our experience..I definitely recommend this establishment! On a side note: They have an IMAX screen and it will drop your jaw if you decide to see something on it!

Horrible experience since the new museum across the street has been set up. Its a complete circus with about 100 taxies lined up outside and blocking the trafffic not to mention the extra parking places that are being taken up by people not using the mall. Ill never come back to this theater again. Even on the weekend it takes 30 minutes to find parking and I was turned away from the movie I wanted to see (after redeeming my points for a free ticket through the regal app) because I was over 15 minutes late to get in line.

The volume in the theaters is unbearable. The last 2 times I have gone here I have complained to the manager on duty about the excessively loud sound. Neither manager cared and I was informed it was part of the movie experience. Some people got up and left, some had their hands over their ears. I had to put in ear plugs to tolerate the volume. The volume, coupled with the attitude of both managers has totally turned me off and I wont be back.

Nice theater! This was my first time here as I was visiting from Florida. However, for the expensive price, I wouldve thought the seats would be declined! There was no issue buying tickets before hand and the young lady at the counter let me know that I had enough credits to get one of my 4 tickets free! I just think almost $16 for one ticket is a lot AND on a Sunday (but its my fault that I missed matinee by an hour)! I would go back!

Movie was fine but very aggravated about the wait for concessions. After barely making the movie time to get concessions I missed 20 minutes of the film to get refills. Dont buy concessions unless you plan on getting there early. You think theyd have an employee serving refills only so that guests viewing a film wouldnt be subjected to missing valuable movie time just for a refill!!!!
