A ton of fun. The Gaylord Texan runs Paradise Springs. A 10 acre water park, located just down the road from the resort. The hotel offers free shuttle service throughout the day. When you arrive to the hotel as a guest, receive your water park wrist band. No need to being a towel, as they will supply that for you too. If you forgot anything, they have a gift shop on site, as well as lockers, and a full restaurant and bar. Definitely show up a little early, so you can find a nice shaded spot. You can also book different sized cabanas, done with ice chests and ceiling fans. The park is all about fun and relaxation. There are water slides for the little ones on one side, and older kids and adults on the other. There is also a lazy river, water basketball, ziplining, and an amazing multi level water play zone. There are full service bathrooms, first aid, life guards, wait staff. You name it, and they got it. Oh yes, there is also a live dj and games for the kids. A definite must do when staying at the Gaylord.

Has a lazy river, one water slide,2 cable rides and 2 kiddies areas. Nice and clean. Limited but seemingly adequate parking. We had free admission because we stayed at the hotel. It wad nice for the cost but if we had to pay a separate admission, I would not have been happy with the limited attractions. Went on a week day so the crowds were not bad. I would not recommend going on the weekend.

My husband and two kids visited the resort for 4th of July weekend. We didnt want to leave. The beds were extremely comfortable. My kids had a smile the entire stay. Paradise Springs is the place to be. You gotta try the zip line. We had a buffet for dinner in the atrium, and selection of food was outstanding. Lots of healthy options too. We will be back.

Family friendly water park that isnt overwhelming!! Perfect for families with small children and big kids alike. Small enough that the big kids can have Independence without parents fear of losing them! Shuttle bus takes you from hotel directly to water park (very exciting for the kids). Clean and well staffed.

Its kinda small, and is mostly for kids. We got in with armbands from the hotel. The price they ask for admission otherwise is way too much for what the park has to offer. No big slides or anything. I didnt eat there, but lots of other people were , and the food looked really good! It was clean there, but busy.

This water park was a great experience for my family. The pictures do not do this place justice. The lazy river was a lot of fun. There is an area for all ages at this water park. The staff was very friendly and the food wasnt too pricey. We really enjoyed the live DJ and the games.

Great water park with waterslides, lazy river, and water games. Perfect getaway for the whole family. Food services started off great but fizzled as the day got busier and we had to wait for over an hour for a burger and chicken tenders.

Great place to spend a few days. Holidays are busy, during the weekdays are very quiet. Food is expensive but good and if you treat it like an all inclusive your bill might be $100 and you have been well taken care of!

Nice addition to the hotel. The water park was about 25% full, so it was like having it all to yourself. Minor complaint. Cant call it a lazy river if you constantly get sprayed with water while trying to relax.

Visited several times while staying at Gaylord Texan. This is a good size water park for small kids. There are enough things theyd like to do but not so big it is hard to keep track of them.

Lazy river, zip lines, walking waiters/waitresses, water slides, pools, ice cream, food, water basketball, giant water treehouse fort, full service bars. Childs dream! (And adults!)

Awesome water park for guests of the hotel. Makes an expensive stay more economical when you factor out the cost of going on an all day activity. Food is really good too.

My whole family loved it. Bar tenders were working very hard to keep up with all the orders. Very friendly. Only wish there was a slide for my toddler.
