We went for our first time yesterday (5/22/16) It was my sons 7th birthday and he wanted to ride the go carts. We paid for the kiddie carts and for 10 tickets. I didnt really think the price was bad but my kids had to wait close to an hour to ride the go karts and there was only 5 kids in front of them. The guy could only get 2 of them to run and then those 2 ran out of gas which we then had to wait for him to go over to the big go karts to get it and then fill them up then he had 3 running. the guy said they get to go around the track 6 times not one of those kids went 6 times and one kids kart kept running out of gas Im not even sure that he went around 3 times. It seems crazy that you all wouldnt have a way for your employees to communicate with someone that could do the running around for them so that they didnt have to stop everything and it would save time. Only a few of the rides outside were running which is understandable because its the start of the season but your ticket person should of said something or there should be a sign of what is running so you can judge how many tickets are needed or let you exchange the tickets for tokens. I went home with 4 unused tickets yesterday. My son wanted to ride the tilt of whirl but right before his turn someone had thrown up so the poor girl working had to leave the ride and walk clear across the park to get a 5 gallon bucket of water to dump on it not once but twice!!! that was another 20+ minute wait just to ride one ride. It would seem like on a ride like you should water right by the ride or again away for your employee to communicate so someone could of brought the water for Christ sakes there was a guy on a golf cart that could of brought her 4 or 5 buckets of water in one trip a manager even came over to find out why the ride was stopped and then just said oh well at least she is getting it instead of going to get some buckets to help also. the poor girl had to stop 2 or 3 times on the way back because the bucket was to heavy for her!!!! GIVE YOUR EMPLOYEES WALKIE TALKIES AND HELP THEM OR DONT HAVE THE OUTSIDE STUFF OPEN UNTIL YOU ARE FULLY READY!!!! Then the kids wanted to do bumper cars and imagine that only 2 worked out of the 6-8 that were there so you couldnt even do that as a family. the arcade was nice and all the games worked surprise but only 2 of the ticket counters worked. I highly doubt that I will ever go back especially since we had an hour drive just to get there. I FEEL SO SORRY FOR YOUR EMPLOYEES TOO OR I HOPE THEY GET PAID DAMN GOOD TO DEAL WITH THAT!!!

I remember this place from long ago. Im going to say this but the tickets are over price. I mean whos going to pay a lot of money for 10 or 20 tickets and the rides are old which makes that worse because this isnt like joyland where it was actually worth the money to go to it. But since this is a company only running in the United States in Wichita, Kansas that means not many people out of the suburbs of Wichita and Wichita itself know about this place. Now lets just get to the tickets now for a birthday party why would tickets have to be expensive? You only get by what I remember is 5 tickets at a Birthday party. And its expensive just to pay for them for a Birthday party. The tickets are literal ripoffs. Next thing Im going to talk about is the rides all the rides are boring. Theres never been new rides. The only thing they ever do new here is make tickets less pricey for holidays like memorial day or veterans day. By what Ive heard for cheaper deals on tickets, etc. When I visted Wichita a few times this place never changed a single bit maybe they put a new arcade game in but they never tried making a new ride. I know Kansas doesnt have a lot of money but you had times when you could have made new rides. This part leads to my next reason. Money. If they made some new rides over the years maybe they could have gotten more money to make some more rides and more rides and mores rides. But no. They havent improved one bit. The place has probably been the same ever since it opened. I suggest to make a vacation somewhere else for rides than this place where the tickets are over pricey, all the rides are the same, and the lack of money means it will probably close. By the way Im Swedish so my English isnt the best.

This place sucks. I feel bad for parents because it seems like they are already limited on where they can take their kids here in Wichita as it is already, and this place just makes it worse. I have a nephew who is too young to know that this place is crap! They the WORST customer service. The girl that helped me last time better be glad she wasnt wearing a name tag. Because she would have a shout on here. The machines suck! I would say 80 percent are broken. Most dont even have out of order signs. A grown woman hogged flappy bird for a good hour or so. Sadly, there were more adults than kids playing whatever machines there were available to play. Still cant comprehend that part. Theres a weird alien ball machine that has the nerve to talk crap and cheat you out of your balls and tickets while being broken at the same time. Its also kind of messed up that its for kids but hes literally bullying the kids. I wouldnt make my kid take personal but the fact that it offers no incentives and cheats you doesnt help. Really just dont come here. Ever.

Its been a few years since I last visited All Star and time has only made this amusement park better. It appears that they have picked up quite a few rides, possibly from the old JoyLand, and put them back in-service. The staffing seemed a bit scarce at times, which left us waiting for an attendant before being able to hand over our tickets and board the rides (approx. a 10 minute wait for an attendant to show without any lines). Lastly, to my surprise, I found out that the park actually stays open late (10:00pm) on Sundays in the summer, so that gave us an extra 2 hours of fun.

Very disappointed! Brought my nephew for his birthday and the all day pass did not include: go karts, bumper cars, or bumper boats. If we would have known that we would have not bought the pass. My son with a developmental disability was confused that he could not ride the go karts. If we would have known we could have prepared him. The rides are very aged and seem a little scary and like they might break down at any moment. Kudos to the gentleman that followed the boys around and ran their rides. He was very kind and nice to my son and my nephew
