Wow has this place gone down hill! I havent been here in several years since cinemas opened in Nitro and Teays Valley. Today we found both mens and womens restrooms dirty. The walls were even dirty. This is was at 330pm, so it wasnt because they were busy. This is on the staff. Carpet was ripped in main lobby and duct taped in several places. Several things were broken in the restrooms. Soap dispensers, stall doors, and cracked urinals. This is on the management for not repairing stuff.

Went to go watch the new tmnt movie and a quarter the way through the movie the speakers start cracken and poppen so loud you couldnt hear the movie then they stopped the movie for about five minutes and never fixed the problem and never hurd a sorry or anything from the managment it was a waste of 40 bucks will never go back

I go here quite often and always love it! The food is fresh, staff is friendly, and seats are setup perfectly! But it can get a little loud sometimes so if you cant handle loud noises take your earplugs! Otherwise its a great place to enjoy a movie with friends and family!

My biggest beef with Marquee Cinemas at Southridge is that the sound insulation between the theaters is not very good. If youre watching a quiet part of one movie, and theres some loud action sequence or music happening in the theater next door, youll hear it pretty well.

the theater and bathroom were clean and the staff were friendly but the popcorn kind of sucked it might have had to much butter on it or the popcorn was sitting to long but it made me sick to my stomach after i ate it i hope it tastes better next time

Always a good experience. Food is way pricey, and occasionally the theatre isnt completely clean (popcorn in seat, cup left behind). Minor stuff. Its my prefered place to see movies.

Great cinemas, multiple rooms, 2D and 3D, Party room available to celebrate a special day and watch a movie after. The service is good, staff is kind and the popcorn is very good.

As a local there are not many options. I know to expect quick ticket purchase and long concession lines, sticky floors and lots of people. Average for a movie theater.

I love this place! However, in recent years the seats have gotten sticky. You may wait in line a little longer than youd wish to as well. Its a great movie theater.

Nice theater, great seats and furnishings, etc. However, take your ear plugs. The sound volume during the previews is painfully loud.
