Had a horrific experience this past Spring Break and would not recommend your little children there. ITZ has gone downhill and has lost my business. Took my son there this past Saturday (March 15, 2014) and was appalled by the service I received and also felt very unsafe. 1st) When standing in line for the rides, people would cut in front and the employees there would not address the situation. Instead they continue to allow people to cut in line; causing other customer to wait longer. When I advised the manager on duty what was going on, I was told the employees should be paying attention to the rides and not the people standing in line. Well, I totally understand that, but the issue still needs to be addressed. 2nd) About 50% of the games did not work. It took forever to find someone to fix he machine AND 3RD IS WHAT PROMPTED ME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW. I realize that ITZ does not have a dress code, however there is a time and place. About 90% of the people that were in there gave the appearance of gang members. There were women in there that dressed inappropriately. They wore outfits that revealed too much body parts as if they were in a nightclub. Also I spotted a young man (between 16 to 18yrs of age) with a 8inch knife holstered to his belt walking around inside the facility. I told the same manager on duty about what I saw and how unsafe I felt. The manager said he would look at it and addressed the issue. BUT he never did. Instead, I watch the manager look at the guy with the knife and walk away. So approached the "Police Officer" who was also inside the facility to express my concerns, and was told that he could not do anything unless it was a certain size. TO ME, AN 18INCH knife can do some major damage. AND WHY IS SOMEONE ALLOWED INSIDE THIS FACILITY with a WEAPON, ESPECIALLY WHEN THERE ARE LITTLE CHILDREN PLAYING ABOUT. SO WARNING TO ALL YOU PARENTS OUT THERE. I would not recommend this place for little children. I feel safer at Chuckee Cheese or Incredible Pizza.

Seems like the place to go to celebrate. Unfortunately upon entering the establishment the first thing to contend with is the pricing and what value youre getting for those prices. After feeling weve figured that out all you can eat all you can play, but not the ones with the rewards. We found out the hard way that the all-you-can-eat is only to a certain time. There was no indication of this prior to purchase so rather than paying almost $4 for a drink I left thirsty . Secondly we contended with the displacement of a card we just paid for ... my son is adamant that his pocket was picked) we still had our receipt so the management was kind enough to replace it. The last thing we tried was the ride that slings you around the room. When I sat down it was as though a not so not-so-friendly friend slammed me in the back. That was the securing mechanism. There didnt seem to be a lot of interest when I mentioned it to the young man monitoring the ride. As well The Handlebar was loose. Probably not a big help if something did happen. But it was worth the ride, I guess if you like that sort of thing. I guess if they wanted to make it better give a better option for the games with the tickets.

I have hosted 3 parties here, one being this past weekend for my son turning 3. The previous parties were great, but ItZ has removed most of the rides/attractions to put in a bowling alley in which you have to pay for seperatly and is not included in the package. I purchased 15 play cards at 25.00 a piece for 1 hour & 1/2 unlimted rides and a few points for game attractions. Since all the rides, but 2 have been taken out the guest to my party were very limited on what they could do for an entire 1hour &1/2. Four of the children were toddlers and could only ride the monkey jump thing at thats it. When i talked to the manager, he added tickets (used to redeem prizes in the gift shop) to the 4 toddlers cards only, which was good for the young ones, but I still had 11 kids with nothing to do. I think the manager should have added points to all of the cards so that my party could have at least played games. DO NOT get the big deal package... it is NOT worth the money. Honestly would have been cheaper and better at chucky cheese

It seems like they are continually finding more ways to cheat you out of your money and points. The games where you win tickets are rigged. I hit the "jackpot" 5 or 6 times on the game I was playing. Instead of giving me the 125 tickets, it game me five. They are not even good at rigging the game. It is completely obvious it was rigged to cheat you. There wasnt even an option to win five tickets anywhere near the "125 ticket jackpot" The games used to be set up where you could slide your card and the screen would show you how many points you had on your card, then you could press the green button and decide if you wanted to lay it. Not anymore. Now, if you slide your card, your points are gone. They purposely overcharged our group. The place was a dirty, filthy mess. The prize room was almost empty of all affordable prizes. The price of all the prizes seem to have gone up. We would never go there for the horrible food, but now we wont go there to play anymore either.

I think most of the negative reviews on here are false and possibly from the competition that is across the highway which they are nasty as hell. I have been going to this location with my 3 kids religiously almost every weekend for a while now and have never experienced the bad things that people are saying. I have never seen paper plates like they are claiming. The buffet is clean for the most part, you have kids going up to the buffet and making a mess and they clean it up but never anything bad where I did not feel comfortable eating the food. The games are great, have never seen more than one down when we have been there out of the at least 100 games. They have a good size ticket redemption room that has lots of prizes to choose from. I would not listen to any of the bad reviews on here about this location as its probably a competitor or a person that was just wanting to get something for free which you are seeing more and more of that today.

Although there games and rides maybe fun the price at ITZ , but here at all ITZ franchises are extremely HIGH! You guys as an ITZ franciser it is your job to set and produce reasonable prices for all customers and not extremely over priced deals and purchases. Food is great however the areas of seating for the dining atmosphere at ITZ ISNT VERY SANITARY NOR CLEAN every time I walk in there I see trash and napkins on the floor, tables not clean, last customers plates on the table, and etc. Also the prizes arent that very good I expect to see more decent or funner trinkets/toys/ prizes rather than something that isnt so fun. some great examples of a prize would be a college basketball, lip balm, kids makeup wrapped in plastic, pillow pets, etc. SO far I like ITZ and I am happy that I met A celebrity from ANT Farm over there at ITZ.
