Do not waste your money on this place. I have been to about 5 escape rooms in my life, and this one was by far the worst I have ever been to. The whole place was very unorganized. They charge you $30 a person (plus a $2 booking fee), and they squeeze in 10 people into a tiny room. The room we did was the western bank. It should have been 6 people, but as long as they are making their money then they are satisfied. There was no background on the room, the lady just says "good luck", then talks to you over the microphone. There were even clues that didnt really make sense. Just seems like a poorly put together company, that cared about getting their money, not about customer experience. To make it worse, there were 3 children in the room with us, and all they cared about was who was gonna hold the props. It was just a complete mess. If they are going to allow kids in the room, then they should let the other people know, and allow them to schedule a different time. I was so excited to take my parents to their first escape room, but instead I threw $170 down the drain. I told them that most escape rooms are not this bad, but they say they hate to waste money on something like that. When we complained to the manager and asked if we can schedule a different room for a discount he said "no, it is a family environment, so if you get stuck with a bunch of kids then oh well". Please do not waste your money on this place!

My wife and I have visited the sister establishment Downtown and got stumped by the apartment. We heard this place was opening and decided to check out the submarine escape room. We showed up 10 minutes early and waited as a birthday party of 16 tweens finished their rooms and took 2000 selfies. Fortunately our escape partners were adults and friendly. The employees were helpful and made sure to keep a good flow of getting the groups in and out. The submarine experience itself was awesome. I do not want to give any clues but definitely have your cell phone fully charged. Overall I had a wonderful time and will be back for the bank heist room.

The room had a nice setup and the people were friendly. Ive been to other rooms and I feel like they could have been more creative with how they opened clues...There were at least 4 padlocks and 3 or 4 key locks that opened clues, but I would have preferred more clues popping open or unlocking by moving items around or situating items in different ways. They should give a heads up about needing a flashlight. We were unable to open the final safe in the room and the pièce de résistance was that the guy who worked there couldnt open it either. If the employees cant open the room, they should probably do something a little different.

I recommend you booking ahead we showed up as a group for a date night and we had to wait 3 hours for our escape room. Which was fine we went out to eat and looked around until our time for the escape room. They have a few games you could play in the waiting area while waiting on your Escape the Room. We did the bank and that was pretty awesome. We Escaped!!! I would recommend this to anyone that loves to solve Mysteries

Great family escape room! Weve been to several escape rooms but this one stood out as excellent for families and incredibly cool use of technology (submarine room). Our two boys (11 and 7) were able to participate without getting frustrated--the challenges in the room struck the right balance of challenging without containing too many dead end trails that can frustrate younger players. Highly recommend!

This was a very fun experience! Our first time doing an escape room my 13 year old daughter my husband and I really liked it, we were teamed up with a couple we didnt know but we all worked together and we actually got out with 8 minutes left, We did the Submarine we all found different clues the hour went by really fast. The staff was really friendly and attentive we will definitely go back

My family and I had an absolutely wonderful time at Escape the Room in the Woodlands. The room itself fun and challenging, and the staff was courteous and professional. Myra (Spelling? Sorry if its wrong!) was great! We had a booking at 8:20 pm, and were walking to the room at 8:22. Again, wonderful experience. Do yourself a favor and check out the Woodlands Escape the Room!

Had an amazing time with friends at the Heist Escape the Room event. It was set up well, lots of fun, had photo ops, and an enjoyable atmosphere. Also, our host was FANTASTIC. Michael engaged our whole group, was funny, and brought a lot of personality to our activity. Will most definitely be going back!!

We had a blast!!! We decided to attempt the Submarine and it was really awesome! Well thought out and the added electronics and lights (or lack of light in certain stages) made it even more enjoyable. You have to come check this one out, definitely wont be disappointed!

The escape room was a blast! It was creepy, exciting, suspenseful, and you dont know what happens next! I would definitely give this a 5 star! The only thing Is that I Highly suggest not bringing more than 10 people, because it can get really tight

This location was a little hard to find, be mindful that its inside of the mall in the food court sort of hidden. Other than that, my friends and I had a great time. We actually completed the game room we were in!!! Well definitely go back !

Very nice staff. Great location. Fun/clean themed rooms. Unfortunately, we did not complete the heist, but it was a lot of fun trying. Definitely, would return! Great family experience with kids age 12 & 14.
