I wish I could give this place 0 stars. This place is the worst. The staff are rude and disgusting. Ive never seen any bowling ally that requires 8 and younger for bumpers. A staff member told me if we brake them, they have to pay $1000, wow, they must have really cheap bumpers.. My cousin is 9 and she is not really skilled at bowling, they said no to her and assumed she was older, that was completely rude. Plus on Saturdays they charge double for bowling. We asked for a refund and they only gave us only $6 back out of the $80 we payed and this was only for taking out my cousin. We also paid for two games and they canceled the second one. I then went to the arcade to play games. I put $10 worth of coins. The machines took in two of my coins every time and didnt count it as credit. I then went to the front desk to get a refund or for the staff to fix the machine. Guess what their answer was? "WE DONT OWN THE MACHINES, CALL THE NUMBER ON THE MACHINES..." What is that response!! In the end I wasted $4 on coins and got no refund. This was absolutely the most disgusting experience, not only for me, but for my friends, family, and my cousins. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THIS PLACE AND I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. TOTAL DISSAPOINTMENT..

Excellent atmosphere, cold drinks and beautiful women. This place has it all with an excellent staff to boot! Its setting is a speak easy bowling alley with many other fun games such as Skye-ball, ping pong and bocce that are all free. Bowling however is $40/hour and you cannot make a reservation over the phone. You must show up in person and wait. But thats half the fun because you get to play the other games or hang at the bar with friends. Justin (the proprietor) is doing an excellent job with his staffs service. We will definitely be back.

Cool place to go bowling with the family. Its an arcade and bowling spot all in one with catered parties for kids and they also sell quick food like pizza, soda etc. My only tip for the present ownership is to have the roof redone and change all ceiling tiles etc. As someone who might be a parent, some may have issues with mold or stuff in the air because of the way it looks and thats in the dark! It doesnt bother me but I did hear some moms talking know what I mean now? Overall atmosphere and experience was good. I would recommend...

in the middle of a league game I decide to buy a new bowling ball. Tom in the proshop had it ready for me with a perfect fitting in 2 games. after I got the ball, he came out to the lane to be sure that I was comfortable with the grip and gave me some decent pointers. between him and Dees help...THAT is customer service. 5 stars are mostly for customer service. But the hot wings, all the pubgrub is good and counter help back there is friendly. For an older alley, its pretty clean. Honestly, no complaints.

It was a horrible place. The heavy round headed white woman at the counter was very standoff-Ish and needed an attitude adjustment. She constantly spoke to us through the pda system and was very nasty to us and a few others. There is no music and majority of the other activities here were out of order. I will never set foot in here again. I give this 1 star but I really give it no stars.

Its a very good place for bowling. But we had my sons birthday party. Party attended never paid attention to us, very slow service, irresponsible . also the pizza ordered was cold . Had to go to front desk, number of times to complain . I would say, its nice place to bowl but not great for parties.

If you go here on a weekend without a reservation with a large group of friends, be prepared to wait. It took about 30 minutes for us to get a lane with 6 people. During our game, the lane had technical difficulties and we had to wait about 10 minutes for them to fix it before we could play again.

I always come here with my friends and have tons of fun no matter the time of day! If you love to bowl, this is the place! The environment is friendly and perfect for groups. Its the perfect place for dates too! Its fun to stay for late night bowling too!

This place is ok. Been there 3 times and was saticfied. My children had fun. To me if the kids have fun, then Im ok with the place. The bowling after dark is cool for anyone. Im a pro bowler and lanes are as decent as it gets! Have fun.

Went to this bowling alley for the first time with some friends and had a blast! Its well kept and updated compared to others Ive been to which can sometimes be run down. Overall, nice experience. Would go back again.

Good for a fun time. With plenty of lanes and a decently sized arcade, Bowler City is a great place to enjoy food and drinks while bowling. They also have leagues with their own reserved lanes on specifice days.

Good place for smaller or larger groups. They have plenty of lanes, the wait is not bad on a busy days too. Additionally they have Games Arcade, Bar and Fast food restaurant and plenty of parking space.

Can be busy or league night depending on what time or day you go. Good price for bowling, decent food, a bar and an arcade! Great for kids, groups or a date. Lanes are slicked properly unlike other places.

One of the front desk worker mixed up my shoe with different person. Bowling shoe have numbers on them. Why the heck she cant keep track of them proprerly. This shouldnt be repeated again

Bowling lines are great and a good place. But girl employees are crappy and unfriendly. There is a one guy there who is nice. Not many food choices except for costly vending machines.

They have leagues here, it is clean, it stays open til 3am, the prices are reasonable, they have a bar here, they have pool tables here, they have food here. It does the job.

Went on a Sunday morning & the special was worth it. For $10 you get 3 games & a breakfast. Breakfast was not all that but edible. We left @ 1pm & the bar was still closed.

Plenty of lanes, it was just Okay, Foul indicators are not there, unfriendly staff, Cheaper and worth going on Wednesday and Thursday if you are gonna play a lot of games.

We had 6 people and there was 22 lanes open and they wouldn,t let us bowl on two lanes and there was one open next to us they put them next to us rather then anywhere else

This place is great! They have $2 per person games Monday to Wednesday after 9pm. Midnight bowling is always fun! Nice bar and the food joint is pretty good too!
