Took in a movie at 12:30 pm on a Friday afternoon and it wasnt crowded at all. Its been a while since Ive been here and I forgot that I had a $10 credit on my Stubs membership so it came in handy as I saved $10 on 2 tickets which knocked down the price to $15 and some change! Theyve also got some new offerings in food and I tried a small chicken and waffle sandwich with honey mustard sauce and some curly fries and it was pretty good. It also came with a soft chocolate chip cookie which satisfied my sweet tooth all at just over $12! They could do better with the Stubs membership by offering more than having to spend $100 to get $10 off your tix or concessions, maybe giving you a break at every $50 spent. The free upgrade feature is okay where youre able to upgrade from a regular to a large but the sodas are overpriced to begin with at $5.70 or so they should lower that price by at least a dollar. Overall I enjoyed the experience...

Im giving the theater 3 stars bases on the service provided and atmosphere. While ive been here before a few times and had a great time. This last time was very unenjoyable. I saw Spiderman 2 with my friends on Friday at 11pm and while the move was awesome. The theater decided to turn off the ac in a room of over 200 ppl. Needless to say, the theater was hot, smelly from all the sweat and the movie was uncofortable to watch halfway through. Im not sure why it was turned off, but it was unnecassary and made watching the move distracting and unbareable. I tried looking for an personal or manager, but coudlnt find any. I hope this never happens again because if it does, I wont be going there again. Move on the other hand was awesome, Imax 3D is defenitely worth the price.

Was having a bad experience at the del almo AMC, the cashier at the food court took the reg line person that got there after us in the premier line and when we complained to the supervisor he was like oh well so we went to customer service to complain. What is the point of being a premier member right. So then after dealing with customer service we went back to the food court register and that is when Rain came through and gave us awesome customer service. Not only did she get our order but she made us feel like we were appreciated. We have been coming to amc for a long time and have been stub members for a long time and she really went out of her way to make our visit pleasant. Thank you Rain, you gave us the greatest customer service here by far.

Going to movies is very expensive these days... Movie ticket costs at $11.99 per adult and $10.49 per minor. Around $12+ for popcorn and soda... Soda starts $5.99 (small), $6.49 (med), $6.99 (large)... I should of wait for the movie to be release on the RedBox. Costs less $2 and can take the restroom break anytime. Soda and popcorn costs much less... My seat was next to a sick person with a cold... Constantly blowing his nose... What an experience!!! Would consider again if I would attend the movie again in the near future... Can the movie theater management realize that they would be going out of business soon???

Came here with my grandson and it was the worst experience. The young lady went to grab us a candy bag for my grandson because they ran out on the stand and one of the supervisors or managers? (a young man with glasses) screamed at her saying "What are you doing? Go do casher!!" The young lady apologized to me saying he will bring it out to me instead and i felt so awful knowing how badly they treat the employees here. Whoever that man was shouldnt be working there.

The seats were plush and comfortable ..the help was kind and greeted me with a smile..the personal pizza was affordable at 7 dollars.. They offer Apple juice ice cold in Large sealed plastic bottle.. 3.99 !!! Very good !!! The movie selection was very good.. I am disabled and had no issue with getting around.. I always have a great movie experience at Del Amo.. I guess I can enjoy when Im lookin for a positive good movie time.. AMC.. Great !!!

I visited amc this afternoon and had a very unpleasant experience. One of the employees- Im pretty sure her name is Kathy- was extremely rude to me. I asked for assistance and I was met with extreme unprofessionalism and rude behavior. She was unhelpful and disrespectful. I wanted help with something very minor and to be treated the way I was is very upsetting, I dont find it likely for me to return to this theater.

At first It seemed bad I got the wrong time for tickets I bought the wrong time for my tickets I thought I wasnt able to get a refund but I went to the guest service and a employee was Very nice and happy to assist me Cassidy gave me a new time for my tickets I went and grabbed something to eat 20 mins later Im in a theater with AC all by myself relaxing, thanks Cassidy and the polite staff! 5 stars

Newest AMC in the area so its larger in most areas including the seats. The screens are larger than most amcs too. They have an IMAX in here bit its not a true IMAX screen so dont be deceived. Its one that was converted so its not full size like the one at Spectrum. Lots of places to eat right nearby. New movies often sell out so make sure to come early on opening weekends for popular block busters.

One of the few theatres in the area with the really large IMAX screen, and IMAX 3D, and RealD 3D. They have theatres with reserved seating and others with regular seating. Staff is quite good too. This is an AMC, so I highly suggest stopping by the member services desk to sign up for their membership if you dont have one. It provides shorter lines, discounts, and rewards. Totally worth it.

Excellent place for a movie especially on a weekday afternoon. Despite it being in a mall, I find that there is hardly anyone in the theater on a Tuesday Morning or Afternoon depending on what film you want to see. Weekends are busy of course and there is no accounting for holidays, but for a typical weekday it is great for people who need a day to chill from college or work.

Out of many other AMC theaters this seams to be the only one that has not gotten updated and remodeled. Concession stand is very wide and serves people fast, Outside on the lower floor there is an animated machine where you can purchased tickets on your own in advance as well as near the box office. Besides the outdated look this place is of good quality service.

Decent theater in need of a renovation. Some of the theatre rooms are nice and others not so much, as always. The best time to buy popcorn is of course in the morning.
