The shorter lines and small-town feel is nice; however, every time our family has been there to see a movie there always seems to be that one family who cannot control their child. Todays experience was no exception. No one working at the cinema would say anything, so I told them that we were trying to watch the movie as well so could they please keep their son from climbing over the seats. The man was rude, and later in the parking lot he cussed me out through a window (while giving me the finger) as he sped off in his over-sized truck. NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD FEEL SAFER IN RICHMOND COUNTY! so.......As you can tell I am very disappointed in the service and now do not feel safe there.

Weve been back in the area for a couple of years now. We settled in Columbia county after My Husband Retired as a Warrant Officer at Ft.Gordon. I am shocked that this location does not offer Military Discount. But its cool we decided to support our community so we go about three to four times a yr here, and the rest of our Funds go to Cinemas that Offer Military Discounts with a smile. I did the whole 21 yrs with my Husband ,I know first hand what families and Soldiers #Sacrifice to Serve. So Im very Disappointed and wanted to take the 3 minutes to share it Instead of just going somewhere else Like most of us do. HooRah Its a Army Thing

This was a terrible experience. The theater was not clean, the picture and sound quality was not as good as other theatres. We ordered a combo #1 which comes with 1 popcorn bucket and 2 soft drinks with refills. I asked the clerk if an Icee counted as a soft drink, and she said yes. Later in the middle of my movie, I finish my Icee. So, I go to get my refill. I am first in line and there are 3 large families behind me. The clerk served them first then told me that the Icee didnt count as a soft drink. So not only was I forced to miss 7 key moments of my movie, I never got my Icee. I would not recommend this theater in any situation.

This is an OK cinema thats a bit older and isnt as nice as the Regal Cinema near the mall or the Riverwatch Cinema, but its a theater with all the latest movies and theres usually no crowd here which is the only real plus. The biggest problem with this theater is that the sound and video quality isnt nearly as good as the other theaters and sorely needs an upgrade. Sound quality is especially bad as its sometimes difficult to hear speech clearly in the movie. Hopefully thats something Evans Cinemas will address with some equipment upgrades.

Dia Destruction

This has always been my theater of choice. Its close by and not too big. I like that its a smaller theater because it gives off the feeling of being at home almost. However. On Valentines Day 2016, my boyfriend and I had a less than savory experience. The girl who was working concessions was very rude. She glared at me and rolled her eyes when my boyfriend spilled a little bit of his icee(WHICH she slammed down on the counter). The overall setup is nice, but friendliness of the staff is hit or miss.

Movie theater is great! No disrespectful teenagers like Regal or Riverwatch yelling and cursing at the screen or in the lobby. Very family oriented. The staff is always super polite. Who cares they dont offer military discount. Its a nice gesture but not mandatory. I served 20 years in the Army and my husband 22 years in the Army and we still go at least 2-3 times a month. You can either become a part of their rewards program, pay full price and enjoy the movie, or go somewhere else.

Great location for a dinner and movie outing as a couple or family because of all the dining choices right there. The facility is clean and the seating is great. I would appreciate if they would give the AARP discount. When buying tickets I show the card and get discount but the other day I was told that they dont give discounts. Prices are ok buy hey I like taking advantage of benefits. Another good thing about the place is that they have matinee until 6

The theater and restrooms are kept clean, the picture and sound quality are just fine. It is in a convenient location. The staff is very friendly and eager to help with any questions that you may have. I personally watch all my movies here. I highly recommend this theater to all who are wanting to enjoy a family friendly, safe evening out.

Nice staff, clean, decent movie selection. The theaters are pretty big. Go early if it is opening night. Its not new, or the best in Augusta, but its pretty good quality. I go there more than any other theater. Another unique thing is that they show old blockbusters (Jaws, Gremlins, Raiders of the Lost Ark, etc.) occasionally.

Lets face it, the movie business is risky considering there is only 1-2 truly great movies per year. With the competition of Red Box, Netflix and Amazon, I have all three, the price of movie-house admission is just about right. After all, it is just a night out. Nice theater, but the cost is a flat $10.50 fee for everyone except children under 4. They can get in for free. The clerk behind the counter and at the door could tell me why Fandango offered a childrens rate, but they couldnt. If you choose to watch a movie here buy your tickets on Fandango.

For some reason this place is never crowded. I can always sit exactly where I want to and never worry about lines to get in to a film, even on opening day. Its low-key and thats how I like it. The chairs are comfy but the A/C is on pretty high so bring a light sweater, even in the summer.

I thought that this cinema is pretty good and theres always a seat open and the food and drinks are pretty good and its pretty clean.They also have a mini arcade which is pretty good, the prices are kinda high but worth it. All in all a pretty good movie theater.

My wife and I are fairly new to town and went to go see a movie because it was close to home...horrible sound, we had to let some one know 20 minutes into the movie in order to get surround sound. Plus, they offer no military discount! We will not be returning!

Theater is always clean, bathrooms are always clean. Never over-crowded so its easy to get tickets, get inside and choose where to sit. One of our favorite theaters, would love for them to get recliner seats for comfort. Staff is always friendly and helpful.

In the greater Augusta area there are far better theater options with reclining seats, real food, and even some serving booze. However, with that being said, when the other theaters are sold out theres normally tickets to be had here

Clean safe theater. Would give 5 stars but the parking lot is cramped and the sound system is not on par with more up to date theaters. This theater is never overly crowded and no one is hanging about after the movie is over

I was the only one at 6:45 for case for Christ. The bathroom was beautiful clean.theatre was waxed and VACUUM ed.really clean. Best keep person who does work, very few people care to do such good work. loki press. Cleaners.
