Pros. A nice layout and the greens are in decent shape. The burger shack by the clubhouse has a good reputation, but I didnt try it. Now for the cons. Gravel cart paths a pretty rutted and lots of dust. The online tee time system on their site didnt work right. I thought Id booked and paid a single tee time on Sunday morning but when I showed up 30 minutes early the pro shop said they couldnt find my tee time. They did get me out on time, but charged me 8 bucks more than the online rate. The first tee (#10) was backed up 3 deep but play moved right along until we got around to #1. Then the 2-some ahead of us got joined up with another 3 for a fivesome and pace took a nose dive. Never saw a marshal once the fivesome joined, so Im assuming they were well aware and didnt want to hear about it. Apparently this is no surprise for some since one of the groups behind us was fishing in the ponds when they were held up on the tee box. Must have been regulars. At least they were catching fish.

I played this course with a good friend this past week (summer 2013). I loved the layout of the course, and it was quiet and serene. I havent shot a round of golf until two weeks prior to my trip to Majestic Springs. Im far from a 15 handicap, and I managed to shoot a 98 on the course, taking penalty strokes for lost balls. I thought the course was in very good shape, including the greens. I was disappointed in the cart paths, as they were gravel in most places. Try the Bahama Mama hot dog at the grill; they are delicious!

Very nice course, great layout, very well maintained and friendly staff. I was pleasantly surprised by this course as a friend and I just picked it at random, we have been back every week since. Ive only played on Monday afternoons so course was not crowded, and play moved as quickly as you wanted. Course is difficult but not impossible even for low skilled players like myself.

Played it for the first time today and its a really nice course. I play 4-5 times a year and felt it was perfect for my skill level. The person I was with plays very often and they also enjoyed it. The course is well taken care of and the staff was very nice. Nice mix of holes. Its 30 mins from my house and Id definitely go back.

Great layout and play as well as amazing scenery. Workers are extremely nice, carts are in good shape, and its obvious each hole is taken care of with precision. Every time I come back it seems theyve added another feature to the course which makes me like it even more. Great place for an outing with the guys.

You wont enjoy this course unless your a 15 or better. Yes its nice layout, often giving you a secluded feeling but the prariee grass that surrounds every hole is out of control; many places 2-3 feet tall. No chance to ever play a shot 8 yards off the fairway.

Beautiful course. My first time here and have nothing but good things to say. Layout is sweet and multiple brand new bridges crossing over a decent sized creek and even a little waterfall. Lots of water and all the bunkers were playable. Will go back often

One of the best clubs in the area with a wide variety of holes that offer a different challenge at every turn. Great place for golfers that want to have fun but also better there game in every way.

Wonderful golf course layout sitting out in the wilderness. Come to be challenged and enjoy a great burger and drink afterwards under their huge pavilion. Super nice family of owners and staff.

A nice hidden away golf course. Greens were good, super busy with not enough carts for all. This might have been a little early in the season. But overall a great place to golf for the price.

Worst shape golf course Ive played... half of every green was mud. Not worth the drive. The sad thing is the layout of the course is sweet. They just dont take care of it..

Great layout, easy to get a good score but if you start hitting it offline its easy to run the score up. A very fair test of golf.

6 hour round on the weekend. No thank you. Wait 30 min beyond your time to tee off then another 30 min to tee off on hole 2!
