They canceled the 7:00 show in less than a hour of show time.....I purchased tickets through fandango and cannot get my money refunded until further notice.....we drove all the way from Acworth to Marietta location in poor weather because of the locations being closed. I understand safety first but it is bad business to sell tickets for a movie in less than a hour to the show time and then cancel the production on that short of a notice at the time of closing there was hardly any winds and just steady rain......also even though the lady was trying to be helpful and did offer some form of compensation (They gave us four complementary tickets) I wasted almost 30 dollars for that movie and gas down. The person that was seeing the movie with me lives 2 hours away from Acworth almost 2 and half from the theater and also my son had to be watched which cost more money.....I am very upset that they allowed tickets to be sold that close to show time and then canceled the show on short notice.

Its a megaplex. For any one of the major releases you hope to see, theyll probably have it on a nice, big, digital screen. Rarely is there a blockbuster that isnt released promptly at this venue. Independents, however, are a little tougher to find and this is a bit of a disappointment. Also, their hyper-modern facilities have abandoned all 35mm projectors which, to a cinephile, is a sin but is only realistic for a major exhibition center. When there are lines, they tend to move quickly due to the bright and helpful staff. Generally, if theres a first-run movie I want to see, I see it here.

This is right around the corner from me, and fortunately one of the nicer theaters around. While not the biggest theatre, it has fully digital service thats runs like clockwork, is always super clean even when very busy, its close to nice food options if you want to continue the night or take the family to eat before/afterwards. The price is the same as everybody. The traffic in the area gets busy around noon on weekends, but not a super big deal. I dig it.

This theater is "fine". They keep it pretty clean and the movie has decent sound. The seats are regular seats and the way the rows are staggered, you have a decent view from lots of seats. I appreciate that the ladies room is HUGE so Ive never had to wait even when its peak season. The staff behind the counter can be a little inattentive/distracted by each other but hey, theyre mostly kids. The food is very basic movie fare.

I love going to Merchants Walk. Its such a friendly place to be. The people working the ticket booths and snack bars are so nice and the popcorn is great. Sure its a little expensive, but its definitely worth it. The theaters are set up very nicely and the sound is perfect. I would totally recommend this theater

How do you not have a veteran discount. I understand and respect the police discount, WOW. Talking about putting the chicken before the egg. I wasnt in the Military, but my family was, and many men and woman in the community are. GIVE THEM AT VERY LEAST THE SAME RESPECT

I love this theater! The staff is very nice and the place is in general kept very tidy. Snack bar is always staffed with more than just a few people so getting your goodies and getting into the movie quick is something you dont have to worry about.

The theatre was fine and I liked the staff but the bathrooms were horrible. In fact these were the dirtiest bathrooms that I have ever seen. Urine all over the toilets. Clearly they had not been cleaned for most of not all day.

This is my favorite movie theatre because its nice and quaint. There are no frills or huge crowds and their prices are fair plus they have a rewards program. The workers are friendly and everything is clean.

The workers at the cinema are fantastic. They all work very hard to make sure I have a comfortable stay. The theaters are all well maintained and smell pleasant. I would suggest this to anyone.
