The absolute worse,. I was there yesterday, (10/12/2016),with only six people in line in front of me. That is, oner line selling tickets, snacks, and Regal cards. I was in line a half hour, and missed the beginning of the movie. Several months as ago, I went to see Alice, Pt. 2 in 3D. First, the trailers were playing repeatedly. Then, the trailers froze. Next, sound, no picture. I had to get up three times to inform staff what was going on. FORTY minutes later, we were informed the movie would not be shown. They didnt want to issue a refund; they wanted to give me credit on a Regal Card that I didnt even have. Avoid this theatre; avoid disappointment.

I grew up going to this theater, and even though Ronkonkoma has nicer reclining seats and tray tables, i have a lifetime of memories in this movie theater.
