I used to love going to Reading Cinemas in Rohnert Park but somehow now that I live in Rohnert Park Ive started to notice that its very filthy, and unkept. Walking in if you bought your ticket online it takes twice as long to get in because their scanner broke and they have to put in the confirmation number by hand. They have YET to fix it, then walking to your movie the hallways are filled with stains on the carpeting. Seems like they never vacuum it either. And when you sit down a lot of the chairs lean back way too much. Theyre clearly broken. And some even lack the cushion where you sit. Over all, management has really let this really amazing movie theater turn into a dump. It needs an URGENT fix soon!

Employees were friendly and the price was fair. Short line to purchase tickets and get into the theater. The lobby and restrooms were clean/modern but the theater we were in was outdated. The seats were worn to the point the padding didnt provide much cushion from the chair frame. My arm rest was torn open exposing the hollow plastic core. I never thought Id say this but the movie was actually too loud. I enjoy having the surround sound turned up but this time it was over the top. I would drive a bit to get to another theater with newer facilities and seating before returning to Reading.

Good local movie theater for the size. Many screens. For the most part it is pretty clean. The concession prices are cheaper than most theaters but still pretty pricy as this is where the theater itself makes its money. All box office goes straight back to the production companies. What is great is that they allow outside food and drink! So dont be caught looking like a weird-o trying to sneak your food or drink around an employee! HAHA Wish they did have an award program though like Regal/Edwards!

Actually drive out of the way to go to this theater but last week this place was so filthy I didnt want to even buy popcorn. Teenage employees were all goofing off. Floors were filthy-pocorn sppilled everywhere. Was manager on vacation? Employees were playing around when movie ended prior to cleaning up theater-one of the employees was holding another employee on his shoulders and fooling around, Asked for a manager and was told the manager was upstairs?!

I always enjoy going to a family friendly movie at Reading Cinema and am very thankful when you choose to show them. I am truly disappointed that you chose not to show "Moms Night Out" in your theater, especially since it comes out on Mothers Day weekend and is a fun and uplifting movie for moms. I was looking forward to seeing it locally and inviting several others. I hope you will reconsider showing it. --- Cathy

This is my theater of choice in Sonoma County. Ample parking, moderate lines for concession, security doesnt over hassle you, and the theater screens and seating is good. The location has plenty of nearby places to go prior to film and or after. They also dont say anything when you bring outside food. You can buy tickets on Fandango and they also have a self-serve ticketing machine to avoid lines.

We love going to the movies. The only reason I didnt give it a 5 star was because it has not kept up with some of the other local theaters in terms of reclining comfortable chairs, dolby sound system etc.. however its still a nice, clean theater and well continue to see movies there. I just hope that they catch up with other establishment for certain amenities.

Place is mostly clean, nice bathrooms, lots of movie screens so multiple showing. The popcorn is decent and the staff are friendly. My one complaint is that every time the seat started to get uncomfortable about mid way through the movie. The bottom.part just doesnt lock flat so it leans forward and its horrible. Besides that, the theatre is OK.

The staff is rude and inappropriate. The lobby is covered in popcorn and used napkins. The condiment station is always empty and disgusting . The actual screening rooms are never clean even when the staff yells at us to leave because they are cleaning we still find ourselves sitting in melted chocolate and picking up other peoples garbage.

For my money, this is the best place for film viewing in or near Santa Rosa. Projector throw and seating in relation to the screen seem to be properly set up, unlike some other theaters in the area. The theater is always clean and well staffed. Whoever runs this theater complex appears to be a serious film exhibitor. Kudos.

My preference in theaters has always been Reading Cinemas in Rohnert Park. I have to drive further to get to this theater but it is worth the extra miles. My friend had an problem with seating and your assistant Chamise was able to resolve the problem quickly. Thank you Reading Cinemas and Chamise.

Get there early and dont get the large soda, the lid pops off. Expect to smell a fart fest during a packed theater cuz the AC cant cope, not to mention the always sticky floors and funky seating. At least the prices are reasonable for tickets. Parking is free in a shared lot.

They offer god prices for their movies before 12pm. Clean theater with good popcorn and large screens. Friendly staff and the two managers that I have had occasion to speak with very helpful. Update, my wife and I go here a lot and still a great movie experience.

Great movie theater. Large area for waiting on premiere nights. Good concessions even though they are pricey like most theaters. Arcade is hit or miss, often times several are broken. Large restrooms and are well cleaned. Theaters are devent, semi comfy chairs.

Wonderful staff and yummy popcorn. What more can I say? They always have a deal compared to other theater concession sales (in Bakersfield). Sundays are crazy, but you cant be the Sunday popcorn deal! Just a fun and positive place to be if you love movies.

I once asked them to cease and desist with those offensive before the movie national ads. I kid you not their response was "...if we stopped those ads, we would be forced to increase tickets prices to help compensate for the resulting loss of income..."

Best movie theater I think Ive ever been to! The reason? They let you bring outside food and drink in! Hit up Target for snacks before your movie starts. Ive even gone in holding a box of crackers, a few candy bars, and a refreshing Yerba Mate! ^_^

Place is usually clean, love the positive atmosphere. Condiment tables are hit and miss but the employees are quick to restock once notified. Then again i have only ran into issues during busy times. Prefer this theater over others in the area.

A nice theatre which I do enjoy as part of the community. They play all they newer movies and the only real improvement I see the need for is to replace the carpet. But I do hope they do so using the same design. Its very retro and I love it.

Have been going here for over a decade they have comfortable chairs and are well maintained. They will let you bring in outside food and drink. As long as they stay as they are Ill never attend another movie theatre in Sonoma County!

They are always playing the movies I want to see. The seats are very comfortable and quiet so you dont hear every movement and can actually hear the movie. However the staff is hit or miss.
