WARNING: This is a long review! My friends and I came here to celebrate my birthday. It was an intimate event so there was only a few of us. When we got there, we werent let up until our reservation time (10pm). We get upstairs to find a line for the shoe rental and then our "hostess" comes to review a contract Ive already signed and paid for, effectively wasting more of our time. When we finally get to our lane, theres a woman who didnt want to get up from her seat because she said her friends told her they were going to be in that lane. The hostess had to go back and forth with this woman until eventually the woman got up and left. Great right? No. Now, we bought the "kingpin" package which includes unlimited premium drinks and appetizers for two hours so I kind of expected to be served a drink as soon as I reached my lane... WRONG. We waited for like 20 minutes until our food came and our server came to take our drink orders, then we waited an extra minutes for 4 drinks... About the food: We got the buffalo wings, mac and cheese bites and the bruschetta. the wings were cold, the mac and cheese bites tasted like nothing the bruschetta was decent, i just wish it wasnt served on graphite. The drinks: They messed up our drinks twice. Whats so hard about a malibu bay breeze? When they did get our drinks correct, they were pretty decent. So a few minutes later a large group comes up next to us and management decides they havent tortured us enough so they switch us to the next lane... Mid game. The next lane didnt even work so we had to wait for a repairman and when he finally "fixed" it the balls wouldnt even come back once you bowled. I spoke to the manager and she gave us an extra 45 minutes but was it really worth the horrendous experience? Definitely not. Although, they did apologize, sometimes "sorry" doesnt cut it especially with an attitude.

Walked in around 6pm on a Tuesday, we were with our three and six year old, lady at the check in said wait time is one hour and offered to wait at the bar even with the kids. Odd we said but we had already walked in and were hungry so why not. She gave us a buzzer thing so we will know when it was our turn and asked if we could walk away to which she said no, also assured is that no reservations were available either. So we waited, and watch as each individual at the bar arrived after us with the same device to wait, we ate and after an hour waiting still no buzzing. The people at the bar were obviously annoyed at the wait but they were drinking so, no much they could do either way, when a couple who arrived right after us got up I figure maybe there is something wrong with our buzzer, so I decided to follow, they were handed shoes and pointed to their lanes, at that point I stood behind them at the counter and asked the person they can after us, she looked at the screen and said, I dont know I just know theyre ahead of you and so are two other people. I let it be and watch as three separate couples and group came to the desk with their buzzers and were handed their shoes. Two hours later we decided to walk out, and the person behind the counter, short lady with short hair almost instantly stretched her hand to grab the buzzer when I said, thats very unfair what you did and not right. She looked puzzle as another person was there with a clip I assume a superiors and I made sure she heard, I said you know you bump him up and others and just walked out. Very disappointed but, unless youre willing to chill out cash to the short hair, short lady youll be waiting for a bit. Two more couples walked out before us giving up also sad part is because theyre tourist they didnt say anything.

Une idée dafter work à New York City? Un bowling bien sur ! Bowlmor Times Square est comme son nom lindique hyper bien situé à Manhattan. Lespace est gigantesque, si bien quil est vraiment simple de trouver une piste en semaine à 19h Lendroit est propre, pas trop bruyant, avec de la musique et des clips qui passent sur des écrans géants devant la piste. Les quilles sont fluorescentes, leffet est vraiment sympa. Comme dans tout bon bowling, la nourriture est bien sur horrible et les boissons sont passables. On ne vient pas là pour manger ou boire, on vient surtout là pour jouer. Le rapport qualité/prix est bien, surtout lorsque vous bénéficiez dun forfait illimité pour certains soirs. De quoi faire la fête jusquà la fin de la soirée sans se ruiner.

Best part of this place was every other bowling alley has, the bowling alley" Wont be back.Hated this place. Everything that was wrong: _First of all, the person taking orders and everything else was just 1 in like 5 alleys, so it was really hard to get what we wanted ontime. - Manager at the front desk was a total dick. Rude to all customers and preoccupied with her cell phone. We were told over the phone shoe rentals were $4/PERSON , but when we check out, it was $7/person. Then we asked the cashier why, she said let me call the Manager. Thats when we came intouch with a very uncaring, talking to people like she is better than you and careless about the fact that you spent $1000 in an hour there.Kathleen Shilby just needed to be more comprehensive and smart about how she directs to clients when she needs to clarify any misunderstandings, I saw her being completely nasty to an elderly man that didnt speak much English. She was mocking the man in front of his whole family. - The pins kept getting stuck and the balls wouldnt come back to our end. We had to call maintenance (aka front desk dick) to fix it multiple times. - Bathrooms were NASTY. Bunch of doors that lead who knows where and the stalls were beat down. #stayaway #run

Was here on a corporate private party. It was on a Monday, in which they have some specials for bowling on Monday nights, the price didnt seem bad when I looked online, although everything was paid for. The place is spacious and is kept clean and has a nice lounge feel to it. The staff was very nice and accommodating to any requests we had. The BAD: Avoid the food. Even though it was paid for by my company the food is not good nutritionally nor in quality. Had sliders, fries, chicken strips, crab cakes, pizza. It was just mediocre food and I would advise you eat somewhere else prior to coming here if you are hungry or expect to get munchies. Now the cookies were good, I had oatmeal, sugar, chocolate chip all good and they were warm. Brownies were ok. Salad was dry. Skip the food and just come to bowl. Everything was paid for for me, so I would check their pricing online before coming. All in all I had a lot of fun with my coworkers.

Im reading some of the reviews and im feeling so bad for these people my experience was nothing like this. I had my sons 10th bday party there yesterday and the service was top notch. I booked a rock and bowl party because i had children and Adults there. From the beginning my host Georgina and our server Adam i believe his name was were awesome. I truly had no complaints and the service was top notch We had so much fun and his birthday went off without a hitch. Will definitely be coming back again. Had a blast in the arcade. Loved the Boozy Blue Iced tea and the Southern Charm drinks they make there. Whole staff was friendly Maybe because i booked a party package my experience was different from everyone elses. The prices for party bookings are a little expensive and i think bowlmor members should get a discount that is my only complaint. But everyone left with smiles and great memories and that is what its all about.
