Been going to this theatre for over 10 years and some of it is great and some of it is irritating. The staff are great, especially Charlie who takes your tickets; super friendly. The staff at concessions is full of kids working through high school but they are friendly and they take a lot of flack because the prices for any food and drink at this theatre are insane - be ready! They do offer free refills on drinks and have the multi-choice coke dispensers which is nice. The theatres are always clean and the sound in every one of them is outstanding and seating is almost never a problem, nor are rude people on cell phones, etc. There is a bar where you can get beer/wine and mixed drinks (more expensive than typical bar prices) but be warned, they will ONLY serve you before you are going to a movie and you must be seeing a movie right then. They will not serve you if you are finished with a movie, or you are waiting for other people to finish their movie. Total stupidity, but its happened to us twice now. Also everybody who is drinking must be at the bar and show ID when they order, regardless of age. The bathrooms are clean, always stocked, and its still my favorite place to see a movie, I just have to go to an ATM first if Im going to eat anything and remember to grab a drink when Im headed in, never ever ever on the way out.

The environment is clean but its not worth the bad experience that I had. This location employs dishonest people. I lost my wallet and phone and came back TWICE the next day only for the same person to tell me it wasnt turned in. It was only until I wrote a letter to corporate was when it magically appeared. I cant hold anyone accountable for my things, so my letter to corporate was about how he handled the situation (how he didnt look, didnt call a manager when I asked for one, told me he was the manager) and within a day I got an email saying my things were TURNED IN THAT SAME NIGHT. Imagine how many people assume their things are gone for good when in reality employees like this guy just dont care. I shouldnt have to email corporate just to get the truth out of these people. I had to buy a new phone and cancel all of my cards just to find out that it was there all along. There might be a 30 day period that they hold things then maybe theyll throw it away/keep it? Im not sure what this guys motives were other than genuine laziness and lack of integrity. Managers (the REAL ones) were apologetic, so I guess thats the only part of the process that was tolerable.

The manager, Joanna Corrado - made my 5 year old son cry this weekend. We had passes to a screening of a childs movie. We were 1 min late and she said the movie had started already and per "Theater policy" - we couldnt enter. This was a mean spirited lie. If that were true - everyone in any of the movies would not be allowed to exit to use the bathroom or buy a snack and re-enter because the movie was already running. If I had purchased a ticket instead of winning passes - would she had said no? Of course not. There is an OBVIOUS lack of customer service training and she is very unprofessional and flat out vicious and mean. Ive never been here before and will never return.

Its a decent theater. Nothing spectacular. The staff could be friendlier and more consistent with enforcing rules. Smiling and welcoming customers would be nice. During one visit with my fiancé, I hurried to try and finish a smoothie I had purchased in the mall food court because I knew it wouldnt be allowed into the theater. As my fiancé was purchasing tickets, I watched two young men be allowed into the theater with gigantic frappes from Starbucks. I decided to try to take my almost finished smoothie in just to see if I could. I was immediately told that I could not enter with my drink!! I understand the rule but dont pick and choose when you want to enforce it.

Dropped my daughters off at the movies they are 12 lady that was taking the tickets extremely rude from start to finish, Her names was Nieves. She basiclly told me I could not wait inside for them that I had no ticket and had no right being there. When my daughters came out of the movies I walked up to them my one daughter asked to put more butter on her popcorn Ms Nieves walked up to me and asked me to leave, she was extremely rude, I informed her that I had just paid 50.00 for two teenagers and did not need her to be rude. It is my right to wait as a parent of two girls in the movie theatre. I think she was totally wrong.

Had an absolutely wretched experience with AMC online ticket purchase. I purchased a ticket for the incorrect day, and when I tried to simply transfer to another day, they stated that they did not have that capability and I would forfeit the $5.00 convenience fee. I was on hold for over 30 minutes trying to speak with someone. Not knocking this individual theater, but I would highly recommend you avoid purchasing tickets online or at least go through a third party. After being on hold, the customer service representative was rude and condescending. Again, I highly encourage you not to purchase your tickets online.

I use to start going to this theater in 2011. On 10/22/16 I went to see a movie and the service to eat was impossible because was a long line of people to buy food. The thing bother me so much was in the room so many teenagers talking, using there phone and taking funny this was all the hours during the movie. I know teenager need to go to movie if they are so immature to respect every one in the room want to watch the movie the theater need to put security in the room, so they can take out the teenagers dont respect during the movie and put more people working in the food service.

Im a regular so this is my favorite location. Not as many teens are coming now as in previous years. I have noticed that the staff is friendlier over all and they work harder to keep the theatre clean. The bar is a nice touch however I believe more families visit the theatre so I am not sure if the bar will be successful. I think an eatery would have been a better choice such as a Cinebistro idea. Summer is here so there will be afternoon specials and rerun of prior releases. I have been going to this theatre since 1998. Seen lots of positive changes!

Change your policy on refills on the "Deluxe" popcorn or at least tell Stubs members BEFORE they spend $16 on a large that there are no refills included in that price. Very damaging to your movie going experience find out 15 minutes into the movie that youe eaten as much stale offsite popped popcorn as you can stomach and then you cant even replace it with regular popcorn so that you at least get one full large bucket for your $16. Not worth paying for a movie to sit there for the last 90 minutes angry.

Its pretty nice, the bathrooms are sufficiently clean and so are the seats. Ive never had an issue with an employee and I go often. I do, however, wish the prices were a little less ridiculous for food, or maybe they included something like free refills. If you arent going to let people take in their own food, you might as well make the prices decent. I also wish the movie selection was a little greater, or that they wouldnt discontinue some movies as fast. Otherwise, its fun and in a good location.
