Customer service really made my night terrible... My wife accidentally left her cell phone in the restroom. We called to ask them to check the restroom (even told them to check the very last stall and itd be on top of the toilet paper) and a gentleman told us "Im sorry, were kind of busy right now, but well get to it when we can." He proceeded to get my cell phone number for if they found it. His initial response bothered me, so I called after she did and spoke to a young lady. She was much politer and told me shed be glad to check it. She also got my contact info for if they found it. This call was from home at 11:00, and she told us the doors are normally locked at 11:25. So my wife drove out so she could pick up the phone, because she was certain she left it there. When she arrived, nobody had checked. In fact, they treated her like she was crazy. When she requested to go check the stall herself, they threw up their hands and said "go right ahead if you want to." It was there. In the exact stall in the exact place we both told them it would be. When I called back to complain that nobody had followed up, the gentleman who answered the phone told me "Im sorry, but we had a computer down. But Im glad you found your phone." Unfortunately, the employees couldnt spare a moment to take care of customer property. Yes, our fault we left the phone. Totally our fault. But neither employee followed through on their word, and when my wife arrived they were all standing around talking in the lobby with no customers in sight. Just chatting. Ill admit it again, our fault we left it there, but I would have felt valued as a customer if they would have taken a few seconds to go check that spot to ensure our phone couldnt be stolen.

This theatre has much to be desired. I visited for the first time 5/2/2017 @ 7pm to see the only once shown "Jonah." When the movie started, the standard, full house lights remained on for nearly 20-25 minutes, blinding those sitting beneath one of those house spotlights. I left the theatre to make this known to the ticket desk. It took them another 7-8 minutes to dim the house lights. Additionally, the primary sound track (at the center of the screen) was so weak that attendees had to strain to hear what was being said. The surround-sound sound tracks were great and when supporting the weak primary sound track totally drowned out the primary sound (speaking) track. At 30-45 minutes into the showing, the condition was corrected. The original setting and filming of this presentation occurred on a 300 wide stage at Sight and Sound in Lancaster PA. The size of the screen in the Regal facility didnt even fill the stage. This theatre needs updating to include screen size and needs an operator who knows how to dim house lights and adjust sound track levels. BAD EXPERIENCE not to be tolerated again. Find another theatre showing what you want to see.

I have been here once or twice before and the experience has been mediocre. Today my wife and I came to watch Beauty and the Beast. We got in line got our tickets and headed for the popcorn. We got to the front of the line and ordered two ICEEs and they were out of the flavor we wanted and the girl was rude about it. She didnt apologize she just said what else do you want? We ordered a popcorn and my wife asked for extra butter on the popcorn. The lady said we are out of butter and my wife replies thats disappointing and the girl said yeah we know, but what do you want us to do? So we brush it off and downsize the popcorn. We get in line for the movie because the theatre isnt clean yet. A lady walks up behind us with a large popcorn covered in butter. She and her friend are talking about the popcorn and the butter. So my wife asks and the lady says they have butter just go up and ask for it. My wife does and the lady at the counter is rude and snatches the popcorn out of her hand and gets all huffy with her. Terrible customer service. We will not be back.

$8.50/person for a matinee is absurd, not to mention a small drink or water bottle is $5 and a medium popcorn at $8 (which was stale and disgusting). The theatre is impossible to find from the mall and were now 20 minutes after showtime and the movie (or previews) havent even started yet. Instead its a "active desktop recovery" screen. UPDATE: The "owner" reached out publically to rectify the situation and advised me to email them and then never responded to me , yet again an example of terrible customer service.

Had no problems with the staff or theatre. We had bought our tickets earlier on Atom and were admitted easily. While trying to buy candy from an automated machine, we paid $4 for an empty cup. My boyfriend had to miss the first 30 minutes of the movie to stand in the concessions line. Being Valentines Day, there should have either been more cashiers or automated machines that work. The price of concessions at theaters is extremely high. It adds insult to injury to not receive anything for the overinflated price.

Weve had the pleasure of attending the theater multiple times and always enjoyed ourselves. The theater is clean and comfortable and parking is plentiful, nearby, and well lit/safe. The place is rarely sold out, so its actually quite wonderful to be able to show up and not have to worry too much about buying a ticket ahead of time. Staff is friendly and helpful. Also theres an old school arcade if you show up a little early and want to relive the old days.

the customer service was by far the best ive ever had. the theaters were spotless and they made sure the customers went first. not only the theaters was clean but the whole place itself was really well cleaned and very well managed. best movie experience ive by far ever had and i love the movies. there was also over 400 people in there at least when i was there and they ran everything so smoothly and great.

This used to be Regals "flagship" theater in Knoxville before the location in Turkey Creek opened. The theaters themselves are comfortable, clean, and the sound is good. No problems with the movies they show. The place just feels "abandoned" to a degree. Lots of empty space outside the theaters.

This location needs to do a better job on listening to the customer! We froze during the entire movie. We told the manager and he said he would fix it, however he did not. Also the time for showing was wrong on their website, instead of being 6:40 it was 7:30. The experience was very uncomfortable.

Fantastic experience almost every time. The card-only ticket kiosk is a HUGE improvement for long lines on weekends. The concession stand is overall cheaper than other theaters (AMC, Emagine, etc) and the popcorn is always fresh. The staff are quick and clean, just like the restrooms.

Small capacity is not the problem but small screens are. There are no warnings of the mall closing and if you dont park in the garage next to the the theatre you will be walking all the way around the mall at 10 oclock at night. Terrible set up. This theatre should go away.
