Went to go watch the George Clooney movie about wall street forgot the name but me and my wife ordered popcorn at a 2pm showing I started enjoying my popcorn til I realized that my popcorn was ridiculously stale! My wife goes back to the guy that sold us the popcorn and he claims he doesnt know because he just got to work, claiming the popcorn was made the night before and they never threw away the popcorn from last night and sold it as it was I told that guy that was a health hazard because food cannot be served for longer than 4 hours or has to get thrown away that was one situation at that movie theater next time my dad and my wife go to see a movie at the movie theater my dad orders a Diet Pepsi with popcorn my dad asked for jalapeno because he likes to put jalapenos in his popcorn and they do not let him get any jalapenos unless he orders and Buys in the nachos Sonu convenience whatsoever for customers none-the-less my wife also got sick from the popcorn there also last night we went to go to watch The Blair Witch movie I didnt want to order any popcorn but if you guys go to this movie theater and see that they already have the popcorn pre-made and packaged in the bags the popcorn is more likely been sitting around for longer than 3 hours therefore has bacteria in it and can probably get you sick just need to keep the popcorn inside the glass or else you guys can get sick other than that thats it

Excellent staff, excellent service, excellent film, great sound. The reason I gave this review two stars was due to the Gross food-service environment I encountered. I had ordered a large beverage and I as such was entitled to a refill, so after the movie ended, on my way out I went to receive said refill. Unfortunately the employee took my cup, emptied the contents onto the ice tray of the soda fountain, and then proceeded to scoop ice out of the ice bin with the same cup. Anyone in the food service industry should know that scooping ice with a cup is unacceptable, an ice scoop should always be used, much more so when filling a used cup with ice. I certainly wont be spending six dollars on a beverage at the cinema ever again. That would be some expensive herpes or anything else I might get from that, that someone else couldve had on their cup.

I constantly go to the movies here . I especially love the stadium seating they have it is so nice to have a place to put your cup when your not drinking. Plus the real 3d for certain movies like Titanic or The Phantom Menace. It actually felt like I was really there watching it happen! Not that 3d version like on SCTV. Also the place was so clean it was a big improvement to theaters of the past where you got chewing gum stuck to your shoe and restrooms that stunk so bad you have to hold your breath.You wont find that here nor will you find for "a good time call..." written on the bathroom walls.A great place for the whole family to have fun!

The theater has never been crowded; there are plenty of seats available without being jammed up against other people. The wait in line has never been more than 5 minutes. Paying online ahead of time is a great feature. Discounts are offered for military and seniors. I find the seats to be comfortable and the environment clean. Because this theater is in an upscale mall, the quality of the patrons is good.

saw district 9 great location on the top flore of the macarther center mall next to the food coart. long lines at the entrance, and snack bar. not the cleanest. seats and legroom avrage. big screen/sound system wow facter nonexistant. could have sworn the movy was projected in anilouge. not the best. could be worse. if you saw somthing like avitar hear for the first time, you missed out.

There was no line for tickets or at the snack bar. But the service was horrible. The guy at the ticket window didnt wait for my Husband to give him his regal card before we paid. Then there were 5 people behind the snack counter and no one acknowledge us for almost 5 mins before I had to ask for help. I will not bring my family here again. Lynnhaven theatre is better.

I want yall to know this is my fourth movie that I watch at regal cinemas I love going there to see a movie and it is a great to see a movie over there and the service is nice and their bathroom is so clean and Im proud of that so I can tell anybody to come on down and see a movie... ☺☺☺

Theaters are always clean and seating is good. Concession has improved with quality of food selection...and the speed of service has also been addressed. Plenty of restrooms available near all the theaters...right near restaurants and food court, as well. Great overall.

Movie started 20 minutes late. Sound was awful (there were speakers on the walls that were obviously not functioning). Chairs are solid as rock and dont recline even one degree. Very little leg room. If youve got a choice theaters, steer clear of this one.

For now it gets 5 stars, because I get to see shah rukh khan on the big screen. I thought I would have to wait to see FAN until I saw that it was playing at this theater. Im excited to see it! ^^

Eh.. Place is OK... Decently sized theatre and plenty of options. Place is a bit filthy, bathrooms need some care, and the concession stand seems to be in need of a solid restocking.

its clean, theres no sound bleed over through walls. the service is occasionally slow and as overpriced as you would expect from a movie theater. over all good.

Theater is OK, chairs do not move like some other theaters. Be sure to have your parking validated here. One of the only places in the mall that will do so.

Going to get popcorn rakes you 30 to 45 min. There is not enough people working in that area to service the people that come to see a movie.

A movie theater is only as good as its SELF-SERVE butter machine. And this theater doesnt have one. Great mall though.

Very slow concessions, popcorn was lousy, aisles had corn and sticky multiple places, way way overpriced (as usual)

Bathrooms are never clean and the whole theater has had little upgrades since it opened 15 years ago.
