Seats are old and cramed in. Most expensive movie tickets in the area. COBB, at Tyrone or Large, much lower. Price at concession stand are ridiculously high. Half of the movies dont start on time. And trying to track down management is a joke. Just like here. Negative reviews are handled with a caned response. No personal response. Just the same word for word on EVERY negative response. Oh and they are right about the liquor or beer rule. Its a joke. Im in my 60s and its obvious, yet they look you in the eye and LIE to you. NO IT IS NOT A LAW! So just another way to inconvenience a customer. Wish for the good old days of a drive in Theater! When you talk to the gelp ( not mgt) they all say the same thing. Working there is just a paycheck and that MANAGEMENT could care less about the customers! Customers mean little to this corporation. Its a numbers game to them. They lose a hundred customers oh well theres always everyone else. I expect the same caned response as everyone else gets. If you want customer service to reach out let us know. Heres a thought. Offer GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REACH OUT ON YOUR OWN. But that would indicate that Regal actually cares.

I can only give 2 ☆☆ due to the extremely high cost of everything. I mean, honestly, in November I took my 12 year-old daughter and me, to dinner at Applebees and a movie, with popcorn and drinks for us, and some kind of sour chew candy for her. At any rate, after our tickets and snacks, I had spent over $50...for just the two of us! So, to the ownership and management team at this location, Do you realize I spent more money on 1 large popcorn, a package of candy, and 2 drinks, than I spent on both of our entire meals at Applebees?? So, since that night last fall, I choose to take my daughter all the way up 19, near Palm Harbor, because the cost of the movie and snacks is literally HALF what it costs me at your theater. What was once a joyful event for my daughter and me has turned into absolute robbery. I dont mean to sound harsh, or rude, but you should be absolutely ashamed at the prices you charge for concessions.

My parents live here and thought it was a good theater to see a captioned movie. I live near Countryside Mall and ever since Cobb has offered closed captioning of ANY movie at ANY time, I refuse to go back to this theater. The ADA law says that theaters are supposed to caption all of their shows yet this theater offers captioning glasses only for certain movies on certain days at certain times. Cobb charges only $10.50 per ticket standard ticketing any time of the day, has fresh food that always tastes good, frozen yogurt and ice cream, healthy alternatives and it is clean and well kept. The theaters at Park Place smell musty and are damp. I spoke with a manager about getting the captioning boxes implemented at this theater and he said Regal would not do it. Really? Regal refuses to follow the law?? Again, never going back.

Went there a couple of times and on the big movies releases they just keep letting people buy tickets even though there selling more then the seat numbers they have so i had to leave one night because people was sitting on the stairs due to over selling and not having reserved seats like the one at largo mall which i go to all the time because of the option to be able to reserve a seat and i never was able to get a refund and i never been back here since then plus these theaters are just getting way to pricey i can spend less money at olive garden to eat not to mention this one apparently checks people bags which i know its not because of weapons its because they want people to buy the stuff there that cost so damn much

Worst problem with this theater is the lines for tickets are way too long. They dont have enough ticket sellers. I rarely eat any of the food, except for popcorn occasionally which is standard fare. It is pricey but I think that all chain theaters are, and they charge what you would expect for a show. I agree: bathrooms are pretty trashy. Basically clean, but bins overflowing, paper towels on the floor, etc. Gotta blame patrons for some of that though. As for the experience in the theater, it is pretty good. Decent sound, comfortable seats, adequate cleanliness. Its not my favorite but its in mid Pinellas so its convenient to everywhere, and close to restaurants.

Especially when youre a Regal Crown Club member, this is a great place to enjoy your movies. One piece of advice: Get a membership. Its free, so you have no excuse not to, and if you go online after earning some points, you can use those points to improve your experience there. I usually bull a soft drink upgrade - its cheap, and it saves you money on your concessions. You can also buy similar upgrades for your popcorn, and you can "buy" free movie tickets too (But if you want to see it in 3D or RPX, youll need to spend a few bucks...). So if you want to see a movie while enjoy a newly- and radically-upgraded rewards program, come here!

Any chain movie theater you go to the tickets are going to be a bit pricey. Entertainment has been getting more expensive so dont be shocked with the $12-$14 tickets (which its actually decent price for a theater chain). The food is expensive as it always has been with this and other theaters, but I do like the wide variety of food choices. Its not just candy nachos and popcorn anymore. The seats were comfy, place is clean for having a ton of people there and staff was nice. I really like the surround sound. Id say this is overall better then the average chain movie theater especially it being attached to a mall.

Every time I go to Parkside I am reminded why I go to Baywalk instead. It increasingly gets worse. The employees are rude, and not helpful at all. I witnessed customers actually leave the ticket booth because of how bad they were treated. The theaters are nice, and very comfortable, but they kept the lights dimmed during the whole movie. Not only is their customer service very poor, but their prices continue to rise. I will no longer go there to see movies, I refuse to support such a business. I would rather drive a few extra miles downtown for a better experience.

Average cineplex showing the same films you can see anywhere else. Service is fine, place is clean but why cant there be a theatre that screens films more like what Burns Ct offers? Surely theres a market if just one theatre does it...with Beach theatre gone...you mean Ill have to go to Oldsmar to see Elle, for example? As for the man who complained about his bag being searched, perhaps youd rather be shot and killed by an ex cop who thought you didnt turn your cell phone soon enough? Please go ahead and search my bag. A movie is not worth my life.

The theater at Pinellas Park was clean and movies was good. But if it wasnt for the fact that the movies @ Largo Mall dont get all the same movies, I wouldnt spend the extra money for less. At Largo the tickets are less expensive & give student, senior & military discounts AND the seats are the living best! They are all leather and recline back and even if someone walks in front of you, theres still room with out getting bumped or having your feet stepped on.Food is still high priced but thats a Regal thing. Largo Best Theater Ever.
