Cobb theater is suppose to be a enhanced experience type of theater. Sometimes I specifically chose Cobb because it doesnt have that old theater smell most do. I also feel that because so many theaters have smells and not as fancy features that more people will pay the price for only one ticket, which is higher than most. The staff are friendly, which most theater staff are in any establishment. There are a lot of different choices of beverages and food to choose from so it satisfies a magirity of peoples wants. Ive only ever seen teenagers running the place so Im pretty impressed with the the amount of respect I see. As for movies I can not blame nor expect Cobb to held accountable for those with bad acting, or stupid outcomes. I also can not rate the fact that parents and family bring young or infant children because sadly the policy for all theaters is over the age or 17+ or an adult you can bring anyone whos not 17+ So those of you who are on here rating Cobb based on your dislike of a policy that was created by the MPAA (Motion Picture Association of America) should probably realize that A. Rate the MPPA & B. Cobb theater can not decline service based on any reason because, & I love this, those of you complaining about the issue of babies and young children would then in fact complain about the unfairness of that Cobb was treating the parents. So your complains shouldnt be allowed on google reviews. Id say that overall I am satisfied by Cobb

Theater is great but food area is more complicated than most. By that I mean that if you want to order anything other than popcorn, nachos or drinks you need to go to the cash register first, order and pay and then get a pager so that you can walk to the pickup counter to get your order. Now, at most other theaters that offer foods like chicken tenders, shrimp and fries, etc, you can order at the same counter that you order popcorn and then you pay there as well. You then either get your food there or go to a pickup counter. I guess the thing that I had the biggest issue with was that I walked up to the main counter to have a counter person calling me over to get my order and waited while I looked at the overhead menu, to only tell me to go to the register to order what I wanted - chicken tenders... Waste of time...I wouldve gone to the register first if there was a sign that showed that I had too.... Ok, thats my vent.

I started going here when they opened. The theater is clean. The refreshments were quite extensive when they first opened, so much so that I wished the couple I was sitting behind and above of would stop eating. They appeared to be having a meal, complete with onions. Odor was offensive for first half of the movie. The seats were filled and I could not relocate. All seats are elevated over the row in front so any odor of those sitting in front of you floats right up. Aside from that offensive couple, I have always found seating and theater staff better than any other in this area. I very much appreciate the elevated stadium seating as I am only 5 tall.

Worst movie theater in the area. The staff was rude - all of them, especially the manager (Barrios). The theater itself was filthy. The seating was primitive. The snacks were way over priced (cost $60 to get drinks and one snack for 1 adult and 3 children). For what ended up being $100 for a night at the movies, it was definitely not worth it at all. Please take my advice and go somewhere else. I feel sorry for anyone who rates this dump higher than a 2-Star, as they obviously have not experienced a good movie theater.

Love seeing movies here! They provide discounts to students with a school I.D. on a daily basis & have a specific days of the week dedicated to students or seniors. Their concession stand is awesome - so many choices (sandwiches, wraps, smoothies, yogurt, etc.) at reasonable prices. The place is CLEAN and the theater seats are very comfortable. In addition, the seats are covered in vinyl so I dont feel like Im absorbing a hundred other peoples smells/sweat who have sat there before me. Would pick Cobb over AMC any day!

Was watching Risen and in the middle of the show their fire alarm went off. I am a disabled American who slowly hobbles around with the use of a cane. They herded us all out the back entrance where i was forced to hobble down two flights of stars. Took about 15 minutes to exit the building. After all that the FD said there was no fire and it was caused by a defect in Cobbs alarm system. Really surprised this mall Westfield / Countryside is not handicap exit-able.

Dont know how a theater could sell tickets to a family of five with two little ones and not have any seats but a few scattered. Granted we were not early but not late either. I just feel like there should of been some warning of a near sell out. However they did refund our money back even for the candy. I just feel like they should give some kind of warning , especially for a family of 5. Wont stop me for going back but its something cobb should adress.

SUPER CLEAN, QUICK, EPIC! What more can I say? Equal to or surpasses AMC 20 in Oldsmar! Much closer to home as well. The only thing Id say is that the concession line is confusing for first timers...no one was willing to show us the process of lining, up (the lines werent immediately obvious...more like jumbles of people in clusters everwhere in the concession area)...It took us a while to figure out the process of getting concessions and checking out.

Courteous staff, theaters seemed clean, projection was timely and clear, good sound quality, and good selection of movies. I dont do concessions at the theater to avoid lines and bathroom breaks, but they had a good selection there as well and didnt have issues other reviewers mentioned like being bothered by other peoples food (seriously?). As always there were kids making too much noise, ect. but I blame that on parents not the theater.

Fantastic! Love the bathrooms and thought I wish they had more stuff for refreshments food wise Im just happy that they have ICEYS. Not to mention if your interested in video games they have a mini arcade in the upper left deck of the lobby. Being a woman of large size I can fit perfectly in to the seats and even shift positions easily. Ive been waiting for years for a movie theater and this was my answer and Im damn happy to have it!

Nice place but the reason for the 2 is that not sure why their times for 3D movies are so limited. They have to DBox seats but who cares, a theater is a theater other local theaters have much better time slots... not sure what is up with this place and why when a movie is 3D they just dont reserve one theater venue for showing one after another

The theater is brand-new and I love it. The rows of seats are inclined so everyone can always see. The seats are pretty comfortable, the drinks actually fit in the cup holders. And they have d-box which is worth the price for an intense action movie, or one that will be very busy. The IMAX is pretty awesome and the regular screens are great too.
