I came here for the first time ever while visiting my grandparents, and we went to see a movie, and the staff was extremely friendly, and the manager was beyond fantastic with handling an issue with my grandmothers reward card. I ordered pretzel bites (which were fantastic), and the snack employee told me they had to make them, and that they would deliver them to me during my movie! Ive never heard of a movie theatre doing this! Its not a cinema cafe theatre, but they still gave service like this! The bathrooms were clean and well maintained, and the video and sound quality of the theatre was very good as well (some theatres really lack in the sound department)....easily one of the best theatres Ive ever been to, if I lived in the area it would be my go to.

Im there every Friday to see a movie. Went to See Get Out and did NOT get asked to see My ID. Went to see Logan and the Same person that sold me the ticket for Get Out Asked to See my ID for Logan and told me she couldnt sell me a ticket if I didnt look over 21. The lines were very long that day might I add. Long story short I went to get my ID because she royally pissed me off (Im 26) Went and got back in line and The guy next to her didnt even Ask for my ID. I missed the first 10 mins of my movie. Not cool, Changd how I felt about the Theater and workers there. Fortunately they have Workers There like Washington! Hes great, Always has a smile on his face And like me enjoys Good movies! Hes great!!

Theater isnt updated but its not that bad. The food service is rather slow and questionable. They had to bring my pretzel bites to me in the theater. That happened 20 minutes into the movie and thats not including precredits and all the previews. They also had no idea where I was. Hence, the questionable part. However, they were fresh, hot, and delicious.

Compared to other theaters Ive been too, this one is clean and comfortable. The last several times I have gone; however, it has taken me at least 30 minutes to get my ticket and get inside. Once I was inside, I did make it through the concession stands very quickly and made it to my seat just as my movie started. Overall, very satisfied.

Went to see a movie that ended up being canceled even though the listing was still up! Asked to switch out for another movie that nobody was watching and they said they couldnt. Apparently our group wasnt the only ones disappointed by this. I dont usually go to this theater either. Just another reason why I wont be back

The staff were nice enough. They were out of almost all their concessions when we went though. The theaters themselves are atrocious. Poor video and very poor sound. I dont believe it was surround sound. The facilities were very dirty and outdated. Would not recommend.

This theater is one of the last remnants keeping this mall in business. That being said, the small town atmosphere is very welcoming! I always preferred driving to this theater from Poinciana as opposed to the nicer one in Kissimmee or the fancy one in Davenport.

This Cinema is clean but very out dated. Dont offer options for food and drink combos. I have a big family so anything In a family pack would be Great! But when i sneak away with wife theres no combos for a couple either. I hate driving to downtown Disney.

Love this theatre. I only gave a 5* because its the highest I can rate. Always clean, staff are wonderful and pleasant!! Lovely atmosphere. Im here every week & sometimes stay to watch more than one movie. Its a home away from home!

We enjoy this theatre, ask for Sr. rate when buying a ticket, if you have an AARP card you can get a break on the concessions. Personnel are kind and courteous. Today it will be raining so it is a good day for a movie!

If youre looking for a place to people watch, this is the place for you. Theres an arcade directly across from the movie theater in the mall so be prepared for an interesting crowd in the theater...

Not to crowded, just the way that I like it. Seating was like any other theatre as the screens. The only thing I didnt like was that I could hear the other movie from the theatre next door.
