Worst experience ever. Paid for my tickets the night before & when I get there very disappointed to find someone else sitting in my seats. That problem finally was fixed then sitting while trying to enjoy the movie my food I ordered never came. Apparently the couple sitting in our seats were given our food. Now shouldnt the staff have some type of policy to check tickets? Wow had to go up to the front 3 times to ask about our food only for it never to come. Now Im extremely passed. I was HUNGRY that night & you know I was to have to pay $25 bucks for nachos & chicken strips. End result for a refund for my food then have to ask for some comp or something which as a customer irritated me more. Shouldnt they make sure I come back by at least offering me a way to make it right. Oh Hell Naw not on 87th I will give those tickets to my daughter.

Had the worse experience of my life! What had the potential to be a nice movie theater in our community has turned into a hangout for thugs/gangs & FREAKS all under the age of 18! Parents please keep your children away. As a full grown adult accompanied by my husband - I Was AFRAID. Disrespectful youth EVERYWHERE. Sneaking in and out the movie theater, running up and down the theater, sitting in seats they didnt pay for, mob action in the hallway, blocking bathrooms, girls grinding on each other in the concession stand. Walking to our car witnessing mob action in front of theater, guys running in the parking lot, jumping in and out of cars. This place is a death trap waiting to happen! All I kept thinking was WHERE ARE THEIR PARENTS? WHERE IS THE POLICE? WHERE IS THEATER SECURITY? But I realized its in the hood who cares!

8/28/2015 Friday,,,,Last night I had went and seen the movie called war room and when the movie is over they turned on the light I seen a rat ran across my feet and I ran the opposite way I did not even want to use the ladies restroom because I felt like it was going to be a rat run it all crazy I said to myself oh my god do I want to buy any food about it here do I want to come back to this theater just make sure when you go to this movie theater make sure that you be careful whatever you buy be careful while your feet on the floor it was just that horrible

I attended the theater on Tuesday, a $5.00 discount day. Of course, many Seniors were there. I was particularly impressed by how they treated seniors and people with disabilities who were having difficulty walking or finding their seats. A young man carried their trays, escorted them to their seats, and escorted them out of the theater. HOW WONDERFUL! I have made this theater my FAVORITE because of their treatment of patrons. Moreover, there is plenty of parking, it is close to the train, and prices are THE BEST!

The food was good and the seats were comfortable. They offer a lot of special showings that include the $5 Tuesday and childrens screenings all summer at 11 am. However, the service was very slow. It took about 45 minutes to get nachos and a milkshake that was melted by the time it arrived. Service at the bar was also slow. Plus the ladies bathroom needs some work. There were stalls with no coat hook, the trashcans were mounted in a way that blocked the doors and many stalls didnt have tissue.

I went to this theater for the first time yesterday. Its a beautiful theater with lots of movie choices. The only problem was it was not clean. I went to the ladies room and the floors was so sticky. I told my husband about it and he said it was the same in the mens bathroom. Inside the theater was nice but the other areas needing cleaning. I also want to mention I was there at 11:30am so Im not sure how it couldve gotten dirty so fast. Other than that it is a very large and beautiful theater.

The customer service is phenomenal especially for such a busy theater. My concerns were that theater 11 that we were in stank EXTREMELY bad and the floor was sticky. In addition to that when going to another SMG the service button is used to order food or drinks while in your seat. Thats the premise of SMG. When attending this SMG, a person in my group pressed the service button and was told that the button is for emergencies only. What does that even mean? IT SAYS SERVICE!

Totally remodeled throughout! Spacious lobby with a large rectangular bar in the center. Comfortable sitting areas with sofas and plush armchairs, tables & booths on the parameter of the lobby. Choose your movie and plush reclining armchair seat assignment. Order tradition popcorn, candy and soda or choose from a menu with a large selection of made to order food items that are actually delicious. Loved the chicken nachos & the slider trio which come in chicken or beef

Very nice and clean and great place to watch a movie and get a bite to eat,i been there at all hours,never had a problem with the staff or other guest,even Chicago police was was being kind,there is crime every where,from the north side to the south side,from the east side to the west side,from Chicago to New York to Miami,bathrooms need to be attended to much more,but other then that,its a great place for family,friends,and just a good date for couples....

This place is getting nicer. They have a little bar now which I think is nice. I dont drink but still nice. They have new seats in some of the showing rooms. The ones with the table attach which is really comfortable. I usually go during the day which is a perfect because their isnt a lot of people. A lot of teens do be here during the evening so expect that. Theyre still in the middle of remodeling, but I do encourage people to go here.

Chatham 14 has partnered with Studio Movie Grill for the total moviegoing experience. Complete renovation with Sony sound, screens and wide body recliners. New lobby with full liquor and wine bar. I was surprised they feature Freakshow wine, voted 91pts Best Cabernet Sauvignon. No need to miss your movie, order food, snacks and signature sandwiches at the concession stand and staff will bring item to your brought to your ticket.

I love the experience of patronizing buisnesses in my own community and getting passionate service from people who are glad to see you. Not just faking it to receive your money, with blank looks and manufactured smiles. I do believe this establishment should be considered a cornerstone in our buisness community and a model for those to come. Affordable, family friendly, and accesibly situated in the community. Awesome.... its new comfortable places to set while you wait for your movie the seats are very comfortable employees are very helpful especially especially for accessible needs bringing the food to the Seat awesome..... almost like the Comforts of home watching movies, preparing yourself for your favorite TV movie even with a beverage awesome. I think the prices is a little HIGH thats something that you guys need to work on

The new seats with the swivel tray and leather gets cold. Their was some construction so maybe they should close until its finished for it looked raggedy. Finally service was poor getting snacks I waited in line for 8 minutes trying to be patient while they chatted. Funny because their was only 1 couple in front of me . My popcorn was stale when I eventually got it and my slushie was more like water (no carriers either)
