Had a birthday party for my 7 year old! The good thing was that he is 7 and enjoyed the jumping activities, so from a 7 year old non-paying perspective it was great! Now for an adult paying perspective it was an awful experience! First, the hostess seemed to be confused as to what her responsibilities were....she continuously asked me the same questions over and over again. I wanted to tell her that I wasnt familiar with her job responsibilities! I ordered pizza for 14 hungry 6 and 7 year olds.....Guess what.....pizza delivery never showed! Hostess continued to remark that Papa Johns had been "off" all week, which did not help the fact that there were 14 kiddos that had jumped for almost 2 hours and only received cake and water!! Never mind the fact that I had ordered the pizza well in advance! It makes no sense that you are not allowed to order and bring your own pizza! Will not ever reserve another party there!

We enjoyed the trampolines and activities and as a whole this place is a great idea! The kids had a lot of fun. However we had a birthday party for one of our kids and I wish we were given a little bit further instructions since this was our first time here. We werent given any ideas of what to expect and how things were going to work. They need a little more organization here. I even had to remind them to charge me the rest of the party fees! Overall I am satisfied and will be back because I know how it works now but I would suggest walking newbies through the ropes. Thanks!

iJump is smaller than the trampoline park in Longview. Its great for kids! But its mainly for kids because its so small. Its over crowded and the fact you have to make an account with them just to sign a waiver is a little ridiculous. If youre over 16 the foam pit is probably the only thing youre going to have fun on. The staff are nice, and its not too overpriced. I would recommend only paying for an hour at first, it gets a little old after 40 minutes.

We paid a visit to iJump with my son, daughter, and my two nephews. It was crowded because of the holidays, but we were still able to find a place to relax while the kids enjoyed the activities. Prices were reasonable and the person who checked us in was personable and efficient. There was a young person in the dodgeball area who looked as if he worked for iJump but who was rude to our children. He threw balls at the kids and irritated them.

I decided to take my toddler here so she could wear herself out. It was during the week, so it wasnt busy (thats an okay thing). The employees were great. One of them made sure to stand nearby while my little girl was playing. Since shes so little, she cant jump with the older kids. The employee played with her, and they even played some basketball. Very kind and Im thankful for that. The facility is clean, and we had a blast.

I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at iJump Tyler! There are always smiling faces at the front desk, and all through the park! The cleanliness and professionalism are off the charts!! The cafe is cheap and convenient. Love that they incorporate Christian music too! It is evident that customer service and family values are a top priority!

Safety is NOT their FIRST priority. I would not take young kids (under 8) to this establishment as it provides a "mixing bowl" environment of all ages jumping together with little organization or supervision. Numerous broken bones and injuries have occurred here as a result. It is an orthopedic clinics job security.

My kid had a lot of fun. The place is very crowded on the weekends. There were plenty of staff on the trampoline floor to watch the kids, but the were not calling down the ones who were not following the posted rules. All in all we had a good experience, but I feel like it is just shy of getting a 5 star rating.

I would have given it 5 stars, but theres no area for toddlers. The new area has an enclosed slide on which my one year old doesnt know how to go into by herself. But overall, its a great place. Maybe she can use that area in a few months.

Staff enjoy playing with kids and ensure safety at the same time. The new dodgeball court gave my older kids a challenge and the ninja course wore them out...Ty Bree for all your assistance and friendliness!

Horrible do not even waste ur money! It was our first time and everything was going good but then i guess shift changed and they changed the rules up on me all of a sudden mainly for older kids over 8 or 9

Pretty cool place, but kind of pricey. Kids love it though. They have a sort of American Ninja obstacle course too. Just Google American Ninja TV Show if youre not familiar. Great for birthday parties.

Its a nice place to have fun but it is 12 dollars for the first hour and 8 for each additional hour it should be 5 for every additional hour
