The staff is rude and unprofessional. While watching a movie the phone belonging to the man seated next to me started ringing during the movie. Later at one point I viewed something on my phone and a man sitting behind me came up behind me and decided to bully me because Im a woman. He never said anything to the man next to me who had his phone ringing. He said very loudly in my ear "turn off that phone its distracting" I didnt say a word. In my opinion just bc someone is doing something you may feel inappropriate it does not give you the right to be rude and confront them. He should have address his issue with the staff. Anyway his wife also chimed in and got loud - the entire theater could hear them. It wasnt fair for them to disrupt the experience of the entire theatre because they felt they had an issue ---again they should have quietly addressed it with the staff who then could have approached me professionally. The woman stormed off after causing a scene in the theater and God only knows what she told the staff bc a staff member came and stood next to my row and glared directly at me for about 35 mins watching me in an intimidating manner. Literally glared at me with a scowl on their face the entire time and never asking me a thing. I dont appreciate the way the staff handled the incident.

If you are from out of town and expecting this theater to provide well-priced, efficient service like your typical Alamo Drafthouse or Flix in Round Rock, go ahead and set you sights a lot lower. This is just your regular movie theater with a larger concession stand that includes alcohol, and various extra food items. No wait staff. No ushers to tell people to put their phones away during a movie. I gave two stars instead of one because the seats were the only thing (them being leather) that met my expectations. Eat/drink before or after your outing to this theater if this establishment is your only option. I didnt order food after seeing you wait in one line to order your food.... just to hurry up and wait in another line. Not very efficient. You want more food or adult beverage in the middle of your movie? Youll have to leave your movie and go through the line(s) again. Again, not very efficient. Wait staff is the way to go.

My family and I went to go a spend a nice "family evening" at the movies, to my surprise I was not allowed to go in and watch "Spy" the movie with my 2year old because it was a rated R movie. According to the ticket lady, my son had to be 6 years or older. Seriously? Her excuse was, "Since we sell beer, only 6 yr old kids can go in and watch a rated R movie". So a 6 yr old is pretty mature to watch a rated R movie and be around beer, than a 2 yr old? They are both kids! Plus the movie was not really rated correctly. We all immediately left and went to Carmike, no problem at all, my son ended up asleep during the movie, my husband and i had a great night. PLUS, it was way cheaper!!!

Love this theatre and its the one we go to when we have a choice. The problem is that often there is no choice since this theatre only has 6 screens and more often than not two of those screens are showing the same movie (in standard and 3d). The restroom setup isnt great either with only one restroom on opposite sides of the building. If youre a male in theatre 6 and need to hit it up, youre in for a long walk. Assigned seats are great though, and the opportunity to buy beer and meals makes this theatre stand apart.

I just saw American Hustle and the movie theatre was very clean. The workers were very attentive. If you have something bad to say about the pricing of the food its like your at a restaurant while watching a movie so expect the same pricing, but the food was great and not too over priced. I had a blast and highly recommend it. Im just moving to San Antonio in a week and glad I experienced this place before I left. Have a great time everyone!

Its nice. When paying we didnt know where the seats where located (it was our first time in this theater) , so the security ( i think it was security) went ahead and showed us the seats before purchasing tickets :) ....If you go early you can order pizza etc and theyll take it to you to your seat :) ....really nice ...only complaint is it smells a little bad, but what movie theater doesnt.

The best thing I like about this theater is that you reserve seats when you purchase the tickets. The sooner ahead you plan, the better seats you can get. If you purchase seats for their Tuesday special several days in advanced, you can get greats seats for a great price. The food is good too, though I wouldnt say great. Price is just a little pricer than most restaurants.

Limited choices on the menu, although I have enjoyed all my meals Ive had here. Typical comfort food fare, Bistro Burger and Crispy Chicken Wrap have been go to favorites of mine. For a tasty treat I recommend the Rosemary Fries. Prices are reasonable for going out but dont expect cheap options. Movie concession prices for drinks though. Service is quick and attentive.

Horrible service from manager. Basically they couldnt help us out in any way and it wasnt the managers problem to help find coupons I was trying to redeem. He was very rude and disrespectful towards me and other person I was bringing along. Would not recommend coming to the theater til manager learns how to act with customers.

I love the option to select my seats and the big sofa chairs (Do not recline!) I love the fact that you can place your order of delicious food and they bring it to you FRESH AND WARM, beverage selection including alcohol is awesome!!! Little sneaky on prices they tax the food plus the grand total again, I just noticed!!!!

I went to watch split with a date. The evening started out in the worst way possible because of this theatres incompetence. The movie we were watching kept skipping. They stopped the film once during the previews, then once again in the first minute. My beer got lukewarm, and of course so did hers. I am never coming back.

I love how you can get a great selection of food and drinks - even a Tuscan kale salad - and eat while watching a movie. The seats are comfortable, the theater is new and clean, and its a great night out. Their margarita pizza is thin crust, flavorful and hot - really good for a movie theater!

The extra food options and beer availability is great! The crew needs to smile a little more though! None of the three people who helped us (box office, ticket cutter, concessions) greeted us with a smile, and one was even annoyed that Id made a joke that apparently she hears "all the time."

Amazing experience walked in and was immediately greeted and informed about todays new rewards. Ben was really friendly and one the only person that has taken the time to stop me and my family so that we enjoy our time and we save rewards and save money. So great service.
