UPDATE: I cant change my review, but I will say that the owner, Eric, took time out of his schedule to call me to discuss this. He was very sympathetic and apologized numerous times. He talked me through some of my concerns and will be looking into the safety of the children. He does not live in the Houston area, so he relies on his management staff to keep him in the loop, which apparently they dont on somethings. I pray he finds the cause of the accidents in the obstacle/ball pit, so this doesnt happen to anyone else. I feel that Eric is truly concerned and cares about what happens in his facility. Now, if he can get his employees to enforce the rules and do their job, that would be fantastic. I know kids are going to get hurt - sprained ankles, bumps and bruises are expected, but not gashes on their head from bumping into a piece of equipment. I will add a star for him reaching out to me to discuss the concerns. I will give them another chance maybe in a few months, and hopefully by then, they can figure out whats going on in that ball pit. Maybe then I can give a much better review! What a day! Started out great, everyone was having a good time, and then one of the kids in our party cut his head open on something in the ball pit. While he was being taken care of, no one ever went to check to see if there was blood anywhere. We were never called for our pizza when it was time, so we ate cold pizza. My son never got his free birthday shirt, and I never received the voucher for a free hour of jumping the host told me I was to get for booking a party. The host was very nice & friendly, but super busy bc he was the only one working 3 parties. As I walked by the manager talking & laughing to 2 other employees, he was talking about the boy from our party who cut his head open. Who thinks that is funny?!?! I sure didnt. Supposedly, that was the 3rd person its happened to. While the convenience of not having to set up or clean up is great, not sure their customer service is up to par.

With opening right before spring break i expected craziness, but not to the extent of what i experienced on my first time going with my family. Going 45 minutes after it opened, the line went outside the door to the side of the building. With having a teenager, two small children, and a toddler it looked AWESOME inside so i thought it will totally be worth the wait. Well with 45 minutes waiting outside and everyones paintence growing thin, a confrontation happened right inside when someone thought another person was cutting the line. Totally not themanagements fault this happened but when cussing and yelling was going on between adults all in front of young kids, someone should have dealt with the situation. Not the case at all. Some of the cashiers are super sweet and professional while others act like they hate their life. It obviously was ridiculous packed but either they are completely short on staff but there is no regulation on who is allowed where (unlike skyzone). For example, there is a jumping area specifically for 5 year olds and under it was quickly overrun with teenagers and older kids with complete disregard for the toddlers that were supposed to be there. Not only did the staff pass by this numerous times, no one did anything about enforcing the rules. Safety obviously was overlooked. Hopefully they can hire some more staff to fix some of these issues, they are obviously extremely overwhelmed.

We went to Urban Air for the first time today. The facility opens up at 10 am. We arrived at 9:54. The door was open so we happily walked in. Upon going in all the staff just stared at us. I said "are you not open yet" one employee looked at me and roller her eyes at me, like I was bothering her. I then asked if it was ok to wait in the ac for 5 minutes until they opened and she huffed and made a noise with her mouth. I asked her if I was inconveniencing her and told her that she was being really unprofessional. I then told them that I would wait outside for the 5 minutes. We walked back in at 10 and proceeded to check in. The staff have a very dry non fun attitude. They are not helpful and seemed to be bothered by questions. The ball pit lights were off and I had to ask 3 attendants before one of them turned them on. I will not go back there again for the price you pay in my opinion is not worth it. The socks come in two sizes. Tight and really really tight! If you also like to be starred at the entire time by awkward staff then this is the place for you!

The socks are pathetic. So hard to get on. no stretch. Get sky zone socks and use those! The warrior course is painful on your feet. Would be better with shoes. They charged parents to enter for jumperoo, when their Facebook event specifically stated parents jump free. The locker rental is $3!! Its only a quarter at sky zone. Kids liked the tubes, but as a parent I didnt like they had no light in there and when a child screamed I couldnt see who it was. Lots of variety for different ages, which was nice. Couldnt find any free water though. Might go back for jumperoo, but wouldnt go myself.

How can you decide what package you want if you haven’t been there before? Especially when the front desk staff was not friendly or helpful. Most of the staff seemed to be teenagers, and not interested in enforcing the rules, even the ones that pertained to safety. The facility was not busy, but if they had been, I imagine this would have been a problem. The facility, including the restrooms were very clean. The kids had a great time. The music was kid- appropriate. We will definitely visit again, if it’s very crowded I doubt we would stay, unless the staff is more attentive.

Greed greed greed! Jumparoo which was a toddler based Day Friday morning discontinued for the whole summer. Unfair to charge parents of toddlers to jump and even more unfair to not have all the amenities available to toddlers during a specific time. This is a total $$$ based decision and totally cuts the young children off from full access and affordable pricing. Shame on the owners and management!!!!!! Finally they fixed the sock issue. Fix the issue and I will fix my review!

The spring break special is a great deal, but the staff needs much better training in safety and managing the kids. Toddlers were jumping along side high school kids. Small children were playing in the balls below the obstacle course. No effort by staff to enforce rules of behavior or age. On plus side, concession stand very reasonable- only $1 for bottles of water.

My kids love Urban Air and right now they have a great special coupon book. My kids had a problem using the food coupon and I just wantedto say that when I spoke to the Manager Faraz Rashid he handled the situation and took really good care of us and I wasnt expecting that from a young 22 year old manager. Very impressed!!!

Lots of fun trampoline activities from shooting hoops to dodge ball to sky coaster and even a Warrior course! My only real complaints are that it gets loud, the seats are not very comfortable when you have been there for a while, and they do not allow outside food or drink. They do have a nice snack bar, though.
