Regal Cinemas Citrus Park 20 is a multi-screen cinema complex located in Tampa, Florida. It offers a variety of films and has amenities like reclining seats and a concession stand. However, it faces stiff competition from other nearby venues, and there are areas where it could improve, such as customer service and facility maintenance.

Decent theatre. Nice seats. Clear visuals and decent sound quality. Employees horrible. Drove 50 miles to see a movie, because they had a 12:25 am showing, and the theatres around me are starting their last showings by 10:30pm. I get out of work at 11pm. So I made the hour drive to catch the 12:25 showing. Stood in line to get drinks and snacks. As Im standing in line, some 19 year old kid walks up to the counter, and mumbles something to the people in line BEHIND ME. I didnt hear what he said, and my friend told me that he just asked if anyone is getting anything from "the oven". I said "is pretzel bites from the oven?". No response...He just proceeds to turn the oven off. Im the next customer in line at this point. 30 seconds later when I get to the counter, I tried to order pretzel bites and cinnamon bites to go with 2 large drinks, to which I was told the ovens were already turned off, and they just asked if anyone wanted anything. I said that he hadnt asked me, but I had responded anyways with a question about the pretzel bites. His smart mouth "manager" told me that he had "made an announcement". Mumbling to one set of customers is not making an announcement. And losing $20+ in sales, for less the $3 worth of product is not good business. And the way I was treated, after traveling for over an hour(50+ miles) to come to this theatre, was certainly not good customer service or treatment. I definitely wont be making that trip again. Im sure theres better theatres that want my money. Ill just leave work a little earlier, and actually enjoy my night.

Not my first choice of theater, but I was meeting family for a movie. Pros: updated theater seating with recliners and selected seating. Cons: no updates to the other facilities. Bathrooms need some attention or renovation. Concessions seem to be higher priced here than at competitors. Stopped by their bar area to get a glass of cabernet. One 6 oz. glass of Dreaming Tree was $10.99...thats nearly the price of a bottle of the stuff in a store! No IMAX theaters. Also the rewards program is a joke. Earn thousands of credits for an upgrade on popcorn? On the competitors side, 10 minutes away is Veterans AMC. Theyve updated their standard theaters to recliners and reserved seating, (not in IMAX though) their bar prices are comparable to your average restaurant and their other facilities are clean and up to date. Their rewards program can earn you money off from purchases throughout the theater...from tickets to concessions to the bar. The discount isnt limited to just popcorn upgrades or sweepstakes that you have no chance of winning. Its a better option. Regal could really compete with the domineering AMC if they took these differences in service and applied them to their locations. Theres a reason they rarely get my business and tonight just solidifies that.

The Movie Good entertainment, the wife and I checkout the late show 10:50 pm at REGAL CITRUS PARK STADIUM 20 in Tampa Fl. Dont go to this theater. It was our first 3D movie, they Im 63 my wife 50 somthing. One other movie goer so We had the place to ourselves, on the third floor. We all set Butter pop corn, drinks we are ready But no 3D glasses? The as*hol* how took our Web ticket waS To busy Bullsh!tin to give us the glasses. After calling down three floors I got there attention and 5 mins later the glasses, No we are sorry about that Just the same rude here you go.The theater was dirty, the Sub Woofer were blown as well. Added Insult after move was over they turned off the down escalator we were on the second floor, the wife cant do stairs so she need to go back to the third floor to take elevator, I stayed on second till she made it down. There are better venues within 5 min away. We will be going to there from now on! Customer Service is a lost art I know. BUT HOW ABOUT DOING YOUR F***k JOB!

The seats are great. But at the showing of Star Wars I attended people were talking loudly throughout most of the film. Others were openly texting the whole time; their cell phone lights distracting from the movie. No one around to do anything about it. I actually got up and walked over to the talkers and asked them to please shut up. Theres a guy taking tickets and a cop, then a HUGE line for the only open concession stand (on a Saturday night, no less); no management or even workers to talk to for assistance. Worst of all, the mens room smells like the elephant house at a zoo. It is all filthy and busted up, with pieces of wall, molding, plaster, etc. missing. The stench is unbelievable and horrific. I almost passed out from being overwhelmed by it. Youd think they could afford to clean the restrooms, but I guess they dont bring in enough money to do that on their $8 popcorn. Could be better.

I like this theater very much. They have Senior tickets for $6 Monday through Thursday, all day, and matinee prices for adults until 6pm. There are a large number of films showing at any one time. A covered garage is right next to the theater and, if you are in Florida, that matters. In the summer, Tuesdays and Wednesdays have childrens movies for $1 at 10am. The seats are comfortable and the auditorium is structured so that you never have a problem seeing the screen. 3D costs $3.50 more and its not really worth it to me. I would like to see more employees on duty. Occasionally, someone has to go tell the manager to turn off the house lights or turn on the sound. This probably only happens at the first viewing of the day. If the popcorn is hot, its very good.

While I didnt mind the theater or sound the security here is awful. I had to leave my theater during the movie twice to ask that someone come in and control a group of VERY loud and vocal people in the front row and nothing was really done at all. An usher came and walked through it for a few minutes, then just left even though they were still loud and annoying most of the theater. Not to mention the people that kept coming and going during the film. Have someone at the door or inside throughout the movie. Avoid this theater solely for the amount of loud kids and teens that have been in every theater the three times I have attempted to come here and enjoy a film. Never again, movies cost too much to have to deal with rudeness and poor security.

1. Lady at the ticket counter did not seem to understand the QR code until she had a AHA! moment when she saw the scanner. 2, I had to hand her my phone through the window slot instead of scanning it through the window like it clearly says in the text 3. Went to a 3:45 movie and the concession stands on 2 floors where not open and the lights were off. 4. Escalators shook so bad on the way up and down it was kind of scary. 5. 2nd floor was so poorly lit I felt like I should not be there. 6.Theater and screen were small and seat felt old and stiff. 7. I felt like I should not be there because I surprised a few employees as I was leaving and the concession stands and the theater were just being set up or so it seemed as I was walking out.
