The staff was friendly enough, but wouldnt respond to a clear projector issue. Myself and 3 strangers saw Wonder Woman 3D in theater 13 and all agreed, that the image for the right eye clearly had the top ~20% of the screen just blacked out. No video there at all. When I left the movie (twice) to mention it to staff they said "Yeah, we know, theater 13 has been like that a long time with 3d. We can give you a voucher for a free movie if you like." That was kind of them to offer and I declined as this was almost the last night for the movie, and I knew I wouldnt be able to get in to see it again. Im just disappointed that no one was willing to actually *check* to see if it was out of alignment. Even the second time I left (about 40 minutes in) they were also saying "Yeah, just give it ten minutes and itll get better". So I dont know if its a defective camera or just lazy employees, but dont go to any movie showing in theater 13.

Stared at a blank screen 40 minutes past the movie start time. Finally after about 10 people got up to talk to the staff, someone came in and said they wouldnt be able to play the movie. Staff was reluctant to give refunds and suggested we all just see a different movie even though it was a midnight showing and every other movie was already 40 minutes in. Eventually they said we could either get a refund (after everyone complained) or theyd give us each one free ticket. Staff was unfriendly. People were literally screaming in the halls and no one was monitoring. Definitely NOT a family friendly environment. They also charged over 18 bucks for two cheap quality sodas and a popcorn. NEVER GOING AGAIN!

Probably a nice movie theater, but I wouldnt know. Man checking tickets had to be the hero and not let me into an R rated movie (Im 19). Im not from Rhode Island, and I dont have my drivers license yet, so I showed the only form of ID I had in my wallet, my CT boaters license. Lady at the desk understood my situation and gave me a ticket, but the smartass checking tickets wouldnt take my STATE ISSUED ID because hes "never seen one before". If I have Allstate insurance and a guy with Statefarm hits my car am I not gonna accept his insurance cards information just because Ive never seen a Statefarm card before? Ridiculous. Sad part is that ruining my night probably made his. Loser.

Absolutely huge cinema and Im not just talking about the IMAX which features one of the largest screens on the east coast. Features 16 cinemas and the previously mentioned IMAX screen, wide variety of food and a full service bar. Enjoy a beer or cocktail at your seat as you watch your film. Be sure to present a college student or active military ID at the box office for a discount. Cheap tickets available on Bargain Tuesday for $8 ($10 for 3-D films or IMAX) and Senior Wednesday (+60). Children two and under are free.

I couldnt enjoy the movie. The person next to me was in my area. There was flashing from phones. Peoples reaching over you talking and so much more. I wanted to go and get my money back!!! This sucked and ruined my night. I wont ever go back there. There was no security to make sure that things like this wouldnt happen!!! I will wait a month or 2 and go watch the movie when it gets to east providence cinema!!!! This was the shittiest experience I have ever had at a theater!!! People have no respect!!!!

The manager of this theater should be fired. I mean come on if youre going to charge $20 for popcorn and a soda at least have more than three lines open to sell the food. Im missing Jurassic World right now waiting in a line of 200 people. Shameful.

Nice theatre inside the mall with ok seats and expensive food. Dont bring outside food or else theyll tell you to throw it away but Ive brought in water from the outside too and the people didnt mind. Prices are decent as per what youre going to see.

It was the worst. Literally they took my goddamn money and refuse to pay back all cuz I left for the bathroom that was only 5-7 min they suck, seriously my entire money. And also they are rude to kids like wtf seriously

I didnt look at the costs of the other snacks, because I didnt need to. The drinks, small, are $5! $5! Also, the man who stood at the entrance was as unfriendly as employees can be without getting fired.

If you ask they will pop you fresh popcorn. The biggest issue with this cinema is parking.. sure the parking garage is almost always available but you spend 10 min going from your car to the cinema.

Newly updated halls. Come here all the time to come watch new movies that come out. Seats are kinda uncomfy though and squeek alot. Some of the staff is nice others are rude.

Theprices are to much they make you pay 5 DOLLARS JUST FOR A SMALL I think it is a rip off the prices way to high for regular food that sell for cheaper prices

Seats are okay! I couldnt sit on the seat for 2 hours! Seat hands rest are made of ion so it hurts. Sound system is ok. I would not recommend this cinema.

The phone system is the WORST ever, complete and TOTAL FAILURE! Dont bother calling! The theater is good but the phone system stinks, sienfeldian joke!

My go to theater in RI the Imax screen is glorious the sound system superb and I have never had a experience at this location with staff or otherwise.

This is a really nice movie theater. Showcase Cinema has also now taken over the IMAX theater and I really enjoy watching the movies is IMAX 3D.

Id give it a zero if I could! Start time is 7:00pm, it is now 7:35 and Im still watching friggin commercials! Oh and the prices are outrageous

Modern, clean and comfortable. Good food and snack choices, a full bar and great screens and sound... Very expensive drinks.

Staff for the most part is great. Threater itself is great! But do expect to pay $10 for 2 drinks. Never mind alcoholic drinks.
