Very mean staff. Managers cant train and manage their personnel. Sour faces greated us at the door at 10:30 pm. From the get-go, the waitress expressed her unhappiness about our arrival. Yes, the place looks classy but the staff... We were shocked! Weve been to the place many times, spent tons of money there and always had the feeling, or were explicitly shown, we were disliked there possibly because we belong to a minority. This night we got a round of beer and food, played some pool. At 11:05 pm we nicely, with a smile, asked our mean waitress if we could get another order of nachos. She replied with an attitude: "The kitchen is closed". We were surprised that she didnt even offer to try and ask the cook if he/she could cook something for us. Nachos is easy to make. So my friend asked her: "Are you kidding? Can they make anything at all real quick?" She replied as though she was offended and about to cry: "The kitchen is closed" - turned around and walked away on her high heals like they walk in GTA. She was headed for the front desk. A few minutes later, in the middle of a game, the bouncer came and told us we had to go because we were not nice to the staff. He didnt even try to figure out what happened. You do not interrupt customers while they are playing and watching AMERICAN SPORTS (Patriots)!!! We were told we cannot come back.

Pretty bad.and to bad since I do like the place.but no organization.was put on list to play roulette.one spot came up so wife played.i waited for them to call me.but nope they skipped over me put someone else in my place..Then we asked what is going on.i was told by Dave what do you want me to do kick someone off...I think if he did his job that would never happened..I did talk to Jeffs manager there he was fine to talk to told him what happened..He insured me he would deal with this...10 mins later my wife did hit a number on table..But dealer said no you did not.but whole table said yes she did..This dealer gets upset and tossed the chips at my wife...I did speak with Jeff on this.but when doing so there bouncer ran his mouth which really upset me.if he would of just let Jeff and I talk none of this would of happened...Im not impressed with the dealer or the bouncer.a bouncer is there to protect people not to run there mouth...And say get out of my bar and never come back....I did not know he owed the bar...

The blackjack was pretty bad when it was 2/4 but now that its 4/4 min/max it is an impossible game to beat. Its a zero sum game. Most people will tell you all gambling games are zero sum games. Not with blackjack. If you are disciplined to bet up during your winning streaks/good shoes and bet down during your losing streaks/bad shoes you can grind out a profit and have fun while doing it. But not on 4/4 blackjack. You are just washing the chips for the casino at these tables. If management wants to know why the blackjack tables are empty on a Saturday night its because there are only so many mooks around. Cant believe Im saying this but Roulette is the better game here. On a positive note all the dealers here are really nice and work hard. Place has good atmosphere overall. Get some craps tables, increase minimum amounts and this place will go to 4.5. stars

I love the drink specials cause I love draught beer. overall this is a great place for food and entertainment in nashua. If you are looking for a fun place to blow off steam or spend a few hours with some friends the billards is the place to be. The pool combind with the entertainment (depending on the day) makes it a great place to be for many different types of crowds. The regulars who come are all people who have been here for years and easy to get along with. The waitstaff all greet me with a smile or wave and are very personable. I would always recommend my friends come here for drinks after work hours! Very good bar in nashua that brings quality entertainment for any age group!

The atmosphere was decent. Music was TERRIBLE!!!! Between every song being a different genre and stopping songs half way thru to put on a worse one, was actually pretty annoying. Surprised they didnt have a live band. Food was just okay - like other review, limited and standard pub fare. Waitresses were a pain to deal with. Simply overconfident in themselves and rude to the customers - not even having a basic understanding of how to use their own system to cash us out. The pool tables were very nice and they had a good selection on draught (dont ask for any mixed drinksyou WILL confuse them or get something entirely different) If you are just going for beer and pool - I recommend.

Nashua, NH. Terrible place and we will not visit again. Takes a long time to get a drink and when you do most of the pint glasses were dirty. If you are there and the bartender doesn’t know you on a personal level you can expect very rude service and long waits for simple drinks. The food is your typical bar food and doesn’t have a lot of flavor. I wasn’t expecting to get great food at a dive but wish it was at least warm when it arrived. Also, don’t plan on going to this place during any sort of holiday eve unless you are ready to pay an outrageous cover charge for a DJ that just plays music on their laptop from Itunes.

Love love love this place now they have poker but I dont know how to play now I want to learn lol only bad thing is grilled chicken Cesar salad the chicken is the worst tasting burnt taste I ever have and I had it a few times hoping it was just a fluke. Nope sucked every time so stay away from that. The servers are very pretty but little slow to get back to you with drinks so if your gonna have another when your half way done order another or be ready to wait 30 min for your next drink

I have gone there a few times in the past - in my work uniform, mind you - everything about the place was "just ok" but i wouldve continued to go there if it werent for the fact that I got turned away at the door last time I went there for wearing a tank-top! Yes, I know... A dress-code at a pool hall! Silliest thing Ive ever heard. It wasnt even one of those undershirt tank-tops or a cutoff. I will not be spending my money there anymore.

Do i have to check off a star or can i leave it blank ? REALLY ! . Well i use to play at the west Springfield location and ill just say that managing a pool hall in the fashion they did would obviously go under, it was inevitable ! Lets just say that nashua is a spitting image just a bit bigger and i dont think ill be back anytime soon ! Im not sure whi trains these snobs but dam they must want a future failure

Come to Boston Billiards where you can make new friends, play pool, or just hang out! I always have a good experience and fantastic food. Try the cheeseburger bacon pizza, its the best! So if you want a fun time, and have nothing to do on Friday come to Boston Billiards for happy hour and have lots of fun, Im here every Friday!
