Have you ever been stopped at the cinema by staff wanting to make sure you were "going to the right theater"? This happened to me and my boys today and I was wondering if I handed this broom wielding teen power by being polite and complying with her demand to see my tickets. We had already been admitted past the ticket checker who tells you that the big words "theater 6" on your stub meant you should proceed to theater 6. This is new to me, is this a Sarasota thing? I had just renewed my stubs reward card too. I didnt see her stopping anyone else in the hallway.

Nice theater, Saw Avengers in Imax 3d and was worth Every penny. the demographic is great, not a lot of scum like downtown sarasota or royal palms. wish it was in a separate location than inside the mall. Not TRUE Imax as the seating is like every other theater.. true Imax has plush seats. but great place will def be catching EVERY movie from here on out at this location . 10/10

This theatre is extremely well managed.Everybody from the ticket seller to the ticket taker(Sandy) to the concession sellers to the supervisor know what they are there for and they provide a great customer experience.The theatre is modern,clean and the seats are especially comfortable. Best theatre in town by far.Keep up the good work and the outstanding movies.

Two power surges during movie interrupted for 5+ minutes each time. Poor communication from staff each time. Pitch black in theater with each incident and exit signs are NOT lighted. Did offer us a free movie pass, but what an inconvenience! Will expect two movie passes if this movie doesnt finish.

The theaters are much better than the others in Venice or Downtown. Newer movies, more options, and best of all - they provide customer service. My ring was lost there, and over the phone they found it - even refusing the reward money. My family always chooses this theater!

Did you know that Fathom ticket holders can bring into the theatre food and drinks? Why? They have dietary issues. In that case we all have dietary issues so dont buy food bring it with you. Wow think about how much money you would save!

Great theaters and they have IMAX. Stubs card is highly recommended. Popcorn is always fresh. My favorite part is they have early shows on the weekends, like 10am
