When we first started going to Muvico we were new to the area.We had never been to one of these theaters before,we very much enjoyed the new experience. The layout,seats,food,movietimes are all exceptional. The prices and staff left a little to be desired.However recently their prices have gone down for all showings,they also have specials.The help at the box office is still sluggish but the concession and indoor people go above and beyond to make sure you have what you need and want. They are also able to accommadate larger parties or groups including seating for the handicapped. All in all our experience with this theater continues to improve. They are not far from our house since their selection is current and varied we have begun to go there exclusively.

I had the absolute WORST movie experience here. A group of about 14 middle schoolers rushed into the theater about 10 minutes in to the IT movie. Clearly not old enough to be seeing the R rated film. Who sold these kids tickets? They were loud, rowdy, and clearly all together when buying the movie ticket. They talked, ran around, screamed and yelled the entire show. Management came in ONCE and sat near them for a total of two minutes before leaving. My biggest problem is that this couldve been avoided had they not been allowed in the theater for being underage with NO adult supervision. Awful, horrible experience. I recommend the theater at countryside mall, and will go there from here on out. I would give negative stars on this dump if I could.

Well, your movie theater was nice at first. then drunk people came in... one of the workers waited in there and was watching the drunk people talk and puke, and she didnt kick them out. hello get them out. so then a guy got up and asked the drunk people to leave and the drunk guy started a fight thats when everything broke lose. so next time please when drunk people walk into the doors tell them too leave it will save u time. instead of watching fights or breaking them up or calling please. so take my advice... the movie was good i wanted to see that movie really bad. but i couldnt thank you. sincerly, a never coming back customer

Recently went to this location, which Ive been visiting for 10+ years on a regular basis, and my current year bucket was not honored. Furthermore, on the menu it says large popcorn and a large drink for 13.99, and because I was using my bucket that I had not been told was no longer being honored, I was charged $20. Discontinued flavoring salts for the popcorn as well, which forces me to sneak one in and feel like a felon when all Im trying to do is enjoy my movie.

Disappointed. Took two 6 year olds to see a movie this morning. Only 2 people working the theater. Bathrooms were run down and falling apart. The sound went out for about 15 minutes of the Lego Batman. Several of us went to let them know. 15 min with 2 six year old boys seemed like eternity.... no one gave an explanation or an apology. Paid over $40 for this outing. Will not return to this theater or recommend this to anyone.

This theater is borderline okay. Its outdated for sure and feels a little run down and dirty. The front ticket booth was closed when we were here and they had a few workers but it was awkward and confusing when we were just trying to figure out where to go to buy tickets. We brought our 3 year old here to test out how he would do at a movie and it was good for that. But wouldnt make this my go to spot for seeing movies.

This is our favorite movie theater! It isnt over-priced, you can buy a tub for popcorn for $20 and for a year you can refill it repeatedly for just $4, and it plays first run movies! My only comment is that I am losing my hearing and asked for the hearing adaptive ear phones one time. The first pair wasnt charged and after immediately asking for another pair, we never got them! Very frustrating!

I go here over a lot of other places they are cheaper than most places and the chairs are more comfortable you have an option if you want the arm rest down or not so I mostly dont put it down and just open 2 seats and kinda lay down a bit and cuddle up to my boyfriend as we watch the movie. They also have a day in the week where everything is half price I believe its on Tuesdays.

The management of this theater does not care if patrons are disruptive through loud talking or using their phones during a movie. They will not stop this behavior and then will make you feel as though you dont have a right to a quiet, enjoyable movie. I would not suggest this theater and will not be back. I suggest Cobb at Countryside Mall instead.

Their prices are lower than any other theater. We bought the popcorn bucket and bring it with us each time. I love that the theaters arent over crowded. Some times we have been the only ones in there ( it felt like a private screening!). Its less than 5 minutes from my house but even if it werent, this is still the only theater we will go to.

Just one week ago we went to Muvico to see Hancock. The seating area in the theater was so humid the seats felt wet to the touch and the air had the familiar smell of mold. Not sure if it had anything to do with humidity, but the floor was sticky too. Im pretty resilient to this type of thing, but I think its time to switch theaters.

I love coming here. Its not crazy with a bunch of teens like Cobb or Oldsmar. Its local and they have beer and wine! And its a fair price for a movie ticket. my family & I ONLY come to this movie theater! We have the annual movie bucket and share it. You cant beat that. We come here weekly. Oh and we love that its been updated.

The staff was very pleasant and friendly. The theater itself was amazing. Auditorium 3 not only had the most amazing sound Ive heard in a theater in a long time but it also had 2 full rows of Dbox seating. I was truly immersed in the movie. All of this for $7 was truly unbelievable. They have a loyal customer for life.

Convenient, lowes prices, never too crowded, lots of leg room, and most important is the very polite and helpful staff. We go nearly weekly, and every associate has been so noticeably great. Our favorite movie theater. I preferred the old chairs because they were vinyl, but these seats are still comfortable.

It feels like your very own movie theater, small and intimate but with all the modern amenities you expect. Rarely will you park more than a few feet from the front door or wait more than a minute for popcorn. The rewards program is lame but who cares, the popcorn is the best in town

We are avid movie goers. The staff are always friendly and accomodating. We always use our movie card and earn free food and tickets often. We are happy to have our Carmike, Muvico theater right around the corner will be going again tonite to see Fantastic Four.
