Went and saw Hateful 8 last week. I dont usually take time to write a poor review but I feel this was so bad that people need to know. The line was completely unorganized and when I mentioned something to the manager she was rude and basically said there was nothing that she was going to do about it. There was two people checking for tickets but only one line that was unmarked so everyone was just smashed up at the front door not knowing what they we waiting in line for. When we finally got through the entrance there was another line that you had to just figure out you needed to get into to get into the movie. Once in the movie theater the sheets are small and really close together with little to no leg room. I suppose I am spoiled with Cinetopia huge seats and ottoman. Concession was unbelievable. two or three people working on a Saturday matinee. we spent close $60.00 and the experiences was terrible. Movie was pretty good but not great either.

Horrible night at movies. Couple near us was loud and disrespectful. Used three seats to stretch out like a sofa. When the woman of the couple whipped out her phone, I asked her to put it away. She looked at me and said "No." She might as well have said "Make Me." I went to get a manager because Regal insists that patrons not confront other patrons. The manager spoke to the woman, and I guess just told her to put her phone away. The manager then left and the patron came back to taunt me by saying "Thanks for the free movie tickets!" Why would she do that?? We left and got our money back and got some free passes. But I would have preferred to have had the other patrons removed so that I could confront them with the management there. And why would the instigator be given free passes. The incident left a bad impression on me, and highlights why Im one of the few people in my circle of friends who actually goes to the movies.

When you pay $43.50 to come here and see a movie in IMAX 3D, thats what should happen, yes? Not today. The manager told me that they forgot to swap the film back to 3D from their last showing, okay, understandable. I was given both a refund and some free passes. What Im upset about, is that there was no announcement to the rest of the people in the theatre. 90% stayed in their seats with their glasses on...I feel bad that they were completely cheated out of the amazing experience of seeing an IMAX 3D movie... Ive been here many times before and have always been amazed. Movie was still fantastic, I suggest everyone come see this movie, I still even think you should come see it here, but if you notice something off with the film you paid for, speak up, because they arent going to take the initiative nor the responsibility to be honest about when they screw up.

This is my FAVORITE Regal Cinema in Portland. Since this is at Bridgeport, theres plenty of parking. Friday nights arent too bad, but Saturday nights can be packed, so you may want to buy your tickets early. They have decent concessions. For being 18 screens + IMAX, I agree with a reviewer below that they could have a wider, more engaging selection. That aside, I love this theater because it does have 18 screens + IMAX, theres plenty of parking, and I love the seats. They are new, comfy, individual and reclining. Just like being at home! Everything is bright, new, and clean here, and I enjoy the clientel--everyone is nice and respectful, no talking, kicking the seat in front of you during movies. Great cinema with great clients makes for a very pleasant experience.

This has been our cinema for going on 10 years now. The cinema itself is great with 3d and imax theaters along with generally giant and nice and clean normal size ones. I really have no complaints about anything in the cinema itself. Its typically priced with expensive tickets and concessions like everywhere else. The real complaint is that its in the heart of bridgeport and so that means nightmare parking and dodging pedestrians and generally a real headache to get to. I would never come here on a saturday night or anything cause it would be way too crazy especially if theres a big movie out that weekend. If it was near bridgeport maybe in its own area with more parking it would be a 5 star place.

Please. This is not IMAX. (Yes I wan to sound snooty at this part.) The screen, like other reviewers mentioned is tiny in comparison to the real deal. The screen here is slightly bigger than a regular movie theater. The Cinerama screen in Seattle dwarfs this fake IMAX. I feel like $15 is pretty steep for something branded with IMAX only to find it isnt the real deal. To add to the let down when we went to see Star Trek, for the first 30 minutes of the movie the Sound and Picture was out of sync! For 30 minutes. Come on. I want my mind blown when I go to see IMAX. I had a better experience sitting in the 5th row at the Pacific Place theater in Seattle on opening night. Rip Off.

Bought tickets online through fandango for my husband and nephew to attend a matinee showing of the force awakens in IMAX 3D at this theater. no imax, no 3d. called the theater, got the automated system of course, no way to speak to an actual human. called fandango. was told at first that all I would be refunded was the convenience fee of $3.00 because I was not a fandango vip member. Because I was so insistent the live chat rep claimed she would forward my request to corporate on my behalf. The 3d price amounted to $13 more. Got an apology email from fandango with a code good for one free ticket up to a value of $23. Would have preferred a refund, but this will do.

Its huge and the IMAX is worth seeing and the sound in the IMAX is great (but keep in mind this is not the same sized screen as the IMAX at OMSI). Its so flippin expensive though and its in the rich persons ugly psuedo-Euro mall where people are dropping more money on designer sweatpants than some people spend on food a month. The parking is annoying because you have to drive through said outdoor mall and into a garage (free parking though) and there is really only one entrance/exit from the parking area. Its worth making a little trip for the big blockbusters but get in line early so you dont have to strain your neck in the eye bleedingly close seats.

This is a review of the REVIEWERS: in particular, those who write in about the IMAX, I pose a simple question. When looking upon the theater from the outside, what aspect of it tells you the IMAX will be WAY BIGGER inside?! Theres no false advertisement, no illusions. They didnt dig out a large underground cavern to install a skyscraper-sized IMAX screen (as cool as that would be for them to do, no one in Oregon has that money). I dont know what your problem is. Call ahead of time and ask how big the screen is if its such a major concern of yours.

Went to see Dr. Strange last night at the Bridgeport village Regal Cinema and was overall highly satisfied! From the convenience of purchasing my ticket online and having no wait time there or getting snacks, combined with comfortable seating and an amazing sound and imax 3d showing, The cleanliness and friendly staff give more than one reason to enjoy yourself and keep coming back. Not leaving out how AMAZING Dr. Strange was!!.. I highly recommend coming here to watch this movie and really getting the most out of your movie experience.
