Wish I could have given ZERO stars. Went to 7pm Star Wars IMAX 3D showing last night.... Wow, what a colossal disaster. The film was stopped five times, the first stoppage took them over 20 minutes to fix. I purchased tickets for this show quite some time ago, thinking it would be cool to see the Star Wars on an IMAX screen. Suffice to say I coudnt have been more let down, the stopping and starting of the movie really took me out of the story. The theater offered vouchers to another IMAX movie, thanks but no thanks. I will not be back and I would caution anyone not go here for a big opening night movie, Regal Cinemas Gulf Coast 16 obviously is not equipped to handle them.

I absolutely love going to this theater! I love it better than the Bell Tower location! Everyone is friendly and helpful! The ONLY problem I have is whenever I call to get a customer service representative, the call log you guys have doesnt give that option. Just movie times. It would be greatly appreciated if there was a customer service phone number for certain situations like what mine would be.

Very frustrating trying to find the movie times and locations, especially if you are not sure of the name of the town. Once I was able to finally, correctly guess the name of the town, it was about time for the movie to start. Lucky for me, I was in the parking lot. If I had to come from home, I would have been late. However, the staff was friendly, polite & helpful. The movie was great!

This is a great movie theater. The seats and floors appear to be cleaned regularly. The sound and display is good too. Prices are typical and they offer a whole slew of eating options but Im good with popcorn. The are coupons in the entrancement book which brings is down to somewhat reasonable. Night time is crazy which is typical, and day time is steady.

I have always been pleased with the customer service there have been times when the theater was too crowded or there was a noisy and or disruptive people the manager on each occasion was understanding and was glad to give me a pass to return. I have so far never had a problem with cleanliness but, I only go to the movies about six times a year.

Wow, looks like "greg" is sour puss. This theatre is so wonderful to have in the area. Never left unhappy. Weve had issues with disruptive people and cell phone bozos, but always been treated truly great by management. We cant always make the drive from the Cape, but this theatre is worth it every time we do.

imax is great..... phone line is always busy not great :-( i was thinking of buying a fandango gift card and want to know if you can use it at the cinema for concessions etc but i cant call to ask .... so right now im thinking of buying one at amc instead since they did answer their phone.....

Christmas day was crowded but the theatre was nice. Concession stand lines were CRAZY long. Waited in line for 30 minutes and when I got to the counter the service person moved as slow as possible it seemed. Got popcorn, way too salty! At least the movie was great!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced, nobody picks up the phones. Everything is also way overpriced, Im paying to watch a movie, not pay the same damn price the movie cost. I would not have even gave them one star if it wasnt required.

Really nice movie theater with an IMAX. Many concession choices include beer and wine for those who like that. If you do plan to buy alcohol at the theater make sure to have your ID because they check ID no matter what your age.

Very expensive.... I max isnt as good as it used to be it seems to be just sound these days.... also if you buy a ticket for your kid you may not be able to see movie anyway after you get food and drinks....

Clean large and friendly. Come on guys we all know food is expensive in theatres dont downrate them because of that. Never seen a cockroach or a rat (lol) since ive been going there for three years.

Its the best theater in the Ft. Myers area. Clean, comfortable, large, and in a great area. You have options while you are waiting for your movie like dining and shopping.

No A/C while watching Captain Underpants, when bought tickets was not told there was no A/C. They offered to refund. So dont buy tickets through Fandango.
