Last year, the wonderful staff here helped a great person host an amazing birthday party utilizing all of the wonderful amenities. This year, the owner and wonder staff helped us all do it again for her as she unfortunately passed away. They helped us celebrate her life in a way we wouldnt have been able to any where else. All of the staff are supportive and pleasant to deal with and strive their best to please their guests. This venue is beautiful and vintage in the best way. So much to do and such a great place for a group of friends to gather with their children and then party into the night. It may not be what you want if you are looking for a super modern hotel but each room and the buildings communicate the Hunter mountain vibe perfectly. The history is present everywhere. thank you again!

Ive been going to the Villa vosilla for 20 years now when I met my wife her family took me there theyve been going there for 40 years it is a beautiful place and now I take my child there I am 37 years old my wife is 36 we go in the winter time we go in the summertime the owners and the staff are very family-orientated it is like going to my relatives house when we go there also the food is outrageous we are from the Bronx I would recommend anybody to go to the villa vosilla and in the 20 years of going there I do not have one complaint it is always very clean and like I said the staff is like family they treat you with respect and try to meet your every need

We have been to the Villa Vosilla many times over the years.....The staff and food are excellent. The rooms are spotless and the owners have re-furnished all of the guest rooms. To my knowledge, the Villa Vosilla does not have "apartments".....This sounds like the writer is describing a different hotel that does have time share apartments. Also, although the Villa Vosilla does have security cameras, to my knowledge there is no security force on premises to come knocking on a guests door in the middle of the night. We highly recommend the VILLA VOSILLA to anyone who is looking for a true taste of Italy.......food, entertainment, etc....

For our wedding anniversary each year, we typically travel to Atlantic City for a long weekend. While we have a favorite spot, we have had a lot happening in our family this year and simply needed to go someplace where we could fully shut off the world and enjoy quiet time together. A friend recommended Villa Vosilla. Our stay was exactly what we needed. Enjoyed all, including the special things everyone did for us to simply make our anniversary weekend a little more special. Wonderful place to go, any season. We will be going back again.

We take a group of 20 people with developmental disabilities to Villa Vosilla every year. As you can imagine, traveling with a group that size with special needs has its challenges. The staff are so welcoming and willing to make our stay a special one. The food is excellent and the guest rooms are big and clean. The staff are so accommodating and friendly. We cant wait to return. We highly recommend that you visit........small group or large......you will have a great experience. Janet Riley

This is the worst management team ever! I called to complain that our room was entered by a security guard at 12 am only to be yelled at by the desk clerk that I couldnt complain because he knocked then he hung up on me. The worst and rudest service I have ever come across. Not to mention that the rooms are extremely shabby and old. Im extremely dissapoited and upset from this stay. Oh lastly, be careful in the parking lot, its designed poorly and can become dangerous quite easily.

Everyone was friendly and courteous. From the check in to the bartender to the food serving staff, the people were very friendly. The rooms are somewhat dated but very clean and the facilities are all available and make for a busy weekend. Our weekend consisted of some fantastic meals and a really kitschy halloween costume party followed by some old-fashioned music. Enjoy the hospitality and the trip back to a simpler time but dont come if you expect the Times Square Hilton.

We have never payed so much and got so little value. We had looked forward to a stay in "luxury apartment"you really expect something extra. The worst thing was how dirty it was, I have never seen such filth in all my life. There was also an odor that would not go away, and they did not made our room while we where there, that is no new tovels, the carbage was not removed etc. working there are dishonest people, I would not recommend this place

Resort definitely is stuck in the 80s and our room bathroom was really old which looked like it was mildew with caulk on it instead of caulk with mildew on it. The breakfast was ok but was what they wanted to give to you and not like you had a menu choice. The indoor pool is very dirty looking and sure was not up to my standards to go in. Everything closes in area at like 4 or 5 pm then theres absolutely nothing to do.

Clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Old Italian feel to the whole place, which was a different change. Very nice dining area with a nightclub. Pool, basketball court, shuffle board, and nice seating areas with a campfire in the back of the main building. Parking was tight in the front of the buildings but had spacious parking in the back. Recommended to anyone.

Its Me

My family and I have taken a trip to Villa Vosilla for many years since I was a kid. It was so peaceful a nice place to relax out of the city. Food was good and the atmosphere was great. There were lots of things to do 2 swimming pools, bocchi, video games, sauna, a gym, bingo, horse racing or you could do activities in the nearby town. What a great experience

Staff were very helpful, but building is aging. Windows and walls were thin so lots of noise came into room. The heating in our room was not working on the first night there. Also it was controlled by the front desk instead of by a thermostat in the room, which I thought strange. Location is fine. Lots of small roads to drive to view the fall leaves.

If youve ever been to Italy, this is a huge taste of it. From the restaurant and the fresh local imported food, to the unique rooms that are all different , it has so many activities including a pool, a recreation area and a gym, and its owned by a family right from town, literally the mayor is the cook hahaha love this place

we came up there for a weekend 8-24-12 with 2 kids and had an amazing expierence the people were very nice the food was AMAZING!! and the atmosphere was great i would recomend this place to anyone and we do plan on coming back next year.

I had the chance to attend a wedding reception there. The food was fantastic, and the whole event ran smoothly. Everyone was friendly. The place could use a little updating but mostly a very beautiful place with lots of amenities.
