I went to se a movie with my son and bought him the kids pack and it comes with a gummies, well as we sat and watched the movie my son got his gummies out and for some reason they were melted, we left the theater and let the staff know, the cashier behind the counter acknowledged that the rest of their product was the same way they were stored somewhere where the temperature was high, the ac or cooler system was down, there was a young lady that apologized and offered to replace my sons ruined clothes, she took down my # and info, and said just bring back the receipt. now I called the theater and talked to ms hollies and she said theres no note of incident and they dont handle things that way so now I just have to take my loss and a bad movie outing experience, she said because its not their fault the gummies were melted or maybe my son put them in his pocket and they got hot, but then she said those fruit snacks dont melt like that. But we had just stated the movie and its was maybe 10 min into it when it happened and we were not roasting marshmallows to melt the gummies. its unfortunate because I live within walking distance and now I feel that they dont appreciate me as a guest. my family and I like the theater and love the remodel but being treated like that or disregarded, and accusing my son that maybe he was at fault, makes me upset, what kid wants to put candy in his pocket instead of eating it, thats the point of buying it when your watching a movie, I guess thats why you sneak your own snacks

The theatre has been newly revamped with reclining seats. The seats are very comfortable and the ability to purchase them in advance and insure that they would be empty when I arrived was great. They are not as wide as at the Cannery, about the same size as Downtown Summerlin. I liked the ability to fill my own drink from the magic Coke machines, and select the flavor combination I enjoy as well as get refills. The movie I watched was packed, and I felt the AC did not compensate for the number of hot bodies in the room. I was warmer than I liked and was sticking to my leather recliner, but not overly uncomfortable. The experience was great, the price was a pleasant surprise (I joined the Stubs Club as I plan to return often). I think the management should invest in some push vacuums, as there was popcorn all over the carpets. So the entire theatre felt dirty, and in need of some attention. The trash cans were full to overflowing at several spots - perhaps a plan should be implemented that checks for these things on a more regular basis. Please make this all work, I love the comfort, the convenience and the price point at this theater and want to see it all happen the way it should.

$4 before 4 pm - meaning 3:59 or earlier, not 4 pm. I dont know of anyone else in town that is that cheap for a first-run movie. Yes, the seats and environment are a little dated, but tween the price and the fact the AMC is not in a casino is huge. The staff have always been helpful to us and have gone out of their way to providing excellent service two times now. I just asked the manager yesterday for help, she went, did her best, and when she couldnt help us, she came back and found us in the theater to make sure we were set - she didnt even know our show, she just combed all the aisles in likely all the rooms til she found us. Who even does that? About a month ago, when the AC went out, AMC staffed the doors so that everyone in the room left with free tickets, on the house, to another show of our choice. I didnt mind - it wasnt hot, but free tix for a little bump in the heat? Good business - the bad rap theyre getting here on Google is misplaced and a tad old. Clearly management is righting the ship.

I love the new seats, I HATE the assigned seats you always go in the theater to pick the best seat for that theater not all of them are the same. My problem with the assigned seats are this, the first movie I went to during the renovation, perfect new seats for Fast 7, went and took my son for Avengers they finished all the renovation looks great but first pick your seat than you can go in, same thing the next time pick your seats but our screen doesnt work so ill chose a spot hopefully thats where you want to be oh and your right next to a kid. Dont get me wrong i have kids of my own but I dont want to be put right next to one unless its mine that is creepy. I love AMC because of the sensory friendly movies but I dont know if ill be going again anytime soon with the assigned seating. ASSIGNED SEATING SHOULD ONLY BE USED FOR PRIEMER NIGHTS!!!!

My favorite theater ever ! I am here about 3 to 4 times a week. I know I dont have a life. Their seats are assigned. Most comfortable seats ever. They are huge red electronic reclining and so so comfortable. I never watch the movie because I fall asleep each and every time. This is how they make so much money from me. I go and see the same move because I can never stay awake. Their nachos and cheese are the best if you like a nice spicy kick. Always get the nachos and it is only like 2 bucks for 1 extra cheese. Who wants to run out of cheese and have all those chips left. I seriously only go to AMC because of the nachos and the seats. If you want a later showing go to AMC town square. Seats sucks but the same awesome nachos.

I went to Rainbow Promenade 10 . The chairs were comfortable but the popcorn was not even worm and the Facility was a mess . The movie was great I really enjoyed it . When I got there I went inside I ask about the tickets and they had me go outside it was at 8pm on 3-5-17 I could not understand that it was the same girl that told me to go back outside that assisted me at the window when I went back out and it was a chilly night. I really was condiment giving the Facility a two star and the movie I give a five star. I was able to relate to this movie . I w auld see this movie again . The other thing was the movie did not start for I would say 11 to 13 min after the start time which was 8.20pm .

Ive been going here on and off since the theater opened. To give an idea how long, I went when the admittance was 6.00 before 4 p.m. Also, went when it was renovating. Rainbow 10 is very improved from the earlier edition. They even have recliners that lay back like beds FOOD! FOOD! FOOD! Their food is always fresh and delicious. Love there popcorn. One of the because tastes mixing Red Vines and Raisins in with the popcorn and eating them all together. Its like a party in your mouth. MORE FOOD I believe even server bones chicken wings....I love to eat....yum. JUST WANT TO I rearly get a change to go, but whenever and if I get a chance, its a great treat.
